| body | Having provided a top 10 list for URL shorteners just a week ago, it wasn't sitting quite right with me. IMHO there are three categories that are important to distinguish between. 1. Those who pay for ALL traffic, 2. Those who count multiple views up to a certain number of views, and 3. Those who count only unique views. In a way you could divide them into two subcategories as well, a) those who count unique visitors from your links, and b) those who count unique visits globally. I don't have enough data to separate a from b at this point but I figured it at least deserved mentioning. <center></center> Those who count all views usually have lower CPM rates but if you have visitors who click on many of your links, it'll be worth it. These are my personal favorites. # Top 10 URL Shorteners That Count All views 1. [clik.pw](https://clik.pw/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha You can't go wrong with this one. 2. [psl.io](http://psl.io/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Great shortener, do iiit! 3. [coinarge.com](http://coinarge.com/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Another slam dunk! 4. [u2s.io](https://u2s.io/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. New acquaintance, but already a favorite. 5. [adbull.me](http://adbull.me/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Another new acquaintance, but it seems really awesome. 6. [urle.co](https://urle.co/ref/marnell) - Captcha: None. If you want short links without captcha, this is THE ONE! 7. [coin.mg](http://coin.mg/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Solid shortener and CPM rate has been rising lately 8. [vivads.net](http://vivads.net/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Not sure about exactly how traffic is counted, but it has double the CPM rate of the other shorteners counting all traffic. So even if some traffic count is lost, the high CPM rate makes up for it in spades. 9. [cryptosmo.com](https://www.cryptosmo.com/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. I just found this one myself and I'll be trying it out in the days to come. It looks solid and I'm pretty certain I can recommend it just from the looks alone. Go ahead, give it a try. 10. [coinb.ink](http://coinb.ink/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. They've been in the game for a long time and is considered a solid performer. Somewhat lower CPM rate than the rest of the field but not so low that it should put you off without giving it a try. 11. [bc.vc](http://bc.vc/?r=230272) - Captcha: reCaptcha. This one is just included for completeness sake, CPM rate is all over the place. Depending on your traffic, it can be a good earner or a complete waste of resources. Analyze your traffic before you start using this in a serious way. It has the potential to be great but only for the right application. 12. [zlshorte.net](http://zlshorte.net/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. This one is included for completeness sake. I've seen it getting decent reviews but I have my own personal reservations. It pays well and is supposed to count all views but it has a ton of popunders that activate while you're trying to solve the captcha. Use with caution... Those who count multiple views from a visitor but caps the count at some arbitrary number will usually have higher CPM rates than those who count all traffic. It depends on your unique application which will earn you the most in the end. These are coming in a close second in my personal liking. # Top 10 URL Shorteners That Count Multiple Views of Visitors 1. [adshort.co](https://adshort.co/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Counts: 5 views/ip/24h. A personal favorite, it's just a solid earner and it seems to be great at counting traffic. 2. [igram.im](https://igram.im/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Counts: 7 views/ip/24h. Almost as good as adshort.co, maybe you'll even like it better? It's a great shortener, definitely top tier, TRY IT or become sponge Bob square pants. 3. [oke.io](http://oke.io/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Counts: 3 views/ip/24h. It's not THE greatest but it's certainly a top contender. Good choice in captcha, good CPM rates, good interface. It's just a overall good shortener and I like it. 4. [linkshrink.net](http://linkshrink.net/ref=f6P1L) - Captcha: None. Counts: At least 4 views/ip/24h. If it wasn't for the low "lowest CPM" it would be great. Depending on where your traffic is from, it can earn great or it can suck. I don't particularly like the interface myself, but it's still ok. You should at the very least check it out and possibly give it a try to judge for yourself whether or not it's a good fit for your application. 5. [shorte.st](http://join-shortest.com/ref/99c3304650?user-type=new) - Captcha: None. Counts: 5 views/ip/24h. I personally don't use shorte.st because of it's API, it's not necessarily bad but it doesn't play well with the other APIs that I use. It's been around for a long time and is considered by many as one of the best shorteners around. If nothing else, it's worth a look. With a different API I'd be using it... 6. [adf.ly](https://join-adf.ly/17694897) - Captcha: None. Counts: 5 views/ip/24h. Very similar to shorte.st. Same pros and cons. I think it's actually THE largest url shortener in the market, so they must be doing something right. I'd probably be using it as well if they had a different API. 7. [linkbucks.com](https://www.linkbucks.com/referral/1035079) - Captcha:None. Counts: 5 views/ip/24h. I included this one for completeness. I haven't tried it because I haven't properly evaluated it's API. It's very well known and seems to have a large following. Maybe you like the looks, maybe you don't? It's worth a look anyway. 8. Vacant 9. Vacant 10. Vacant And last but not least, those who count only unique views from your visitors. They usually have considerably higher CPM rates, but you only get one view counted from each visitor (per 24h). If you have a lot of unique visitors and they don't click repeatedly on your links, this is the choice for you. # Top 10 URL Shorteners That Count Only Unique Views 1. [kuturl.com](https://kuturl.com/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. I just love this one, some views might slip through your fingers but the CPM rate is off the chart. YOU NEED TO TRY THIS ONE!!! 2. [coinlink.us](https://coinlink.us/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Almost as great CPM rate as kuturl.com and it seems to count slightly more views. You owe it to yourself to try this one out, it's just that good! 3. [adbility.me](https://adbilty.me/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. It's definitely in the "best of" category and very similar to cutwin.com in earnings. My personal gut feeling is that I like this one better due to the choice of captcha and the administration interface. 4. [cutwin.com](https://cutwin.com/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Good balance of views counted and CPM rate, it's a solid earner. 5. [l2s.io](http://l2s.io/ref/marnell) - Captcha: SolveMedia. Good choice of captcha, SolveMedia is usually easy on the visitor. Doesn't seem to count as many views as the others but CPM rate is good enough to make up for this. 6. [cut-urls.com](https://cut-urls.com/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Like l2s.io, it seems to count somewhat fewer views, but CPM rate is high enough to make up for this. I place it below l2s.io because of using reCaptcha instead of SolveMedia. Both have a good interface and a solid API. 7. [btc.ms](http://btc.ms/ref/kema00) - Captcha: reCaptcha. Not as great as it has been in the past but still a fair earner. I would still include it in the list since rumor has it that btc.ms is due for a major overhaul and you want to be a user before this happens. 8. [spaste.com](http://www.spaste.com/site/register/16007) - Captcha: SolveMedia. I really don't like the interface and there are statistics that I really miss. However, good choice of captcha and it seems to pay pretty well. 9. [adpop.me](https://adpop.me/ref/marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. I have only just begun using this one myself, but it seems to have great potential. 10. [short.am](http://short.am/join/signup.php?refid=marnell) - Captcha: reCaptcha. It's just good enough to be included in the top 10 but it's hanging on a thread. Not a great interface, not great with statistics, doesn't count views like the best, doesn't have the highest CPM rate, but it doesn't completely suck either. Depending on your personal preferences and your traffic, it might be a good option for you? Use with caution, but give your traffic a good analysis first so that you know how to decide whether to keep it or discard it. It has good potential for the right application. There you have it, three top 10 lists according to how they count traffic. I guarantee that using short links from (most of) these providers will earn you a good income if used correctly. Maximizing your income can be done by analyzing your traffic and picking the correct earnings model for your unique application. |

| body | I can't in good conscience hold off any longer, today I'm going to provide you with the holy grail for anyone wanting to run a faucet. <center></center> This post will be short, sweet and to the point. It'll be my personal top 10 list for URL shorteners. So, here we go. ## Kema's top 10 Url shorteners 1. [clik.pw](https://clik.pw/ref/marnell) - Good CPM and it counts multiple views from the same IP 2. [coinarge.com](http://coinarge.com/ref/marnell) - Pretty good CPM and it also counts multiple views from the same IP 3. [psl.io](http://psl.io/ref/marnell) - Almost as good CPM as coinarge.com and this one also counts multiple views from the same IP. 4. [kuturl.com](https://kuturl.com/ref/marnell) - VERY high CPM rates! 5. [coinlink.us](https://coinlink.us/ref/marnell) - Also very high CPM rates. 6. [cutwin.com](https://cutwin.com/ref/marnell) - Very high CPM rates for this one as well. 7. [oke.io](http://oke.io/ref/marnell) - High CPM rates and it counts each IP up to 3 times in a 24h period. 8. [adbility.me](https://adbilty.me/ref/marnell) - Another one with very high CPM rates. 9. [l2s.io](http://l2s.io/ref/marnell) - Good CPM rates and they count multiple views from the same IP. 10. [cut-urls.com](https://cut-urls.com/ref/marnell) - Good CPM rates, seems to be a solid earner. Ok, there you have it, my current top 10 list. I will surely revisit this topic since I'm bound to find new URL shorteners with great potential. Please remember to upvote this post if you liked it. |

| body | It's been a while since I posted last time, I've been delving into the faucet scripts and it feels fitting to dedicate this chapter to just faucet scripts. So, let's have a look at some options for faucet scripts. Since I only have experience with two scripts myself, I'll start with a list of links to some of the more wellknown scripts. I'll be honest, the list is a ripoff, I borrowed it from [Blog bitcoins 4free](http://bitcoins4free.altervista.org/bitcoin-faucet-scripts/). Instead of me making an ass of myself trying to seem more knowledgeable than I actually am, I'll focus on the two scripts that I do have experience with. But first the links I promised... [Faucetbox.com](https://faucetinabox.com/) [Faucetbox - Makejar's version](http://www.makejar.com/Faucet-in-a-Box-69-ultimate-is-finally-Ready/) [Faucetbox - $ script addon](https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1838228.0;topicseen) [Faucetbox - Shortlink integration](https://cointalk.club/faucet-scripts-add-ons-plugins/integration-of-short-links-in-faucetbox-script/) [Jquery faucet script](https://jaguarbitcoin.com/products.php?p=2) [Gr8.cc script](http://gr8.cc/buy/sb/1Drvse2QqCTigyfnZdDAxQJDhRpMtLiL3K) [Open Source Script](https://github.com/coinables/Bitcoin-Faucet-Dice-Faucet-Box) [Mini Faucet](https://gitlab.com/minifaucet/public) [Faucet CMS](https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1871667.0) [Coinbox script](http://coinbox.club/threads/free-coinbox-faucet-script.5/) [Unofficial Faucethub script](https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1835380.0) [Another Faucethub script](https://github.com/Salmen2/FaucetHub-Faucet) [Xapo faucet](https://github.com/destinybogan/Faucet-Builder) [Wordpress faucet by 99bitcoins.com](https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-faucet-wordpress-plugin/) [Quantum faucet](http://inculutus.me/Product-quantumfaucet) [Gambling faucet](https://overfeat.com/p-bitcoin-faucet-script) ### Faucetsystem.com This script I do have some personal experience with. [Official page](https://faucetsystem.com/sp/faucet/), for those who want the basic script. [Faucethub version](http://coinadia.com/downloads/fs_faucet_v2.0.1.zip) This script comes loaded out of the box. Instead of listing everything it comes equipped with I'll mention the things I didn't find. * No internal pot, it's all instant pay. * No shortlink integration * No faucet list * No seniority or loyalty program built in * No timer controlled progressive reward function * No currency conversion * No games or other extras There is a big "but" coming here, it's far from being an easy script to work with. You need to set up a SQL database, and add some personal information, but i suspect that is nothing unusual for faucet scripts. Once it's up and running you can administer the faucet from a browser which is a nice touch. So, if you're ok with the faucet as is, I guess it's ok to work with. However, if you want to start modifying it, adding functions, adding pages and changing the operation of the faucet. Then you are in for a steep learning curve. Modifying this script is not for the faint of heart and not something for a n0ob. I changed pretty much everything I could change and added a lot of extras just because I could. It was a fun learning experience but really, in hindsight not something I recommend unless you get off on doing things just because you can. Initially it feels pretty secure but the more I learn about programming the more I wonder about the security. I couldn't hack it myself and I don't know how to make a bot that'll penetrate this faucet script but to the real pros... I don't know? Anyway, if you want a turnkey ready faucet with lots of extras, this works. If you want to make the script your own, there might be better suited options out there. I got reports about some users having issues with the timer but could never replicate the problem myself, take it for what it's worth. ### Alpha Faucet script [Official page] (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1871667.0) This is my most recent experiment and to be honest, I like it a lot. Alamin did a great job writing this one. Instead of incorporating a SQL database you sort of create your own using files. It's very compact and transportable. Zip it up move the zip file to your new host and unzip, ready to go. You'll have to fill in some personal information to get it up and running but all in all it's very light weight. The code is pretty easy to work with if you want to modify the script. Anyone can play around with the layout and with a little experience you can tweak it to your own personal liking. It has out of the box support for shortlinks which is nice. It feels pretty secure but I'm no expert on security. Alamin's a really nice guy and part of the community, you can find him on the big crypto-currency forums. You get a choice of reCaptcha or SolveMedia. I decided to do something completely different, I added BitCaptcha instead. So, adding a different captcha provider is doable. Difficulty depends mostly on the information you get from the provider, the alpha script in itself is not the problem. The shortlink is initially set up as bonus link to visit. As usual I had to tinker with it and shifted the shortlink to be part of the claim process instead. So, this is also doable, but before you get yourself in a mess, make sure you know what you're doing. The script itself is easy enough to work with but It's easy to get distracted when you're sending things back and forth. Something that has become popular just recently is browser mining, I just had to give it a try. And indeed, it was pretty easily incorporated, no big surprises. I rebuilt the script so that you can set the rewards in dollars. I set it up for 9 different crypto-currencies using sub-domains. I changed layout protocol, added links, a nav-bar and so on, without breaking the script. All and all I'd say it's been smooth sailing. If you know the basics for coding in HTML, PHP and javascript, you can have a lot of fun with this script and I highly recommend it. That's all for this time. I'll try to get the next chapter up much faster than this one. |

| body | Hello again. Today I'm only sharing a small update. After having used 000Webhosting and their free hosting services, I finally moved my site to a paid service. I decided on [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222), they had an offer I couldn't refuse... First impressions, I'm super happy with [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222). Moving a site to a new host is never fun, but this time it was about as pain free as I imagine it can be. * Choose your new domain that is included in the package. * Park your old domain with [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222). * Point DNS for your old domain to [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222) servers. * Upload your files. * Create a new SQL database. * Import old database. * Presto! You're ready to rock now. [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222) provides you with a ton of helpful FAQ pages that help you with every step in the process. They also offer to call you up to help you over the phone. I'm not much of a phone guy, so I chose to do everything on my own. Interface is great, you can update your code on the fly or just upload your updated files. Speed is awesome, everything is super smooth. Now, I chose [InMotion Hosting](http://inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/260033/4222) because they seemed to have a overall good package deal with good support, good speed and being a reliable host. That doesn't necessarily imply that they are the best fit for you. In chapter 1, I named a few other top contenders as well and they all bring something unique to the table. So, if you're looking for a new hosting service, take another look at the hosts I mentioned in the previous chapter, they are all great in their own way. And now for some shameless promotion. (You have to add a little color to a post, right?) <center><a href="//inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/c/418619/274456/4222"><img src="//a.impactradius-go.com/display-ad/4222-274456" border="0" alt="" width="728" height="90"/></a><img height="0" width="0" src="//inmotion-hosting.evyy.net/i/418619/274456/4222" style="position:absolute;visibility:hidden;" border="0" /></center> Are you ready to start earning money from your new faucet? I think it's about time, don't you? Next chapter will (unless something unforeseen happens) start dealing with how to monetize your faucet. If you enjoy what I'm doing here, remember to upvote the post. |

| body | Setting up and running a faucet has many parts, but you need to start somewhere. So without further ado, let's start with "somewhere". Like I mentioned earlier, this blog series will be written by a n0ob for other n0obs. Currently I only have experience with one host myself and that is [000webhost.com](http://yoalizer.com/Lvv). This is a free hosting service and before you start scoffing at this, hear me out. Free hosts are usually less than great and they come with limitations, but [000webhost.com](http://yoalizer.com/Lvv) is actually not that bad. For someone starting out with a faucet, you get a free host which means keeping your overhead low. It doesn't get lower than free... They provide you with plenty of space for a faucet and you can run two separate webpages independently of each other. You have SQL databases and can run PHP among other things. In fact, I haven't truly encountered much limitations this far, even speed has been pretty good (at least on my end). But yes, once your faucet is starting to attract larger numbers of visitors you will outgrow this host. At this point you can either choose the easy way out and sign up for a premium account or go shopping for another hosting service. I'll mention a few from the top of my head... [Bluehost](http://yoalizer.com/Maj) is a huge host provider, most people who consider setting up a faucet has probably already seen Bluehost mentioned in one way or another. They are a solid company with fair prices and they have many different hosting solutions depending on your needs. You will almost certainly find something that suits you here. From what I understand it's supposed to be very easy to set up your site with [Bluehost](http://yoalizer.com/Maj). [InMotion](http://yoalizer.com/OsE) is not nearly as well known but don't let that trick you. From what I understand they are a premium provider with a solid reputation. Their speed is top notch, they have a very good kit for setting your site up and supposedly their support is a well oiled machine with stellar reviews. They have services to fit any needs. [A2 Hosting](http://yoalizer.com/Oso) is another less well known provider with a truly fantastic reputation. If you want speed A2 is the speed king of web hosts. They are not the cheapest but you get a super fast host. I have only heard good things about A2 and they have a full range of different packages that will meet any needs you can throw at them. [iPage](http://yoalizer.com/NZF) is a big and well known provider. Among the hosts that I mention here, [iPage](http://yoalizer.com/NZF) is the cheapest of the bunch. At the time that I'm writing this you can get hosting from $1.99 a month. Good reputation and a perfect solution if you're on a budget. The only caveat is probably their speed. There isn't really anything wrong with their speed but it's not comparable with the other hosts who are to be considered more like speed daemons of web hosting. To finish up this short list of hosting providers, [Dreamhost](http://yoalizer.com/17694897/dreamhost) is the one who other hosts measure themselves against. Probably the priciest option in the bunch but you can't go wrong with [Dreamhost](http://yoalizer.com/17694897/dreamhost). They are well known, veterans in the business, have a stellar reputation, great customer service, top class speed and so on. In short, I have yet to find anyone having anything bad to say about them. [Dreamhost](http://yoalizer.com/17694897/dreamhost) will take very good care of you. This is what I have found when I researched a host for my faucet. I have yet to sign with a paid host but I believe any one of these will provide great service. Most of them have introductory offers that will give you really good rates for the first term. As with all great offers, there is usually a catch and this is not any different. Once your first term is up and you want to continue your partnership, you will be expected to pay normal rates. These normal rates are often very different from your introductory offer. So, do yourself a favor, take a peak at the regular rates as well, this way you'll be better prepared for the future. And to wrap this chapter up, a few words on domains. [Freenom](http://www.freenom.com) will help you set up a domain completely free of charge. Free domains might not be flashy or impressive but they are free. Some advertisers demand a paid domain from their publishers but not everyone. All of the mentioned hosts can set you up with a paid domain and many will have offers that include a domain for free when you sign up for web hosting. Some goodies to look forward to: Monetizing your faucet, picking the right faucet script and coding resources among other things. Until next time, remember to upvote this post. |

"body": "Setting up and running a faucet has many parts, but you need to start somewhere. So without further ado, let's start with \"somewhere\". \n\nLike I mentioned earlier, this blog series will be written by a n0ob for other n0obs. It doesn't get lower than free...\nThey provide you with plenty of space for a faucet and you can run two separate webpages independently of each other. I'll mention a few from the top of my head...\n\n[Bluehost](http://yoalizer.com/Maj) is a huge host provider, most people who consider setting up a faucet has probably already seen Bluehost mentioned in one way or another. They are a solid company with fair prices and they have many different hosting solutions depending on your needs. You will almost certainly find something that suits you here. From what I understand it's supposed to be very easy to set up your site with [Bluehost](http://yoalizer.com/Maj).\n\n[InMotion](http://yoalizer.com/OsE) is not nearly as well known but don't let that trick you. From what I understand they are a premium provider with a solid reputation. Their speed is top notch, they have a very good kit for setting your site up and supposedly their support is a well oiled machine with stellar reviews. They have services to fit any needs.\n \n[A2 Hosting](http://yoalizer.com/Oso) is another less well known provider with a truly fantastic reputation. If you want speed A2 is the speed king of web hosts. They are not the cheapest but you get a super fast host. I have only heard good things about A2 and they have a full range of different packages that will meet any needs you can throw at them.\n\n[iPage](http://yoalizer.com/NZF) is a big and well known provider. \n\nTo finish up this short list of hosting providers, [Dreamhost](http://yoalizer.com/17694897/dreamhost) is the one who other hosts measure themselves against. [Dreamhost](http://yoalizer.com/17694897/dreamhost) will take very good care of you.\n\nThis is what I have found when I researched a host for my faucet. So, do yourself a favor, take a peak at the regular rates as well, this way you'll be better prepared for the future.\n\nAnd to wrap this chapter up, a few words on domains. [Freenom](http://www.freenom.com) will help you set up a domain completely free of charge. Free domains might not be flashy or impressive but they are free. Some advertisers demand a paid domain from their publishers but not everyone. All of the mentioned hosts can set you up with a paid domain and many will have offers that include a domain for free when you sign up for web hosting.\n\nSome goodies to look forward to: Monetizing your faucet, picking the right faucet script and coding resources among other things.\nUntil next time, remember to upvote this post.",

| body | # The adventure begins... Welcome to the first of many posts about creating and running your own Bitcoin (or any other altcoin) faucet. I have just recently created my own faucet and I intend to use my own learning experience as inspiration for my posts. If I found something challenging, there is a good chance you might also find it worth some extra attention. So, it'll be faucets 101 from a n0ob perspective, written for other n0obs. First some shameless self promoting. To see an example of what I'm talking about, visit my faucet [KemaBTC](http://coginator.com/17694897/kema). I'll be using this faucet when I need to give examples of something. Not limited to, but some of the topics I'll be looking into. * Getting started * Hosting * Software * Monetizing * Promoting * Resources ### Getting Started So, you've decided you want to create your own facet? There are some very basic considerations you will want to start with. There is of course Bitcoin but there are also many many altcoins out there and you can find faucets for quite a few of them. Your choice of currency will bring both benefits and limitations. Bitcoin is the big kid on the block and any faucet scripts out there will (to my knowledge) support Bitcoin. When it comes to altcoins it's not so simple anymore. Some faucet scripts will support altcoins while other won't. What payment system do you want to use? There are several microwallets that are very good at handling faucet payouts but there is also the option of sending the coin straight to a wallet address. Your choice of payment system will help you but it'll also limit you at the same time. What kind of security do you want for your faucet? There are plenty of bots out there who will try to exploit your faucet given the opportunity. So, some form of captcha will likely have to be implemented to keep the bots out and verifying human visitors. Are you interested strictly in security or is user friendliness just as important? How good are you at coding? Most faucet scripts use a combination of HTML, PHP, Javascript and SQL. If you're not a coding wizard you might want to consider finding a n0ob friendly faucet script? Myself I decided to stick with Bitcoin. Everything will be compatible with Bitcoin, you will have less worries about currency conversions and it's the most well known crypto currency with a large following. In my next post I'll start providing some examples that will help you get your feet wet. See you soon, and don't forget to upvote this post. |

| body | # Steem this!... I'm not much for social networks, I've never understood what's so great with Facebook and whenever I'm faced with writing an introduction of myself the result usually end up being some form of written digital equivalent to stuttering. Who wants to read a CV, that's not very interesting? I don't do lolcats! So, who am I? I'm a techie or engineer if you prefer that, a lifelong geek that have spent a large portion of my life trying out new interesting activities or learning a bunch of semi-useless skills. Really, people who don't know me think I'm kidding when I mention the stuff I've done, and no, I'm not going to post a list here. Suffice it to say that I'm a gamer, love fantasy and sci-fi, have forgotten more math than most people ever learn in a lifetime, am good at fixing and/or building things, and always seem to return to some form of computer based interests. My latest focus is Bitcoin! This mythical beast that you hear people whisper about and that is frequently mentioned in the news, but few actually know what it is. So, since this is what I've been obsessing about lately, this will be my primary focus of my blogging activities. At least for now... Maybe I will be able to share something that is interesting for people to read about? Oh, funny piece of trivia knowledge. For having tried my hands on such an extensive list of different things throughout my life, it's kind of amazing that I've never actually had a blog before. So, please bear with me, I'm bound to make all the usual n0ob mistakes. I'm also slightly dyslexic which might result in some typos being missed despite my best efforts to avoid spelling mistakes. I have a webpage that that you might wan't to have a look at, [KemaBTC](http://kema.gq), it's a Bitcoin faucet but I will try to expand it to provide more original content as well. Remember to check back every once in a while, even if you're not interested in earning free Bitcoin. And if you are into free Bitcoin, don't forget to click the "Earn more" button, I have an extensive list of links to other faucets and it's growing all the time. Keeping with the Bitcoin topic, what would you like to know more about? I have a massive topic coming up that will unfold over a longer period of time, but that doesn't mean I can't add other interesting topics as well, along the way. If you like my introduction, please remember to upvote the post. See you soon again. |
