      "body": "<html>\n<p>Hola gente, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes este tema de conversación, No se si alguna vez les ha pasado, casi todos hemos tenido miedo, angustia o algún temor por algo o alguien.</p>\n<p>El miedo o temor es una emoción caracterizada por una intensa sensación desagradable provocada por la percepción de un peligro, real o supuesto, presente, futuro o incluso pasado. Hay personas o situaciones que tienen el poder de alterarnos emocionalmente. La mejor manera de enfrentar los temores es de a poco ir confrontándolos por ejemplo, el que le tiene miedo a las altura subir a un rascacielos, el que le teme a la soledad aprender a vivir con ella, el que le teme a la oscuridad tener una casa sin bombillos, el que te tiene miedo al fracaso &nbsp;atreverse a no fracasar.
