      "body": "ALGUNOS TIPS PARA PROTEGER POSICIONES EN CRIPTOACTIVOS ANTES DEL 1° DE AGOSTO\nPublicado por Freddy Campos | Jul 30, 2017 | Seguridad | 1  |     \nAlgunos tips para proteger posiciones en criptoactivos antes del 1° de agosto\nAnte la inminente llegada de la bifurcación dura (hardfork) de Bitcoin, dando lugar a la existencia de la moneda alternativa Bitcoin Cash, existen medidas que se pueden tomar de fmanera preventiva para proteger las tenencias de cada inversionista en la principal criptomoneda del ecosistema.\n\nPor largo tiempo se previó que la llegada de esta fecha marcaría un “antes y después” para BTC, pero los temores y la incertidumbre llevaron a constantes altibajos en la fluctuación de precios de esta criptomoneda, con oleadas que movieron también a otros criptoactivos de importancia.\n\nUna de las primeras acciones  recomendadas por los especialistas es salvaguardar los criptoactivos moviéndolos a carteras personales, alojadas en un disco local en lugar de en una tercera parte, como una casa de cambio. Con ello, y a pesar de que el sistema de contabilidad distribuida garantiza que se mantendrán las posiciones de cada participante de la blockchain, se accede a un resguardo más seguro.\n\nEn cuanto al enfoque meramente de inversión, algunos tenedores de bitcoins optaron por diversificar sus portafolios, transformando parte de sus posiciones actuales en reservas de otras criptomonedas en previsión del desenlace. En este ámbito, también se ha recomendado no dejar abiertas transacciones en las horas previas al 1°de agosto, como medida de precaución ante posibles retrasos en las redes.\n\nDesde el punto de vista de las casas de cambio, existen posiciones encontradas en cuanto a los efectos de la bifurcación del 1° de agosto. Una serie de mercados electrónicos están dispuestos a aceptar el uso de Bitcoin Cash de inmediato, otras consideran su acogida más adelante y un tercer grupo, especialmente en Latinoamérica, rechaza su utilización, lo cual constituye un punto de interés a la hora de elegir la casa de cambio en la cual operar.\n\nTambién existe la opción de reservar mediante la adquisición de posiciones a futuro en Bitcoin Cash, con mercados como HitBTC que ya permiten la inversión mediante esta figura empleando BTC, ETH o dólares estadounidenses.\n\nDe acuerdo con el equipo de Bitcoin Cash, entre los beneficios que traerá la bifurcación destacan un incremento del tamaño de bloques a 8 Mb, disminución de las posibles disrrupciones, nuevo método de firma de transacciones y conservación de los mismos registros que con Bitcoin. Asimismo, esta moneda no tendrá la implementación de SegWit.\n\nPor otro lado, la adopción voluntaria del protocolo SegWit como alternativa al hardfork tiende a atenuar los efectos de la bifurcación prevista para este 1° de agosto. La gran mayoría de los pools de minería optaron por la señalización correspondiente, lo que brinda soporte a esta opción.\n\nSea cual sea la decisión por la que se opte como inversionista, actor del ecosistema, minero o aficionado, las precauciones de seguridad siguen estando a la orden del día, por lo cual es muy recomendable seguir los anuncios por parte de los voceros oficiales de las redes y los medios serios.\n\nEl pasado mes de abril, en CriptoNoticias publicamos la Guía para la supervivencia a un hardfork, con explicaciones detalladas sobre el proceso que está a punto de concretarse, aunque en aquel momento las opciones eran para Core y Unlimited.
