Al mismo tiempo realmente no tienes ni que conocer qué es un instrumento de deuda, puedes verlo únicamente como una caja negra a la cual le das a guardar dinero y después de cierto tiempo tiene un poco más de dinero del que inicialmente guardaste\n\n2) Invertir con cetesdirecto es: Rápido; recuerdo perfectamente que el momento en el que decidí comenzar en cetesdirecto fue un domingo a las 9:00pm. Para el lunes a las 2:00pm, ya sabía como funcionaba y tenía mis primeros $100 MNX dentro de la plataforma generando intereses. \n\n3) Invertir con cetesdirecto es: Seguro; aquí quiero hacer un pequeño paréntesis. Es importante mencionar que no existe ningún instrumento de inversión libre de riesgo. Sería irresponsable de mi parte decir que existe algo en donde tu invertirás tu dinero y que no importando absolutamente ningún factor éste algo te va a devolver ganancias, no existe, no es posible y de hecho sería terrible para la economía en general que existiera. Entonces, ¿a qué me refiero con seguro?, pues dentro de todos los instrumentos existentes de inversión, la deuda de un país (en este caso específico México) es, en términos relativos, de las inversiones con menos riesgo pero al mismo tiempo con menos rendimiento.       "body": "Dear all!,\n\nas I am just starting on SteemIt, this is the very first post of the Awesome films Series. For starters, I will be posting here very personal reviews of an specific film or cinema topic and I really hope you enjoy my opinion. Please feel free to comment and discuss, I do really enjoy to talk about films with everyone.\n\nThen again, I would love to start by writing my opinion of this amazing japannese movie, Your Name. If you have not seen it, please stop reading and go watch it, you are really losing such an incredible experience. Let me please start by just explaining, real quick, the context of the movie. \n\nYour Name is basically a typical romcom with such plot twists and narrative elements that turns romcoms into classics. The story is about two teenagers which, by unexplainable reasons, change bodies with each other and this triggers a very deep connection between each other, up to the point of falling in love. As of now, this is a very well known plot; chick meets dude, dude screw things up, chick and dude get together by solving the issue... but we will be thinking this wrong if we just let ourselves guide by simplistic point of view.\n\nLet's really talk about the cinematographic language of the film. It is quite easy to see that animation is absolutely stunning. Very few anime films have ever recreated nowadays Japan as this films did. Cities and little towns are characters themselves, they are part of the story being told and help to discover various aspects of both main characters and their surroundings. \n\nSecond item is narrative, it can be said that this is a relative easy story to tell. There is a beginning, a conflict and a resolutions. The story even have the two plot twist expected from this narrative structure, however when the main syuzhet is revealed then all flashbacks and flashforward take an impressive importance within the fabula, how the story is being told. Actually the revelation of the syuzhet is taken as the first plot twist. This happens at the first 20 minutes of the movie, once all characters are set up and when the spectator realize both characters are separated not only by distance but by time as well.\n![1-900x600.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXNoGx1UoRSNN3HfqkPRMMkSFBavZ9g5QLn9r3nucGbnh/1-900x600.jpg)\nThis helps as perfect introduction of, what I think, is the most important item of this film: The usage of time as a dramatic, cinematic and narrative element. Let me please explain myself. Japannese have being recognized by their usage of time in different movies, my main example is Rashomon from Kurosawa which relates the story from 3 different point of views but in the same time. This leads you to unanswered questions that should be put together by retrieving very small pieces all along the movie. Usage of time as a element actually lead to very iconic movies such as Memento, Irreversible or Donnie Darko. However, what I think makes this movie different from Rashomon or any other mentioned is that time works as a polymorphic element. All films I just mentioned, which are GREAT films, use time only as 1 thing, either part of the narrative (Rashomon or Irreversible), as a dramatic element (Donnie Darko) or as a cinematic element (Memento). Your Name achieves to take this into a new whole level by setting a connected story in two different times (dramatic element), then everytime we see any of our characters we are taken back and forth into the time in order to know what the director want us to know  (narrative) and finally make an excellent work by setting very clear transitions of this time by showing sliding doors everytime we jump into time or every time we hear the little ring bell (cinematic)\n![índice.jpeg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRXBeKY61j8TjER58arHWdHXkAbi1qdmtbspDMxoXvpbf/%C3%ADndice.jpeg)\nBeing said that, I can only conclude that this film will help the anime world to be more recognized by filmakers and consumers. However, I would not say this is a perfect movie, I know by myself some clear narrative issues but they are tiny defects compared with all the legacy this movie is creating for future stories to be told.",

      "body": "Hola a todos! \n\nEste es mi primer post de la serie Inversiones 101. En esta primera entrega quiero platicarles sobre mi experiencia en los Préstamos Colectivos y en específico en la plataforma YoTePresto.com.\n\nDisclaimer: Este post no ha sido pagado por la plataforma y únicamente contiene mi percepción sobre la experiencia que he tenido. Bien dicen por ahí, cada quien habla como le va en la feria.\n\nAntes que nada, cabe hablar un poco sobre Crowdfunding y los préstamos colectivos. Desde la democratización de los diferentes servicios, todas las industrias (principalmente las más antiguas) han sufrido cambios radicales en la forma en la que hacen negocios. Un ejemplo claro es Uber, Didi y Cabify; ahora no es necesario tener ni mucho dinero, ni muchos contactos, ni mucho conocimiento para comenzar a trabajar (e invertir!) en la industria del transporte. Sólo basta un teléfono celular y estas listo para ser un chofer de un transporte privado o incluso comenzar un pequeño imperio de transportes. En el pasado se tenían que tramitar placas (caríiiiiiiisimo), buscar un coche (el tsuru no falla) y esperar que el gobierno en turno quisiera realizar el proceso. Hoy en día ponerse a trabajar en ciertos sectores es mucho mas fácil que antes. A todo esto, ¿qué es el crowdfunding?, por su traducción es fondeo colectivo, es decir; muchas personas con poco dinero lo juntan y se lo prestan a alguien que lo necesita. Esta idea primero comenzó para fondear proyectos, nuevos productos, nuevos servicios y los emprendedores regresaban el dinero en especie o con intereses. En el pasado la única forma de obtener semejantes prestamos de dinero era ir a un banco y bajarse los pantalones al aceptar sus términos y condiciones. \n\n¿Es YoTePresto.com Crowdfunding? En el sentido estricto de la palabra, la respuesta es: Sí. ¿Cuál es el chiste de YoTePresto?, bueno el dinero que uno puede prestar no se utiliza para un proyecto, producto o servicio necesariamente. El objetivo de YoTePresto es acercar a personas que necesitan dinero (para una u otra cosa) y a gente que tiene un guardadito. En resumen, ambas partes reciben una tasa de interés preferente; es decir el nuevo deudor paga mucho menos interés del que pagaría en un préstamo equivalente en cualquier institución financiera tradicional y el inversionista gana muchos más rendimientos que si comprará un bono de deuda equivalente en algún banco.\n\n![presto.PNG](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWGvvB73CHvgXHZEG1PQU4hJKV3XjXuXtvQsGbRLpUEst/presto.PNG)\n\n¿Qué gana YoTePresto con esto? Muy fácil, por cada pago que se recibe ellos cobran una pequeña comisión que al final se traduce en ganancias y en gastos operativos de la plataforma tecnológica. Ahora sí, mi experiencia:\n\nLlevo desde del 4to cuarto del 2017 en la plataforma y he invertido una cantidad muy pequeña de dinero porque quería probar la plataforma. Hasta el momento me encuentro muy conforme con los resultados y estoy pensando seriamente aumentar un poco mi capacidad de inversión. Iniciaré con algunos estadísticos básicos:\n\nLa tasa promedio de interés que tengo es de 16%. En mi caso, me encuentro con 0% de cartera vencida (habla muy bien del proceso de selección a deudores). Y finalmente, mi horizonte de la inversión varia de los 18 a los 16 meses.\n\nLo positivo: La plataforma es muy fácil de usar y tiene muy buen diseño e interfaz de usuario, el calendario de pago es claro y la información da un gran overview de tus ganancias y del valor de tu cuenta. Se puede comenzar en esta plataforma (al menos esa fue mi experiencia a finales del 2017) desde $1000.00. Hay concursos y promociones, aunque en realidad nunca he participado en ninguna\n\nLo negativo: Es difícil hacer un tracking preciso de la evolución de tus ganancias. Es decir si no monitoreas el sistema cada fin de mes es muy complicado saber cuanto realmente ganaste el mes pasado y así sucesivamente. Registrar la cuenta a donde se depositan tus ganancias es un poco engorroso y a veces se tiene el temor de que no se realizó correctamente el setup, sin embargo una vez realizado te vuelves mucho mas confiado con la plataforma.\n\nEn conclusión, recomiendo mucho la plataforma para aquello inversionistas principiantes que tiene objetivos ambiciosos en el mediano plazo. En mi experiencia el riesgo de la inversión es bajo debido a su excelente porcentaje de cartera vencida y ademas ofrece una excelente tasa de interés.
