      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;机缘巧合，去影院观看了冯小刚导演执导的电影《我不是潘金莲》，本来是不准备看这部电影的，但到影院发现想看的影片开演时间要等好久，而这部正要开演，就选了这部。 &nbsp;这部电影的名称，非常惹眼的就是潘金莲这个名字了，但电影实际却和潘金莲的故事相去甚远，只是在开头冯小刚的画外音叙述中介绍了水浒中的潘金莲的故事，而电影主角李秀莲只是被丈夫秦玉河骂称潘金莲，总体看来“潘金莲”只是一个符号或者为了吸引人的噱头，电影更像是当代版的小白菜，一个妇女不断艰难伸冤的故事。&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src=\"http://i0.sinaimg.cn/dy/slidenews/49_img/2016_49/55567_5447854_757887.jpg\" width=\"630\" height=\"534\"/></p>\n<p>29岁的农村妇女李雪莲跟丈夫秦玉河为了能分一间房（故事开头中说的原因，不是真的目的，伏笔）假离婚，没想到后来丈夫跟另一女子好了，假离婚变成了真离婚。于是她就去找镇里、县法院解决此事，想要法院判定之前的离婚是假的，然后恢复夫妻关系，接着她再跟丈夫真离婚。法院根据真实情况认定了她与丈夫的离婚是有效的，李败诉。 看到这里，法院的判决是对的，虽然秦玉河做的有违道德，骗了李秀莲，但从法律上来说离婚手续是没有问题的，主角为了贪图私利，陪了夫人又折兵，也不太值得同情，反倒让人感觉有些无理取闹，但这正是目前中国社会缺乏法制的苍白现实。可以说，百姓和官员都没有把法律当回事，百姓想着找领导解决问题，而官员们只会通过其他方式推诿。 李秀莲想翻案，就找县、市领导申冤，但没人愿意管，官员们为了压下事情，保护自己的乌纱帽，反轻率地把李秀莲关了几天派出所，这更让李秀莲感到冤屈，她继续上访，甚至上访到全国人代会所在的宾馆，竟让一名国家领导人知道了此事，省领导发怒就把法院院长、县长和市长都撤了职。不过她想要的目的并没有实现，每年一到“两会”举行时，她所在的省、市、县都要派人上演围追堵截她去北京的一幕闹剧。</p>\n<p>&nbsp;在各级领导围堵李秀莲上访的过程中，官员们也不断分析情况，总是提到工作方式啦，大事小事啦等等，但其实都是官方保前途的思维，一种“堵”的思想，想方设法隐瞒，不能让上级知道。却没有人愿意真正关注李秀莲的需求。 如今十年过去了，她决定不再去北京的人代会上访了，因为她觉得自己的心已经死了，可笑的是法院院长、县长们却都不相信她的话，这又演出了一连串的黑色幽默。就在她决定要跟爱慕她多年的厨子赵大头准备结婚在安徽旅游之际，听到了赵大头与法院官员暗中交易的秘密。于是她又踏上了赶赴北京人代会上访之路，后来在北京被警察抓住，还听到警察说前夫秦玉河已死的消息。她突然失去了申诉和生活的目的，被送回到老家后她竟想一死来了结所有的事情。&nbsp;</p>\n<p>电影的结尾，李秀莲说了假离婚的真正原因，是想生二胎，为了避免上交几千元的计划生育罚款和丈夫受到厂里开除的处分，才假离婚，而不是为分房那样的贪财，这消除了观众对李秀莲的误解，更感主角的可怜，顺便也吐槽了中国那非人的计划生育政策。 &nbsp;</p>\n</html>",
