Cantante y Compositor Maracucho nacido en argentina, pero con nacionalidad Zuliana, conocido por su nombre artístico «Ricardo Montaner”, nacionalizado colombiano y venezolano. Hijo de Eduardo Delfort Reglero Atrio y Martha Nélida Montaner; tiene dos hermanos Norma Reglero de Olivares y Carlos Eduardo Reglero Ortiz. Su infancia la pasó en Valentín Alsina (Buenos Aires), después se trasladan a Maracaibo (Venezuela), pues su padre que se desempeñaba como ingeniero había conseguido una oportunidad laboral en la ciudad, al llegar Montaner tuvo problemas para adaptarse siendo solo un adolescente había dejado a sus amigos y todo lo que conocía, encontró en la música y el deporte una manera de integrarse y dejar de lado su inseguridad.       "body": "Amigo @fjjrg.\n\nSer líder no es simplemente es una etiqueta es una responsabilidad que se tiene y que se mantiene a los largo de una gestión, en una organización, en tu comunidad o en tu misma familia, yo creo que algunos nacen con esa cualidad innata, pero pienso que es posible cultivarla a medida que vamos aprendiendo a desenvolvernos en la vida no es fácil pero quizás podríamos llegar a realizar un buen trabajo solo tratando de ser un buen líder o por lo menos un buen jefe en una compañía o en tu hogar. Eso si transmitir a tus hijos eso valores necesarios para ser un buen líder. Ser un líder es difícil sencillamente porque ser justos o aplicar justicia siempre beneficias a unos a otros no tanto. aunque sea justo moralmente o legalmente, para algunas personas no lo será y tendremos que vivir con eso.  Por lo menos lo que tengo bien claro que la función principal de un buen líder es guiar a su gente por el camino correcto y además que ellos aprendan a desarrollar su liderazgo a su nivel o entorno, para que la organización o comunidad, un país o hasta el mundo entero consigan los objetivos trazados para lograr ganancias o el bien común.  Y para terminar que se debería hacer  básicamente para ser un  buen líder ser honesto y la perseverante, ya que con esas 2 cualidades  cualquier persona esta destinada a lograr el éxito porque intentara  ser lo mas  justa posible en sus decisiones  y no parara ante cualquier problema a pesar de lo que ocurra por mas grave que sea seguirá luchando hasta alcanzarlo.\nMuchas gracias por este espacio.\n\nInvito a mis amigos @leomarylm @danisoto y @marijos\n\nsaludos\nSolo es mi humilde opinión",

      "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\nCuando tenemos problemas, estamos estresados o nerviosos y no sabemos qué hacer para remediar esta situación que nos incomoda de mala manera, pero intentamos relajarnos usando de repente el arte como forma de expresión. Lo verdadero en esto es que la concentración logra un estado de relajación, pero la terapeuta Victoria Nazarevich (psicólogo, terapeuta de arte - Ucrania), según su investigación cada una de las sensaciones y emociones, la actividad artística está relacionada con un estado del cuerpo.\n\nLa pintura, el dibujo, las manualidades pueden ser la mejor manera en muchas situaciones, para conectarse con uno mismo y poder dejar todas esas malas sensaciones vamos a aprender de Victoria Nazarevich qué es lo que deberíamos realizar en estas situaciones.\n\nEn cuanto a lo que se haga sea malo o bueno, no importa si haces un garabato o una gran obra, el objetivo de este ejercicio sencillo es salir del estado mental que no queremos sentir, en el menor tiempo posible. Al terminar  alcanzaremos en un estado de paz y tranquilidad.
