      "body": "Nunca pensé que seria tan difícil, es triste tener que despedirte de una persona amada, porque ya en tu país no puede tener un buen futuro, pensar que no puedes trabajar, conseguir lo mas indispensable que es comida y medicinas. Es muy difícil pensar que la vida es injusta con nosotros los VENEZOLANOS que hoy cada día debemos decir ADIÓS a un familiar o un amigo. Simplemente porque esa persona no tiene como salir adelante en este país y se ve en la necesidad de ir a otro país a buscar una mejor calidad de vida para el y su familia que queda en Venezuela. Esta es una realidad que nos carcome hoy en día a TODOS LOS VENEZOLANOS, esperemos y confiemos en Dios que todo pronto mejorara y que saldremos de esta pesadilla que estamos viviendo, merecemos vivir bien, merecemos estar juntos, disfrutar en familia, compartir nuestros alimentos, salir de vacaciones, comprar ropa, zapatos, medicinas, merecemos ser felices sin esperar nada regalado, queremos trabajar para salir adelante, queremos luchar en nuestro país y tenemos fe que Dios nos sacara pronto de todo esto.",

      "body": "Hablar de \"crisis\" en Venezuela debería basarse en un desbarajuste en todos los componentes fundamentales que rigen una economía. Deberían verse conjugadas la mayoría de las estadísticas medulares en un enrarecimiento absoluto, pero no. No es el caso de Venezuela.\n\nEn la coyuntura actual confluye la vulnerabilidad estructural de nuestra economía, históricamente monoexportadora, dependiente del precio internacional del petróleo, importadora y festín del saqueo de divisas en tiempos de libre cambio o control de cambio (en términos mucho menores) por la burguesía. También confluyen las variables de una economía intervenida políticamente por medio de la guerra económica.\n\nLo bueno\nPara hacer una referencia, hablar de crisis económica en muchos países de Europa y del mundo implica hablar de deudas externas inmanejables, banca quebrada, paralización de las inversiones, desempleo alto y déficit fiscal.\n\nSegún un estudio de la organización Jubilee Debt Campaign, citando a The World Factbook, un mapa estadístico mundial de la Central de Inteligencia Americana (CIA), en Venezuela la deuda externa es del 19% del PIB, de las más bajas del continente (para hacer una referencia, la de España es del 167% del PIB según la misma fuente) y estamos fuera de cualquier grupo de riesgo por deuda.\n\nLa banca venezolana ha crecido con intermitencias según cifras del BCV que mide la variación interanual del PIB (real) de instituciones financieras y seguros. Alcanzando un crecimiento promedio entre el 12% y el 18%, casi a los mismos niveles que al de cualquier país de los Brics.\n\nEn Venezuela el principal inversor (el Estado), modulador de la economía entera (el papá que mantiene hasta al sector privado) no para de invertir hasta con petróleo bajo en obras, programas sociales, áreas de cobertura pública y hasta en otras no \"convencionales\" como empresas estratégicas, alimentos, maquinaria, etc. Hoy la inversión social se mantiene en 64% del presupuesto nacional.\n\nNuestro desempleo rodea el 6% y se mantiene estancado como uno de los más bajos de los países en vías de desarrollo del mundo, según la Comisión Económica (ONU) para América Latina, Cepal.\n\nRecientemente el presidente Nicolás Maduro anunció que en el mes de julio (casi a mitad de año) alcanzamos el superávit en la meta de recaudación fiscal (510 millones bolívares recaudados), es decir, lo que se recaudará de aquí en adelante serán excedentes y la hacienda pública sigue fuerte y vigorosa.\n\nLa economía venezolana tiene la debilidad estructural de depender de la renta petrolera\n\n \n\n \n\nLo malo\nLa economía venezolana tiene la debilidad estructural de conformarse de manera dependiente a la renta petrolera. Nuestro PIB varía mucho en función del precio internacional petrolero, y para colmo nuestra economía privada depende de la teta petrolera del Estado, creándose una dinámica económica expoliadora de la renta, tanto en condiciones de libre cambio como en épocas de controles.\n\nPero aunada a esa situación, Venezuela tiene consigo un componente de economía signada por la especulación estructural, la inflación sistémica y el predominio de factores expoliadores del ingreso nacional; hablamos de mercaderes con posición de dominio en la economía que basan su comportamiento en la máxima usura. Esto no es nuevo.\n\nEsta modalidad de economía (mafiosa y parásita) se consagra desde la huelga sistemática de inversiones que el sector privado hizo desde mediados del siglo XX. Básicamente, descubrieron que era más fácil vivir de la renta petrolera, captarla, usurparla y robarla, que producir y desarrollarse como industria nacional. La burguesía se aseguró de acceder a divisas, importar y especular de manera ordenada y perenne. La vorágine importadora es también especuladora.\n\nTony Boza, en una de sus notas, reseña que esto quedó documentado científicamente desde 1940. Se trata del Informe Técnico Económico de la Misión Fox, hecho por unos encomendados economistas gringos que vinieron a estudiar nuestro país para su manejo teledirigido desde Gringolandia y se consiguieron que nuestros sistemas de precios ya estaban viciados por la especulación.\n\n\"El Informe técnico económico de la Misión Fox\", realizado entre los años 1939 y 1940, explica en el capítulo denominado \"Estructura y nivel de los precios en Venezuela\" que \"con pocas excepciones, tanto las mercancías producidas en Venezuela como las importadas se venden a altos precios (…). Muchos artículos se venden en Caracas por el doble o el triple de lo que se venden en Washington, y en algunas ocasiones al cuádruplo y hasta más\". También afirmaba la comisión Fox que \"hay que tener en cuenta que los mayoristas importadores son de hecho banqueros así como también comerciantes\", es decir, el perfecto triángulo de la especulación, explica Boza.\n\nLa economía venezolana tiene en un mismo cónclave capitalista a importadores, ladrones de divisas y especuladores en la economía interna. Los mismos de 1940 tienen hoy un mayor poder en el circuito económico doméstico y son en esencia un sector privado basado en la máxima usura. El llamado \"efecto holandés\" -el de una economía petrolera con gran circulante de masa monetaria inorgánica causante de la inflación- queda en entredicho si asumimos que es una ley en la economía que ante la ausencia de un \"mercado\" (en términos clásicos con ausencia de \"competencia perfecta\") quienes tienen control y dominio de la economía en sus eslabones más importantes ponen a su máximo beneficio la estructura económica entera.\n\nEl comportamiento de los precios en Venezuela no obedece al \"efecto holandés\", obedece al comportamiento metabólico-especulativo del sector privado. De hecho, hay cifras que respaldan tal hecho en años recientes, cuando el circulante monetario no necesariamente ha estado correlacionado a la inflación, como aparece en la gráfica adjunta:\n\n \n\nliquinflacion.jpg\n\nEsta condición estructural nuestra es la médula de la coyuntura de la guerra económica como ataque planificado y ordenado a nuestra economía con fines políticos. Quienes saquean divisas, quienes importan y distribuyen (especulando), imponen todo su peso a la economía real.\n\nSi el sector privado no estuviera concentrado en tumbar a este Gobierno, otros niveles de estabilidad habrían\n\nLo feo\nEn Venezuela la \"crisis\" reside especialmente en los sistemas de abastecimiento y precios. Es decir, en esos ámbitos del sector privado donde confluyen todas las cosas en la que para el Gobierno es verdaderamente (e históricamente) difícil regular, intervenir y controlar. En Venezuela la crisis revienta desde el sector más privilegiado del país y va contra los bolsillos de la gente común.\n\nCon agravantes como el megabachaqueo y el megacontrabando, aupados por la fijación artificial del dólar paralelo cortesía del eje Miami-Cúcuta (Dolar Today), la economía sufre embates. Desde julio de 2014 al presente según Dolar Today el bolívar se ha \"devaluado\" un 900%, enrareciendo de esta manera todos los sistemas y subsistemas de precios con el dólar cucuteño y paraco como \"marcador\". Esto es guerra económica, no es el comportamiento natural de una economía que tiene tan buenos indicadores como los que ya explicamos y que si tienen bien mal en los países en verdaderas crisis.\n\nSeamos honestos: incluso con petróleo a 50 dólares, si el sector privado no estuviera concentrado en tumbar a este Gobierno, otros niveles de estabilidad habrían. Sin Dolar Today, no existirían los niveles de contrabando y desabastecimiento. Sin Dolar Today y dólar paralelo a precio artificial insólito, no había enrarecimiento absoluto en los sistemas de precios y la especulación estaría en niveles controlables (o históricamente habituales). La paradoja es que Venezuela es un extraño país donde estando muchas estadísticas muy importantes en muy buen estado, un par de ellas intervenidas por razones políticas (guerra económica) destruyen todo el orden económico y la base de recursos.\n\nLo feo de la economía venezolana se basa en un orden mafioso que no ha sido saneado, destruido, desmembrado o sustituido a totalidad, y que hoy conjuga nuestras debilidades estructurales en una coyuntura de economía de guerra con fines de extorsionar a la sociedad venezolana para que devolvamos el poder político al servicio del poder económico privado. El problema de fondo es una economía capitalista. Es ahí donde hay que, en medio de la coyuntura, asumir el desmontaje de la estructura mafiosa.",
