This is very common during winter seasons. To avoid this you should keep moving here and there and try to keep your body in dynamic equilibrium. Get up early in the morning, take some high-calorie food (Eg Banana, Nuts, Oats, Milk, Eggs) and then firstly warm up inside your house to activate your body muscles and increase blood flow. &nbsp;Finally, go out for a brisk walk to burn calories and keep your body fit. LAZINESS<strong> IS ONE'S BIGGEST ENEMY OF EVERYTHING. </strong>Do not sit continuously for more than 2 hours instead of keep moving. At least just stand. Find a workout buddy for the winter season. Having a partner is great for accountability and even a little friendly competition. &nbsp;&nbsp;Set a goal, like running a marathon, entering a fitness competition or taking a vacation. With a goal or event to work toward you'll be less likely to slack off. &nbsp;</p>\n<h2>TIP 2- TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN &nbsp;</h2>\n<h2>&nbsp;<img src=\"https://www.naturopathy-uk.com/wp-content/uploads/1970/01/sc-product-Skincare-and-Nutrition-1.jpg\" width=\"825\" height=\"430\"/></h2>\n<p>We are inside our heavy clothes most of the time in winters without having thought of our skin. You need air to survive. Fresh air is very rare to get nowadays LOL. Similarly, your skin also needs air to survive. Inside your clothes, the skin is packed and is deficient of oxygen so it starts to wrinkle and gets dry. You should take off your clothes for some time in sunlight. This will provide you warmth and also Vitamin-D to your skin. You may have found a moisturizer that works just fine in spring and summer. But as weather conditions change, so, too, should your skincare routine. Find an \"ointment\" moisturizer that's oil-based, rather than water-based, as the oil will create a protective layer on the skin that retains more moisture than a cream or lotion. (Hint: Many lotions labeled as \"night creams\" are oil-based.)&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>TIP 3- EAT HEALTHY</h2>\n<p><img src=\"https://img.etimg.com/thumb/msid-69097530,width-643,imgsize-159067,resizemode-4/meal-timing.jpg\" width=\"643\" height=\"482\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp; A healthy diet strengthens the immune system, helping the body resist viruses or infection. Don,t scold me if I took your one whole day.LMAO&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>Insane's Childhood</h2>\n<p><img src=\"https://www.intrepidtravel.com/adventures/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Playground-ideas-3-e1545282197789.jpg\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\"/></p>\n<p>I was a very different kid in my childhood times. When everyone used to play in the school gardens, I used to sit aside and watch my extra seniors working in the electronics lab and even sometimes I ran away to them in full curiosity. &nbsp;It's obvious for any kid to play with his/her toys in her childhood but this was not the case for me. I used to watch things, think about them.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I was a slow writer LOL!!! and also not very good at academics. My teacher denied to grant me a promotion in my next class and unfortunately I've to change my school and leave all my cute friends. So I got admitted to my new school and this time my dad worked on me a lot. He became my guide, mentor and everything and BOOM!!! a miracle like something happened. I GOT Ist Rank in my Lower KG. I know it's a small achievement in life. But for as a child to me, it was highly valued. &nbsp;After then I maintained this performance for several future years. Instead of all this, I've also enjoyed my childhood a lot. I used to watch my favorite cartoon as soon as I reached home from school. From my childhood, I am not very much interested in sports. So in the evening, I used to walk and see others doing their physical activities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<h2>Insane's Teenage</h2>\n<p><img src=\"https://sites.google.com/site/keitolsm/_/rsrc/1472851927037/config/customLogo.gif?revision=4\" width=\"800\" height=\"539\"/></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Teenage in life comes with many problems and the same with me. This is the time when parents don't understand the needs of their children and what they want. Teenagers want freedom they don't want obstacles. When I was in my 6th Standard I started developing my interest in electronics and gadgets. I started buying tech magazines and journals from my pocket money. I became a big fan of Sir Steve Jobs(Founder of Apple .Inc). I started researching about him and read his full life biography. Then I started dreaming in a way he did. I made many projects till my 9th standard. Some of them involved robotics, Arduino projects, etc. But my family wasn't supporting me in all these creative works. They just wanted me to focus on my studies and nothing else. This troubled me a lot and I decided to leave my electronics. I have a habit of doing something all the time I cannot remain free. I was again snapped by a new passion. This time a new gadget hypnotized my mind.LOL!! It was a camera. Yesss. Right, I &nbsp;jumped into the world of photography.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>From morning till night I used to take shots and edit them in my pc and post them on my social media to show it to the rest of the world but this happiness was temporary. My high school started. That year I was fully devoted to my studies as high school is a very crucial point in one's educational life.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2>About My Blog on Steemit</h2>\n<p>Still, I am a teenager and I've passed my high school with 95%. This time my hobby is Steemit.
