Para santri kelas malam sudah mulai datang sejak pukul 17.30 WIB. ketika azan berkumandang semua anak mulai bersiap-siap untuk shalat magrib dan dilanjutkan dengan zikir bersama. \nTapi ada hal yang sedikit berbeda malam ini. Ketika zikir bersama, ternyata sebagai besar anak (terutama laki-laki) tidak berzikir. Mereka malah berbicara dng cukup besar, seakan mereka sedang mengadakan diskusi.\nSaya saat itu berada dikamar yang bersebelahan dengan tempat anak-anak shalat tentu saja dapat mendengar dengan jelas bahwa mereka melanggar peraturan. \nDalam keadaan normal, saya akan keluar dan kemudian memberikan hukuman bagi mereka yang melanggar, tentu saja itu hal yang wajar. \nTapi malam ini ada yang berbeda. Sebelum saya memutuskan untuk keluar dan menemui mereka saya lebih dahulu meminta petunjuk kepada Allah apa yang harus saya lakukan terhadap mereka. \nDan alhamdulillah Allah langsung memberikan jawabannya. \nKetika anak-anak melakukan kesalahan, kita harus lebih dahulu berpikir mengapa hal itu bisa terjadi? \nTentu saja, kesalahan itu mereka lakukan ketika mereka mendapatkan kesempatan untuk melakukan nya. \nDalam kasus ini, saat itu tidak ada satu pun guru yang mengawasi mereka, sehingga mereka memiliki kesempatan untuk berbicara pada saat zikir. \nJadi, apakah itu kesalahan mereka? \nBukan, itu adalah kesalahan kami para guru yang memiliki banyak sekali kekurangan dan keterbatasan dalam mengawasi anak. \nKetika dalam sehari kami harus mengawasi 130 anak yang terbagi dalam 2 shif dan hanya memiliki 3 orang guru, tentu akan ada banyak celah disana karena tenaga kami sudah lebih dahulu habis dengan pekerjaan rumah dan mengawasi anak-anak kelas iang. \nAkan ada banyak sekali kesalahan dan celah pada sistem dan peraturan yang telah dibuat disebabkan karena keterbatasan itu. \nJadi, ketika anak-anak melakukan kesalahan, jangan langsung menyalahkan mereka. Karena kesalahan yang mereka lakukan itu berasal dari kekurangan kita sebagai pendidik. \nPerbaiki diri kita terlebih dahulu, mintalah petunjuk dari Allah terhadap apa yang harus kita lakukan. The evening class students have started to arrive since 17.30 WIB. when the call to prayer reverberates all the children begin to get ready for the evening prayer and continue with the remembrance together. But there is a slightly different thing tonight. When remembrance together, it turns out that as large children (especially men) do not recite. They even spoke quite large, as if they were holding a discussion. I was in a room next to the place where the children of prayer of course could hear clearly that they were breaking the rules. Under normal circumstances, I will go out and then give punishment for those who violate, of course that is a natural thing. But there is something different tonight. Before I decided to go out and meet them, I first asked God for instructions on what to do with them. And thank God Allah immediately gave the answer. When children make mistakes, we must first think why it happened? Of course, they made mistakes when they got the chance to do it. In this case, at that time no teacher was watching them, so they had the opportunity to speak at the time of remembrance. So, is that their fault? No, it is our fault that teachers have a lot of shortcomings and limitations in supervising children. When in a day we have to supervise 130 children who are divided into 2 shifts and only have 3 teachers, of course there will be many gaps there because our workers have already finished running out with homework and supervising the children of the class. There will be a lot of errors and gaps in the system and rules that have been made due to these limitations. So, when children make mistakes, do not immediately blame them. Because the mistakes they made came from our shortcomings as educators. Repair ourselves first, ask God for guidance on what we must do. And most importantly, align our intentions when teaching them. God willing, there will be the best way God shows.",
