      "body": "Bueno queridos amigos de Steemit este domingo me provoco preparar un pollo al horno Relleno y acá les cuento un poco de esta aventura en la cocina. \n\n## Ingredientes\n✓ 1 Pollo Entero con Piel\n✓ 5 Dientes de Ajo\n✓ 1 Zanahoria Mediana\n✓ 1 Calabacín Mediano\n✓ 1/4 De Repollo\n✓ Ramas (Cebolla, Celery, Ajo porro, Cedano, Perejil)\n✓ Sal, Pimienta y Onoto al gustó\n\n---\n\nCómo les comenté en los ingredientes necesitaremos un pollo entero, no debemos retirar la piel ya que está va a permitir que el pollo permanezca jugoso por dentro mientras lo doramos por fuera solo deben lavarlo muy bien y retirar los restos internos. \n![IMG_20180430_101335825.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPSK42LFEVZF7LizuqsfUxg84x1csHqzyVPEJiupQsVxk/IMG_20180430_101335825.jpg)\n\nPara seguir en la preparación del relleno les cuento que esta vez decidí usar solo vegetales, tome los 5 Dientes de Ajo y en el mortero los triture, la zanahoria cortada en cubos pequeños al igual que el calabacín, el repollo en pequeñas julianas y finalmente todas las ramas que van a darle un sabor exquisito a este relleno, al tenerlos todos cortados en cubos los mezclo en un recipiente y le vamos colocando los condimentos, soy fanático de las comidas salpimentadas entonces ya se imaginarán. Sal y pimienta al gusto a esta mezcla y finalmente lista para empezar a rellenar nuestro pollo.\n\n![IMG_20180430_101353153.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeWNj3AoHvRHxSKQF7rbKPHpiZkaw2RJocRndd3fy19F9/IMG_20180430_101353153.jpg)\n\nUna vez lista la mezcla de todos los vegetales con la sal y pimienta entonces procedemos a rellenarlo, yo lo puse bien gordito con todo este relleno. Jajaja cuando ya estuvo listo nuestro pollo bien gordito de relleno tome una cinta y le amarre los muslos para que el relleno no se saliera y quedará todo dentro del pollo, me ayude con algunos palillos para unir la piel ayudando a que todo el relleno permanezca dentro. \n\n![IMG_20180430_102756839.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcpkywjbGMBZJtj8hFJEjRLy9Q8N5RUYpdBJj2Bvq8MEi/IMG_20180430_102756839.jpg)\n\n![IMG_20180430_103316138.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmT6A3u7qhBxmN1cLbMBJUZPbF9uiFTAipRGAPDquwQYot/IMG_20180430_103316138.jpg)\n\nPor último le coloque un \"achote\" que no es más que color natural calentado en aceite vegetal pero acá en Venezuela lo conocemos con el nombre de \"achote\" este color nos va ayudar a dar ese color tipo dorado que tanto nos gusta en nuestro pollo horneado, pues verán bañe el pollo y cuando estaba todo untado finalmente lo lleve al horno el cual tenía previamente calentado a unos 230 grados, en lo particular me gusta hornear lo pero a fuego lento, ya que de esta manera va a tomar esta cocción que queremos para darle el final adecuado.       "body": "Se me hace agua la boca de solo ver este post, eso debería estar prohibido publicar cosas que se vean tan buenas jajjajaja (es broma).\n\n-----\n\nMe he tomado el atrevimiento de hacerte este comentario porque me ha gustado mucho tu post, y pues quería hacerte saber sobre un pequeño detalle que se escapa en el mismo, con la intención de que puedas aprender, corregir y así avanzar por el buen camino. \n\nEl pequeño detalle es que has usado el tag #steemit sin que el post guarde relación con el mismo. En steemit existen tags especiales que son los siguientes: #introduceyourself, #introducemyself, #steemit, #steem, #spanish y #castellano.       "body": "Bueno queridos amigos de Steemit este domingo me provoco preparar un pollo al horno Relleno y acá les cuento un poco de esta aventura en la cocina. \n\n## Ingredientes\n✓ 1 Pollo Entero con Piel\n✓ 5 Dientes de Ajo\n✓ 1 Zanahoria Mediana\n✓ 1 Calabacín Mediano\n✓ 1/4 De Repollo\n✓ Ramas (Cebolla, Celery, Ajo porro, Cedano, Perejil)\n✓ Sal, Pimienta y Onoto al gustó\n\n---\n\nCómo les comenté en los ingredientes necesitaremos un pollo entero, no debemos retirar la piel ya que está va a permitir que el pollo permanezca jugoso por dentro mientras lo doramos por fuera solo deben lavarlo muy bien y retirar los restos internos. \n![IMG_20180430_101335825.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPSK42LFEVZF7LizuqsfUxg84x1csHqzyVPEJiupQsVxk/IMG_20180430_101335825.jpg)\n\nPara seguir en la preparación del relleno les cuento que esta vez decidí usar solo vegetales, tome los 5 Dientes de Ajo y en el mortero los triture, la zanahoria cortada en cubos pequeños al igual que el calabacín, el repollo en pequeñas julianas y finalmente todas las ramas que van a darle un sabor exquisito a este relleno, al tenerlos todos cortados en cubos los mezclo en un recipiente y le vamos colocando los condimentos, soy fanático de las comidas salpimentadas entonces ya se imaginarán. Sal y pimienta al gusto a esta mezcla y finalmente lista para empezar a rellenar nuestro pollo.\n\n![IMG_20180430_101353153.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmeWNj3AoHvRHxSKQF7rbKPHpiZkaw2RJocRndd3fy19F9/IMG_20180430_101353153.jpg)\n\nUna vez lista la mezcla de todos los vegetales con la sal y pimienta entonces procedemos a rellenarlo, yo lo puse bien gordito con todo este relleno. Jajaja cuando ya estuvo listo nuestro pollo bien gordito de relleno tome una cinta y le amarre los muslos para que el relleno no se saliera y quedará todo dentro del pollo, me ayude con algunos palillos para unir la piel ayudando a que todo el relleno permanezca dentro. \n\n![IMG_20180430_102756839.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcpkywjbGMBZJtj8hFJEjRLy9Q8N5RUYpdBJj2Bvq8MEi/IMG_20180430_102756839.jpg)\n\n![IMG_20180430_103316138.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmT6A3u7qhBxmN1cLbMBJUZPbF9uiFTAipRGAPDquwQYot/IMG_20180430_103316138.jpg)\n\nPor último le coloque un \"achote\" que no es más que color natural calentado en aceite vegetal pero acá en Venezuela lo conocemos con el nombre de \"achote\" este color nos va ayudar a dar ese color tipo dorado que tanto nos gusta en nuestro pollo horneado, pues verán bañe el pollo y cuando estaba todo untado finalmente lo lleve al horno el cual tenía previamente calentado a unos 230 grados, en lo particular me gusta hornear lo pero a fuego lento, ya que de esta manera va a tomar esta cocción que queremos para darle el final adecuado.
