All Rights Reserved\n(https://theteachersalphabet.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Schoolhouse-with-Kids-1-e1471308992540.png)\nلقد تم تعليم و تحفيظ منذ عام 1979. ذهبت من خلال المؤسسات الأكاديمية في دراسة علم النفس ، اللغة الإنجليزية ، الفلسفة الأفلاطونية, الرقص, الموسيقى, الأغاني, الرقص و تسجيل استوديو التصميم.لم يكن حتى بدأت دراسة شيء أن كنت حقا خائفة من أن وجدت حياتي الحال: دراسة كيفية الأطفال والكبار على التعلم ، اكتشاف ما يكسر لهم من خلال التفاهم.\n\n## اثنين من الأشياء تغيرت حياتي بالنسبة لي --يجري التعاقد مع المعلم عندما كان يجري درس في حساب التفاضل والتكامل ، و تعليم الأميين القراءة والكتابة. ##\n\nمرة واحدة حصلت التعاقد ، أنا استغربت كم أنا أحب أن يعلم.وقد فتنت أنا مع \nالطاقة من واحد على واحد والتفاعل من المعلم والطالب ، وكيف هشة وقوية كان  في نفس الوقت. حصلت على الطاقة من التدريس ، ولم ارتداء.\n لم أشعر كنت أعمل. أنا أستمتع حقا فعل ذلك ، والحصول على النتائج. قريبا, ذهبت إلى طالب مركز التوظيف وحصلت على العديد من وظائف التدريس كما لا يمكن أن يصلح في بلدي الجدول الزمني.وبمجرد أن تعلمت كيفية تعليم الصوتيات و بدأ في تعليم الكبار كيفية قراءة ، رأيت مدى أهمية تعلم لجعل زي الأبجدية كانت الأميين البالغين--أنها لا يمكن أن تفعل ذلك!\n### بدأت توجيه جميع دروسي نحو الدخول في جامعة كاليفورنيا. أردت الدراسة في التعليم والحصول على الاعتماد التدريس. في نهاية المطاف, تخرجت الذهبي الغربية مع مساعد الفنون في الموسيقى والرياضيات و تعليمي مساعد الشهادة في الصوتيات و الرياضيات. ###\nفي UCR, لقد وقعت في الحب مع النفس التربوي وتعلمت كيفية تعليم في الطريقة التي استمعت إلى وحصلت خلال للأطفال الصغار.بعد الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في علم النفس ،مع قاصر في التعليم ،  ذهبت إلى المدرسة العليا ، حصل تدريسي في التفويض التعليم الابتدائي و الرياضيات. لقد قضيت معظم حياتي تدريس الطلاب الوقت في المرحلة الابتدائية (2 ، 5 ، 6 درجات).\n\n\n ## أن نكون صادقين, معظم الدراسات العليا العمل في التعليم مجنون مضيعة للوقت. ما لم تجد قيمة كانت دروسي في علم النفس التربوي ، والمناهج الدراسية ، و النظريات و الأساليب تدريس القراءة. ##\nالطالب التدريس ساعد على تحقيق على ضرورة أن تكون مرنة ، وجود كتلة من المواد المعدة التي يمكن أن إشراك الطلاب في الإرادة.الكتابة الرسمية خطط الدرس -- يحدد الأهداف والأنشطة صفحات ، والنتائج المتوقعة- هي واحدة من الأكثر العقل الذهول النفايات من الوقت (ألف ساعة من يوم الأحد ليال خسر) فقط أسوأ أداء المدارس جعلني أفعل ذلك--في الأسبوع بعد الأسبوع .. و لم يساعدني أحد على فعل أي شيء. إلا ان المسؤولين البقاء المستخدمة.\nما من ساعدني ، كبداية المعلم ، قد تم الحصول على الكثير من المساعدة في المرات القليلة الأولى واجهت 35 الاطفال من قبل نفسي. التي القيت \"في تجمع\" كبديل ، دون النسخ الاحتياطي هو حرفيا \"المحاكمة بالنار.\"أنه يخيف الكثير من بداية المعلمين من تعليم جيد.\nكلمة المستقبل المعلمين! معظم بداية المعلمين على أن تكون بدائل ، على الأقل 20 مرة قبل أي وقت مضى على التعاقد مع المعلمين العادية . حتى تحصل على توصيات من المدير ، أو المعلم الذي يقول لك يشاؤون الطريقة التي تعاملت بها مع الإحالة الخاصة بك كبديل.\nلقد علمت خاص والعامة الفصول المدرسية في المدرسة, المدرسة المتوسطة, المرحلة الابتدائية, و مستويات ما قبل المدرسة.ببساطة أعتقد أن التعليم جيد هو الشيء الأكثر أهمية نحن يمكن أن نساعد أطفالنا- -الجميع - تصبح أفضل ما يمكن أن يكون. وللأسف أرى الكثير من المعلمين الذين وجدوا رعاياهم من السهل جدا ، لذلك أخذوا الطريق الأقل مقاومة. أنها حصلت على درجة ثم حصلت على مؤهلات التدريس. هذه \"المهووسين\" الرهيب في المتصلة بالأطفال. هذا ينطبق بشكل خاص من المدرسة الثانوية الرياضيات المعلمين.\nفقط لأن أنت طالب جيد في موضوع معين ، هذا لا يعني أنك ستكون جيدة في كونه مدرسا. معظم \"\" الطلاب في الرياضيات لا تصبح جيدة المعلمين. هذا هو لأنهم لا يستطيعون فهم ما هو عليه أن لا يفهم رعاياهم من الطالب وجهة نظر.المعلم الجيد يعرف بالضبط ما هو عليه مثل أن لا يفهم الموضوع ، يمكن أن بصبر مساعدة الطلاب للحصول على التمكن من ذلك.\nمن خلال معرفة تخرج تسلسل الدروس الطلاب بحاجة وتقديم كل درس عندما تكون على استعداد ، جيد المعلمين دقيق وحاسم في نفس الوقت - وهو حساسة رقصة انطوائي منبسط.\nانطوائية جيدة الطلاب ، فمن الصعب بالنسبة لهم أن يكون المنتهية ولايته.\nالمنفتحون هي المنتهية ولايته ، فمن الصعب عليهم التركيز واكتساب الكفاءة مع التفاصيل.\n\nفي هذه الأيام ، أقول بلدي خاصة الطلاب ،  هدفي هو تعليم نفسي عاطلا عن العمل.\nخلق المعلم الأبجدية ، شاهدت بعناية الطريق بلدي قبل ك الطلاب جعلت الحروف الأولى.لقد لاحظ بعناية أي نوع من الأسئلة التي طلب مني ، وأصبحت دهشتها المشاكل التي قدعند محاولة تحديد الأماكن في الفضاءحيث لا توجد خطوط . . .\nثم كان أدركت الخطأ الكبير معظم المعلمين جعلت عندما كانوا يحاولون تعليم الأطفال الصغار لجعل رسائلهم من قبل باستخدام A-B-C التدريس من أجل والكتابة لهم في 3 خطوط . . .\n![Gif of tTA](https://theteachersalphabet.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/TeachersManual_Standard.gif)\n\n### إذا كنت تود أن ترى أفضل طريقة لتعليم الاطفال الطباعة يرجى زيارة موقعنا على الانترنت \nhttp://www.TheTeachersAlphabet.com ###\n##  تعليم أكثر ذكاء ليس أصعب ! ##",

Klassen).\n## Um ehrlich zu sein, die meisten meiner Diplom-Arbeit in der Bildung war eine wahnsinnige Verschwendung von Zeit. ##\nWas habe ich wertvolle waren meine Klassen in der Pädagogischen Psychologie, Curriculum, und die Theorien und Methoden der Lehre Lesen.
