      "body": "Imagine you have achieved your greatest desires and you are living your best life. Wouldn't that be wonderful? What if is was possible and all you had to do is train your mind to get whatever you ever wanted? Now let's be honest if it was easy to do everyone would do it but the funny thing is everyone CAN do it. Every one can reach happiness and freedom. I mean true happiness where you have everything but need nothing and true freedom where you can do anything without fear. It is a long journey that will include pain and sorrow (more on this in later posts) but at the same time fulfilment and joy. This blog is what I call the Path of Freedom. It is a learning journey that I want to share with the world, as I am to on my Path of Freedom. I will be writing what I discover that helps one reach there most fulfilled life. I will reference books, podcast, movies that I find useful for one to reach it.\n\nWe need to start at the core of what is blocking one from doing what needs to be done to get where they most desire to be and that is the mind. Yes our mind. This beautiful yet so controlling mind. It needs to be reprogrammed just like a computer. Like Gandhi said: \n\n<center>\"Your beliefs become your thoughts,\nYour thought become your words,\nYour words become your actions,\nYour actions become your habits,\nYour habits become your values,\nYour values become your destiny\"</center>\n\nThis is an absolute truth and if you don't believe that, I want you to ask yourself why you haven't done what you truly desire and be honest with yourself? It is mostly out of fear, fear of judgement, fear of failure, fear of not fitting etc... Whatever the reason you gave yourself it comes from your mind because how you think and how you feel creates your state of being. Let's say you feel amazing but you don't believe you can start to learn how to ride a bike. What will happen is your mind, which is YOU, will create a belief system as to why you should not attempt thus putting you in state of self inflicted doubt. but most of us do know how to ride a bike we learned when we were kids. But why when we fell and didn't succeed on the first try, we got up and tried again.\n\n1. We believed we could do it\n2. We went full on mind, body and soul into it . It’s that naïve belief we can achieve and be anything we want, our inner child we lost.  The beautiful thing is we can absolutely get it back and you can do that by getting to know yourself because we all know knowledge is power and knowledge about yourself is self-empowerment.       "body": "Imagine you have achieved your greatest desires and you are living your best life. Wouldn't that be wonderful? What if is was possible and all you had to do is train your mind to get whatever you ever wanted? Now let's be honest if it was easy to do everyone would do it but the funny thing is everyone CAN do it. Every one can reach happiness and freedom. I mean true happiness where you have everything but need nothing and true freedom where you can do anything without fear. It is a long journey that will include pain and sorrow (more on this in later posts) but at the same time fulfilment and joy. This blog is what I call the Path of Freedom. It is a learning journey that I want to share with the world, as I am to on my Path of Freedom. I will be writing what I discover that helps one reach there most fulfilled life. I will reference books, podcast, movies that I find useful for one to reach it.\n\nWe need to start at the core of what is blocking one from doing what needs to be done to get where they most desire to be and that is the mind. Yes our mind. This beautiful yet so controlling mind. It needs to be reprogrammed just like a computer. Like Gandhi said: \n\n<center>\"Your beliefs become your thoughts,\nYour thought become your words,\nYour words become your actions,\nYour actions become your habits,\nYour habits become your values,\nYour values become your destiny\"</center>\n\nThis is an absolute truth and if you don't believe that, I want you to ask yourself why you haven't done what you truly desire and be honest with yourself? It is mostly out of fear, fear of judgement, fear of failure, fear of not fitting etc... Whatever the reason you gave yourself it comes from your mind because how you think and how you feel creates your state of being. Let's say you feel amazing but you don't believe you can start to learn how to ride a bike. What will happen is your mind, which is YOU, will create a belief system as to why you should not attempt thus putting you in state of self inflicted doubt. but most of us do know how to ride a bike we learned when we were kids. But why when we fell and didn't succeed on the first try, we got up and tried again.\n\n1. We believed we could do it\n2. We went full on mind, body and soul into it . It’s that naïve belief we can achieve and be anything we want, our inner child we lost.  The beautiful thing is we can absolutely get it back and you can do that by getting to know yourself because we all know knowledge is power and knowledge about yourself is self-empowerment. Take back your mind, take back your thoughts, take back your feelings because this will set you on your Path of Freedom.\nOver the course of this journey I will dive deeper in the concept mentioned above and introduce new ones. \nUntil next time Freedom Seekers and remember you are who you think you are.",
