Luego quitas la concha a los platanos y en un embase mediado con un tenedor comiensas a triturarlos hasta que se haga un pure, procedes a echarle la cucharada de azucar y poco a poco junto a la maizina vas amasando con la mano hasta tener una masa moldeable y haces unas pelotitas mediana para luego aplastarlas con la palma de la mano hasta tener una forma de arepa, dejando el grosor según tu gusto.\n\nCalentar a velocidad media un sarten o budare, con un poco de aceite cuando este caliente y colocas las arepas en el sarten por cada lado aproximadamente 2 min.\n\nPero si quieres llevar tu experiencia a otro nivel, y eres amante de las frituras, colocas las arepas en un sarten con aceite donde al colocar la arepa queden cubiertas con el aceite y las dejas dorar al gusto.\n\nAl finalizar, abres la arepa por la mitad y la llenas con el queso.\n\n# ¡Listo! Estas preparado para compartir junto a tu familia o amigos.",
