      "body": "I enjoy buying and getting to know many different types of cryptocurrencies, especially those with practicality and usefulness. Rise is one of those coins. \n\nI enjoy RISE because it is not overhyped. Many coins advertise an ecosystem, but RISE delivers on the ecosystem promise. \n\nOne of the best parts about this coin is that it is a fixed supply for 5 years. It gradually increases each year. At the end of 5 years, the ecosystem will rely on transaction fees only. This is really good news because it shows a ramp up period where RISE adoption can occur en masse. \n\nI am most excited about Rise not just for the future price potential, but the DPoS rewards (delegated proof of stake by 101 delegates), and the smart contract builder. It offers a cheaper alternative to Ethereum, in a sense.\n\ni was waiting for the price of Rise to go down a bit to buy more, but it seems like every time I do that, there is a pump. It comes when I least expect it. This is good news for hodlers and traders alike. \n\nThis year, we have seen steady growth on Rise. Rise is definitely here to stay, in my opinion.       "body": "I work in the field of deploying global contact center solutions. We have several large clients in areas like Japan. How can we implement cryptocurrencies in their contact center?\n\nA few ideas I had been thinking of are around a few key ideas: identity, payments, transaction records, recording. \n\n**Identity**\n\nEach \"coin\" or token on the blockchain is unique, and therefore, one user can have access to one specific bit that is their identity. When someone initiates a transaction for assistance from a contact center agent, the serial number of that bit can be read, and identity of that person can be established. The agent receives a screen pop with the client information.\n\n**Payments **\n\nThere was recently a huge story that IBM is partnering with Stellar for payments. This is very cool and big news! This means that there are real world use cases for settling payments using cryptocurrency. Payments in the contact center can be fast and instant. If someone is called outbound and connected with a sales rep, a person can settle a payment over the phone or with a mobile app. \n\nSpeaking of mobile app, if a mobile app is used, voice, video, and chat channels can all be a part of the mobile app to connect with support reps!\n\n**Transaction Records**\n\nCryptocurrency makes it simple to record whom interacted with whom, and keep a public record of a transaction. It can be as follows:\n\nPerson A is customer\nPerson B is agent\nIVR is segment C\n\nPerson A will be identified by public key in a micro transaction \n\nMicro transaction goes to person B, the agent.\n\nPerson B brings C on the phone/chat/SMS\n\nPerson A sends QR code to make a payment to C with B's assistance.\n\nAll is recorded in the blockchain, which can be read in a portal for historical record purposes. It is secured because the identity of the hashes is unknown, but could be translated in a portal.\n\n**Recording**\n\nRecording or transcript could be available and stored in the blockchain, and encrypted by a key. When you buy it, you feel like you own a bit of the exchange.. That's because you do! \n\nIn that way, it functions similarly to a publically held company would when investors buy stock in that company. The growth they have seen has been phenomenal. They ramped up in July 2017 and have quickly found themselves in the top ten.\n\nThe reason I get excited about this coin is because it's not just cool and unique, but has real-world applications and uses within the exchange.\n\n**Use for fees**\n\nNot only can you buy $BNB on Binance, but you can also use it as a \"coupon\" for your trading fees. Trading fees also happen to be a lot lower on Binance since they are trying to stay competitive. Still, it's an excellent value, and they seem to be adding, on average, one coin every 1-2 days lately. I don't think I have paid any withdrawal fees, either. \n\n**Smart contracts**\n\nBuilt on the Ethereum platform, smart contracts can be created and executed using BNB. This might open up the door for margin trading down the road.  \n\n**BNB Supply**\n\nBinance will also, every quarter, use 20% of their profits to buy BNB and destroy them. This adds value to other coins that people are holding. This is great because they will decrease the supply and increase the demand for the coin by increasing its application. \n\n**Conclusion**\n\nBNB is an excellent value right now. If you are searching for a long term hold, it's definitely one you should keep on the radar. \n\nSeems like there are a few coins out there that will decrease the supply, or do a reverse split, in order to reduce supply and increase demand and add value to their coins. It's an interesting trend to watch as things move forward. \n\nThere will likely be other uses on Binance exchange in the future with their token that we haven't even thought of yet. It will be great to see the exchange and the token grow!\n\n*Note: Always do your own research before you invest in cryptocurrency.*",

Tony Robbins, for example, stated recently that Bitcoin is “Iffy” and that it should be equated to gambling in Las Vegas. Whether or not you agree with that statement, it is something to think about. Is it like gambling? \n\nThe year 1976 saw the birth of two companies: Microsoft and Apple. Two rivals that defined the computer industry. At that time, what those two companies were doing was extremely cutting-edge and innovative. Most people had not ever seen or used a computer personally before, much less did they own one. The goal was to bring a computer into every home when such a concept was nowhere near mainstream. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs saw what others did not: opportunity. They started working on building something they believed in and saw as the future, granted, in two very different ways. \n\nCryptocurrency investors follow a similar philosophy. There are many projects in existence; as an investor, it can be difficult to discern which are the best, which will be successful, which are scams, and which ones will fail. The philosophy of these investors is speculative in the sense that they believe that cryptocurrencies do, in fact, have a future; however, the question is, which ones will still be around in a few years? \n\nWhy is crypto here to stay? Money has been around for thousands of years, in many forms, and across many civilizations. The technology of the past 100 years has accelerated our growth as a species. Computers and technology dominate everything we do these days, it was only a matter of time where technology caught up to something we all use universally. It’s not just about the value and payment systems that crypto projects provide, but rather the sheer diversity in the way such value is provided to stakeholders of the coin, and of teams involved with crypto projects.\nIn reference to the birth of computers, as described earlier, computers very much started out as a “homebrew” culture in California. People would get together and meet about how to build new electronics, exchange ideas, learn about new and great technology.
