PM Narendra Modi expressed his condolences to the families of the deceased and said Railway Ministry and state government are providing all assistance in the wake of tragic incident.\nAt least 23 people were killed and over 60 others injured as 14 coaches of Puri-Haridwar Kalinga Utkal Express derailed in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar area on Saturday evening, ANI reported. The accident occurred at around 5.45 pm in Khatauli, 40 km from Muzaffarnagar. Reflecting on the incident, Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu said he was personally monitoring the situation and that he has directed senior officials to take stock of the situation and ensure speedy rescue and relief operations.\nThe cause of the derailment is yet to be ascertained. Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed all possible help.       "body": "MUMBAI: Two television actors and their spot boy were killed when their car lost control and rammed into a stationary trailer on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad national highway at Manor in Palghar district on Saturday.\nManor police said that Gagan Kang (38) who plays the role of Lord Indra in the mythological serial 'Mahakali-Anth Hi Aarambh Hai' aired on Colors over the weekends was driving the Fiat Linea. His co-star Arjit Lavania (30), who plays 'Nandi' in the serial was seated beside him. Their spot boy, who has not been identified yet, was on the rear seat. They were returning to their Goregaon home from their studio in Umbergaon in Gujarat.\nAt around 11.15 am, when the car was on the Chillar Phata, near Hotel Mountain on the highway at Manor, Kang lost control of his vehicle. He went and crashed into the rear end of a stationary trailer parked alongside the road.\nEye-witnesses said that such was the impact of the crash that the car roof smashed into the trailer before turning reverse. When the car came to a halt it was facing towards Gujarat.\nThe victims were killed on the spot. Police said that the driver of the trailer was detained but it has emerged that the trailer was correctly parked on the siding of the road. Police said that the Kang was found dead on the driver's seat.
