Now I am writing this post for my 2nd task of Basic Steem Security.\n\n**Question 1: \nHave you retrieved all your keys on steemit?**\nAns: Yes, I have retrieved all my keys and stored them on my laptop. \nThese include my Master Password, Posting Key, Memo Key, Owner Key, and Tron Key. It is used very little but it is the most important of all. As the picture below shows, it is connected to all other keys and in case we lost our keys then Master Password is used to change or recover them. \nIn another sense, like in a house, we have a safe cabinet in which we put copies of keys for different rooms, and in case we lose one of the keys, we recover from that cabinet. It permits you to log in from anywhere and to post anything. In addition, it also helps to edit our posts, comment on other posts, and mute or follow other people on steem.\nAs a house, it is the main gate which is used most widely and by almost everyone who wants to enter or leave the house.\n\n*Active Key:*\nActive key is used to carry out special tasks which include money transfer and profile updating. Along with these, it is also used to convert steem dollars, power up and down, and order placing. \nIt can be related to that room in which valuable things cash, gold, and silver are stored in a house.\n\n*Owner Key:*\nIt is used to change all keys which are only used for recovery purposes. Keeping its importance, I have also stored it offline as well.\nIn a house, it is like a storeroom, where we usually put additional locks and keys in case we have to change any of the room keys.\n\n*Memo Key:*\nMemo encryption and decryption are performed using the pound /# sign before this key while performing transactions and funds transfers. \nSorry, I could not be able to relate this with the house example. Anybody can help me to relate this. \n\n**Question 3\nHow do you plan to keep your master password?**\nAns: I have stored my master password on my mobile and laptop. Furthermore, I also have stored it in a private place which I even could not tell in this post.\n\n**Question 4:\nDo you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?**\nAns: Yes I know it. It is very simple and easy. Just go to your wallet and click on steem and then click on transfer. After clicking on transfer simply add the @ID of the person and your public memo key.\n\n**Question 5:\nDo you know how to power up your STEEM?**\nAns: Yes I know it as well. This is also very simple and basic stuff. Simply go to the wallet and click on the steem small icon. And then by clicking on power-up we can increase our steem power. But after my primary education, my parents admitted me to the government school where I made a lot of memories and friends along with the best learning platform. After clearing my matriculation, I again decided to join the government college and fortunately, I got admission in one of the good reputation colleges where my learning and extracurricular skills polished, and my way of thinking get broader.\nAfter my college, my father wanted me to become a civil engineer due to our family background. Civil engineering is a field to which my family has been attached for a long time. My grandfather had a shop of civil engineering materials which was later run by my father and my uncle. My brother was also studying civil technology at that time. Therefore, my father’s inclination towards civil engineering was an obvious thing for me. Although I had no specific choice for engineering fields, I do like the megastructures. \nTo pursue my father’s dream, I worked hard for entry into one of the top universities in Pakistan, and by the Grace of ALLAH and my parent's prayers, I got admitted into one of the leading and prestigious universities i.e., the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). My usual daily routine in a hostel is as follows,\nI usually get up early in the morning and after praying I again go to bed for a power nap. After waking up again I go for breakfast and get ready to study at the departmental library. I spend most of my day in the library where I do my research studies and read history books and novels. After getting back from the department, I go for football where I enjoy playing football with my friends. Sometimes the game is so intense that we forget who we are. At the end of the day, I talk to my family and watch some highlights of games and tv shows. \n\nSteemit was recommended to me by one of my best friends @mahishines\nHe told me about the contest and learning platform, inspiring me because I have been looking for these valuable means for a long time.\nI joined the steemit community to enhance my writing, communication, and technical skills.\n\nI also welcome any corrections and suggestions. But after my primary education, my parents admitted me to the government school where I made a lot of memories and friends along with the best learning platform. After clearing my matriculation, I again decided to join the government college and fortunately, I got admission in one of the good reputation colleges where my learning and extracurricular skills polished, and my way of thinking get broader.\nAfter my college, my father wanted me to become a civil engineer due to our family background. Civil engineering is a field to which my family has been attached for a long time. My grandfather had a shop of civil engineering materials which was later run by my father and my uncle. My brother was also studying civil technology at that time. Therefore, my father’s inclination towards civil engineering was an obvious thing for me. Although I had no specific choice for engineering fields, I do like the megastructures. \nTo pursue my father’s dream, I worked hard for entry into one of the top universities in Pakistan, and by the Grace of ALLAH and my parent's prayers, I got admitted into one of the leading and prestigious universities i.e., the National University of Science and Technology (NUST).
