      "body": "George Harman 'Babe' Ruth Jr. was born on February 6, 1895 in Baltimore, Maryland. Both his father, George Herman Ruth Sr., and his mother, Katherine Schamberger, were German-Americans. His younger sister, Mamie, was the only one who survived childhood with him. Ruth was sent to the Industrial School of Santa María for Boys, a reformatory, when he was seven years old. There he would spend most of his next twelve years of life, so he would hardly see his family. \n\n\nRuth played nearly 200 baseball games in a year at St. Mary's. He did it in all positions, but he shined especially as a left-handed pitcher. In 1914 he was offered a contract with a minor league team, the Baltimore Orioles. His first game with them took place on March 7, 1914. There are several versions about the origin of his nickname, 'babe', but most likely he was baptized that way his first teammates. In July 1914, the Boston Red Sox bought Ruth's contract for the American League, in which he was hardly given opportunities to play and did not have the sympathy of his teammates.\n\n\nRuth joined the Providence Grays, a small team from the International League, on August 18 of that same year. There he was given more opportunities to play, which allowed him to develop his talent. In October they returned him to the Boston Red Sox, which he took to the top of the World Championship in 1916 thanks to his releases. Two years later, the team won again the World Cup, in which Ruth made 29 pitches and had two thirds of consecutive opportunities in which he was not marked, a record that would remain in force after his death. During that season he made 29 home runs, breaking the record of 24 in the Main League.\nIn 1915 he married Helen Woodford, with whom he would adopt a daughter, Dorothy, in 1921. On December 26, 1919 Ruth's contract was sold to the Yankees, with whom the player would remain for fifteen years, although he would only succeed in releases in five games. Instead of throwing, the player was dedicated to playing at the end of the field, breaking many batting records. He also exceeded his own record by completing 54 home runs in the 1920 season.\nOff the field, Ruth was known for her excesses, especially with drinking. This, however, did not seem to affect his performance in the field. In the 1923 season he helped the Yankees win their first world championship. The Yankees of 1927 were considered one of the best teams in history: they won the World Cup with ease and that year Ruth reached a record of 60 home runs. Ruth's wife, from whom he had separated, died in a fire in 1929. In April of that same year, the player married the actress Claire Hodgson and adopted his daughter Julia. Babe also won the 1932 World Cup with the Yankees. His last season on the field was in 1934. Four years later, he was hired as a base coach for the Dodgers, but he retired after a season. After his retirement, he never returned to baseball. In 1936 he became the first of five players to be chosen for the Baseball Walk of Fame.\n\nIn November 1946 a malignant tumor was found at the base of Ruth's skull. The player died on August 16, 1948. He was 53 years old. When his helmet was placed at Yankee Stadium, 77,000 people came to show respect. He is buried in Hawthorne (New York).       "body": "A schnauzer /ˈʃnaʊzər/ (German: [ˈʃnaʊtsɐ], plural Schnauzer, lit. translation \"snouter\") is a dog breed that originated in Germany in the 15th and 16th centuries.[1] The term comes from the German word for \"snout\" and means colloquially \"moustache\",[2] because of the dog's distinctively bearded snout.[3] Although the schnauzer is considered a terrier-type dog, they do not have the typical terrier temperament.\n\nBreeds:\n\nhere are three breeds: the giant, the standard, and the miniature. Toy and teacup are not breeds of schnauzer, but these common terms are used to market undersized or ill-bred miniature schnauzers.[citation needed] The original schnauzer was of the same size as the modern Standard Schnauzer breed, and was bred as a rat catcher, yard dog, and guard dog. The miniature schnauzer and the giant schnauzer were developed from the standard schnauzer and are the result of outcrosses with other breeds exhibiting the desirable characteristics needed for the schnauzer's original purpose.\n\nMiniature Schnauzers are around 1 ft (30 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh between 14 and 20 lb (6.4 and 9.1 kg)[4] They have high energy levels and are very intelligent dogs. The American Kennel Club (AKC) approves salt and pepper, black, and black and silver as acceptable coat colors for a miniature schnauzer. They are often bred in pure white or even parti (multi) colored, but neither are approved by the AKC.[5][6] The miniature is more delicate and less robust than his cousins, and should not live outside. They make excellent pets as they are loyal companions and are rarely aggressive toward strangers, although they are quick to sound the alarm at a perceived threat. The Miniature Schnauzer is the result of crossing the original schnauzer with breeds including the poodle and the affenpinscher.\n\nStandard Schnauzers are around 1.5 ft (46 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh 30 to 45 lb (14 to 20 kg). They are in the group of working dogs. Standard schnauzers have been used to catch rats and other rodents and as guard dogs. They have also carried messages in times of war, helped the Red Cross and been police dogs.\n\nGiant Schnauzers are around 2 ft (61 cm) tall at the shoulder and weigh between 55 and 80 lb (25 and 36 kg). They are working dogs that were developed in Swabia in the 17th century,[7] as a rough coated variant of the pinscher breeds. The Giant Schnauzer was developed independently through crosses of black Great Danes,[8] Munchener[8] German Shepherds,[8] Rottweilers,[8] Dobermans,[8] Boxers,[8] Bouvier des Flandres,[8] Thuringian Shepherds,[9] and the Standard Schnauzer.[9] It was originally bred to drive livestock to market and guard farms.[10]\n\n\n\nDescription\n\n\nThey are protective and energetic, and will alert members of the household to any potential danger, although its watchful nature can lead to persistent barking.[11] To avoid annoying the neighbors, dog owners should make every effort to curb excessive barking through training.[12] The breed is of above average intelligence and can be independent minded, so early training and diverse daily exercise is recommended.[13]\n\nSchnauzers have distinctive beards and long, feathery eyebrows. They are generally either a salt and pepper color, black, or white, but they can be brown also. Some owners shave their Schnauzers down the back while the hairs on their legs are kept long and curly, but this changes the coat colour, so show schnauzers especially will have their back coat \"stripped\" by hand, to encourage the salt and pepper pattern to emerge. It was traditional to have the tails docked and the ears cropped to give an alert appearance. It was common to crop the ears and dock the tails on working dogs. As these are ratters, these procedures don't give the rat anything to grab on to when being attacked and therefore cannot fight back.       "body": "El estrés es un sentimiento de tensión física o emocional. Puede provenir de cualquier situación o pensamiento que lo haga sentir a uno frustrado, furioso o nervioso.\n\n\n\nSea cual sea la razón, el estrés es provocado por uno mismo el trabajo , la pareja,  la familia son algunos de los factores que son los principales Síntomas que tienes Estrés  tales como el dolor de cabeza o (migraña), dolor en la mayoría de los músculos del cuerpo ansiedad , depresión.\n\nPara combatir el estrés aquí te dejo algunos tips para poder manejar este problema que afecta a la mayoría de los seres humanos: \n\n1.- Respirar Profundamente : Cuando te encuentres en una situación  llena de tensión repite este proceso en varias ocasiones hasta que comienzas a sentirte  mejor tranquil@.\n\n2.-  Hacer Ejercicio :  La actividad física te ayuda a aclarar la mente hasta hacer que todo ese momento incomodo valla desapareciendo.\n\n3-   Baño con Agua Fría y Caliente :  Darse un buen baño con estas agua ayudan a relajar todo los músculos contraído por todo ese estrés causado ya sea por el trabajo o el día a día de todas las personas es una buena terapia créeme.\n\n4.- Leer un libro:  Leer ayuda a relajar la mente y olvidarse de los problemas que algunos de los días traen con nosotros el Estrés \n\n5.- Organizar tu Tiempo y Espacio : Establecer las  prioridades, preocúpate por las cosas que son importante en su momento.
