Supplementing with probiotics may help to minimise COVID-19 morbidity and death. Probiotics help reduce cytokine storm by enhancing innate immunity while avoiding the exaggeration of adaptive immunity, which is under pressure to respond fast to the viral onslaught. The reduction of inflammatory cytokine responses by probiotics may reduce the severity and occurrence of ARDS, making probiotics an appealing adjuvant.\nDeveloping viable treatments will have a huge impact on the pandemic's impact on people's lives and economies all across the world. As a result, probiotic supplementation in high-risk and critically ill patients, as well as frontline health workers, may help to reduce infection and flatten the COVID-19 curve. However, there are currently no RCTs that can provide conclusive data. Circumstantial evidence, on the other hand, has supported the hypothesis that probiotic supplementation reduces the severity of COVID-19 reactions, including mortality. body*Only eat when you're hungry. As in, you're genuinely hungry—that is, your last meal has been entirely digested. It's possible that we think we're hungry when, in fact, we're just dehydrated. Tune in to your body and relearn what it's like to be truly hungry. *Eat in a relaxing and peaceful environment. When you eat, sit down and eat with as little distraction as possible: no television, book, phone, or laptop. *Take the proper amount of food. We are all unique individuals with varying demands, stomach sizes, and metabolic rates. Pay attention to your body and eat only till you're satisfied. *Indulge in hot foods. Freshly prepared is ideal, but as long as you stay away from anything straight from the fridge, your digestive power will be preserved (agni). This enables your digestive enzymes to function properly. *Supplement your diet with high-quality foods. Make your meal juicy or a slightly oily to help with digestion and nutritional absorption. Dry foods should be avoided. *Avoid eating incompatible foods together. This could result in a stomach ache.
