The Bible tells us that the dead know nothing until  JESUS returns then we face the judgment from GOD. Also you use the niv and there are a lot of changes from the true BIBLE the KJV they have even left out complete passages. Revalation 22-19- And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, GOD shall take away his part out of the book of life. I feel like a lot of ghost hunting shows, movies, and other outlets are portraying spirits as our long, lost, departed family member or someone that died tragically and their spirit is lingering here waiting on someone to connect with them to help find the light. I’ve also seen several things posted on the internet that mocks people when they claim that spirits are actually demons. Some people are asking for help online because they are being attacked by something they cannot see or explain. They are frightened and looking for answers. Sometimes they look in the wrong places and are being given the wrong advice.  So they continue to have problems.  I hope that by writing this article, it helps someone.\n\nI had really intended to finish my series about the Canaanites traveling to North America, but I was deeply troubled in my spirit after I saw a post (I will not name names) that said, (paraphrasing) \"wished that religion would just be left out of the paranormal and that they were tired of people believing all ghosts were demons. After this, I was compelled to write this post to share what I believe. People have a right to not agree with me and that’s fine.\n\nAs I said before, I was deeply troubled in my spirit after reading that on the internet, and as I was sitting at the table preparing for my day, a voice said, “Read Acts”.  I thought to myself where did that come from?  I knew it was the Holy Spirit speaking to me and that I am supposed to share this with you all.\n\nThe Book of Acts is filled with many supernatural stories and it is important because this is the book that tells us about the Holy Spirit that came from Jesus after His ascension into heaven.  So if your wondering if spirits are actually real, I would say yes.  The Holy Spirit of God descending on the disciples was real and through the Holy Spirit, they were able to work many miracles and heal people. It’s through the Holy Spirit that they were able to cast out demons. It’s this Spirit that lives within each Christian.\n\nThere’s a story in the Book of Acts, that I felt the Holy Spirit wanted me to read.  It reminded me of what we see on tv. Remember, what you see on tv is dramatized and embellished for entertainment. \nActs 19:11-20 New International Version (NIV)\n\n11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.\n\n13 Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” 14 Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. 15 One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?” 16 Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.\n\n17 When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. 19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.[a] 20 In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power.\n\nWhen the Seven sons of Sceva encountered a real demon, it overpowered them.  It was not afraid of them and they could not cast it out because they were not filled with the Holy Spirit of God. It was afraid of Jesus and it knew Paul because he was filled with the Holy Spirit.  That is why salt, sage, other things of this nature do not work.  Instead of turning towards people for wrong guidance in dealing with these issues, we should turn to Jesus. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Light!! He is the answer.  It is through Him that we can be delivered out of the darkness.  It is through Him that we are given authority to rid our lives of evil things and evil spirits.\nMark 9:14-29 New International Version (NIV)\n\nJesus Heals a Boy Possessed by an Impure Spirit\n\n14 When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. 15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.\n\n16 “What are you arguing with them about?” he asked.\n\n17 A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. 18 Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not.”\n\n19 “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.”\n\n20 So they brought him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. When I look further into it, they have been practicing summonings, rituals, practicing spiritualism, and trying to interact and speak with it. I feel like a lot of ghost hunting shows, movies, and other outlets are portraying spirits as our long, lost, departed family member or someone that died tragically and their spirit is lingering here waiting on someone to connect with them to help find the light. I’ve also seen several things posted on the internet that mocks people when they claim that spirits are actually demons. Some people are asking for help online because they are being attacked by something they cannot see or explain. They are frightened and looking for answers. Sometimes they look in the wrong places and are being given the wrong advice.  So they continue to have problems.  I hope that by writing this article, it helps someone.\n\nI had really intended to finish my series about the Canaanites traveling to North America, but I was deeply troubled in my spirit after I saw a post (I will not name names) that said, (paraphrasing) \"wished that religion would just be left out of the paranormal and that they were tired of people believing all ghosts were demons. After this, I was compelled to write this post to share what I believe. People have a right to not agree with me and that’s fine.\n\nAs I said before, I was deeply troubled in my spirit after reading that on the internet, and as I was sitting at the table preparing for my day, a voice said, “Read Acts”.  I thought to myself where did that come from?  I knew it was the Holy Spirit speaking to me and that I am supposed to share this with you all.\n\nThe Book of Acts is filled with many supernatural stories and it is important because this is the book that tells us about the Holy Spirit that came from Jesus after His ascension into heaven.  So if your wondering if spirits are actually real, I would say yes.  The Holy Spirit of God descending on the disciples was real and through the Holy Spirit, they were able to work many miracles and heal people. It’s through the Holy Spirit that they were able to cast out demons. It’s this Spirit that lives within each Christian.\n\nThere’s a story in the Book of Acts, that I felt the Holy Spirit wanted me to read.  It reminded me of what we see on tv. Remember, what you see on tv is dramatized and embellished for entertainment. \nActs 19:11-20 New International Version (NIV)\n\n11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.\n\n13 Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” 14 Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. 15 One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?” 16 Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.\n\n17 When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. 19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. That is why salt, sage, other things of this nature do not work.  Instead of turning towards people for wrong guidance in dealing with these issues, we should turn to Jesus. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Light!! He is the answer.  It is through Him that we can be delivered out of the darkness.  It is through Him that we are given authority to rid our lives of evil things and evil spirits.\nMark 9:14-29 New International Version (NIV)\n\nJesus Heals a Boy Possessed by an Impure Spirit\n\n14 When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. 15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.\n\n16 “What are you arguing with them about?” he asked.\n\n17 A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech. 18 Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground.       "body": "<html>\n<p>(https://steemitimages.com/DQmbAMNFAQiJG1ePLhYZBc6aEEv9dtQWzCXRPtDdd4wtysk/IMG_5291%202.JPG)<br>\n<br>\nIn researching for supernatural occurrences to investigate, I stumbled upon a Youtube video titled Game Cam Photos of Levitating Rocks at <a href=\"http://boardcampcrystalmine.com/home/index.php\">Board Camp Crystal Mine</a>. &nbsp;It quickly perked my interest, and since I grew up only an hour away from this area, I knew exactly where this was located. &nbsp;The small town of Mena, Arkansas and it's surrounding neighbors are no strangers to me. &nbsp;<br>\nI watched the video and rewatched it, slowing it down frame by frame observing what they called the \"strange phenomena\" of rocks moving by themselves. &nbsp;I didn't know at the time, that this was only a little piece of the puzzle to what has been happening at this crystal mine. &nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nI had my husband watch it with me and our first impression was that they had to be moving the rocks themselves. &nbsp;Then I noticed bright flashes of light and temperature changes. &nbsp;I researched on the internet for anything related to this crystal mine and the phenomena. &nbsp;Being a new member of MUFON, I researched their database and realized quickly that sightings of UFO's had been reported at about the same time that these pictures were captured by the game camera. &nbsp;I also found a post from another source <a href=\"http://www.ufo-hunters.com/sightings/search/59744b2d9d2e4cd486f654db/UFO%20Sighting%20in%20Board%20Camp,%20AR%20on%20Saturday%2018%20February%202017\">UFO Hunters</a>&nbsp;with someone reporting a sighting from February 2017.&nbsp;&nbsp;(Click on the link to see it) &nbsp;With a little more in-depth&nbsp;research, I realized quickly that this had gained national attention from MUFON and also the Travel Channel. &nbsp;<br>\n<a href=\"http://boardcampcrystalmine.com/home/index.php\">The Board Camp Crystal Mine</a> will be featured on the Travel Channel's upcoming four part mini-series <a href=\"http://www.travelchannel.com/shows/expedition-unknown-hunt-for-extra-terrestrials\">Expedition Unknown: Hunt for Extraterrestrials</a> with Josh Gates and also featuring <a href=\"http://www.chasekloetzke.com/about.html\">Chase Kloetzke</a>, Special Assignment Team Investigator, from MUFON. &nbsp;It will start airing, October 4th, 2017, on the Travel Channel.<br>\n</p>\n<p>With more interesting videos being released on Board Camp Mine's Youtube Channel and in reading news articles from across the web, I wanted to see this for myself. &nbsp;It took me a few weeks to finally be able to travel to Mena. &nbsp;For this visit, I was only able to do a day time tour, but in hearing the stories and seeing some of the strange evidence myself, I will be going back with more gear for a full investigation and a night watch. &nbsp;Let me just say this before I go further, the videos do not do the levitation and movement of the rocks justice. Before I went there myself, I thought the crystals on the home made scale were small. These are huge rocks that probably weigh many pounds!!!! Remember, the rocks are only part of the sightings, not the full story.Ends of Leaves Burnt from Event Above Crystal Mine<br>\nOrville and Cheryl Murphy bought the mine in 2008 and opened a public dig site in 2012 for quartz crystal. &nbsp;Last fall, Orville started noticing orbs of light in the woods. &nbsp;Since then, more and more strange phenomena continues to occur.&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Unexplained lights that manifest and disappear</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Game camera photos showing rocks levitating and moving out of position</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Glowing orbs in different colors that seem to float in the woods and the surrounding areas.&nbsp;</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Batteries mysteriously being drained</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Large quartz crystals that appear to drop from the sky</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>The leaves on the end of branches that surround the mine have burn marks and are dying</strong></li>\n  <li><strong>Metal objects and fence posts that surround the mine are becoming magnetized</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>What I found really interesting, is that not only are the Murphy's experiencing unexplained events, their surrounding neighbors are too. &nbsp;As I stated above, there have also been many UFO sightings reported around the same time as some of the major events that took place at the mine. &nbsp;I am truly&nbsp;intrigued. Are the orbs caused from the piezoelectricity&nbsp;caused from quartz crystal? &nbsp;Is their a scientific explanation for everything? &nbsp;Why are there UFO's over the crystal mine? What makes it so special? &nbsp;I don't have the answers to those questions.<br>\n</p>\n<p>I can only attest to the fact that while I was there, I was shown surveillance&nbsp;footage of unexplained lights and orbs that I cannot explain. &nbsp;I was also given a tour of the mine and told many of the stories of eye witness accounts of strange happenings in and around the mine area. &nbsp;I was also shown fence posts that have been put up to protect the natural landscape of the mine. &nbsp;These fence posts are becoming&nbsp;magnetized. &nbsp;Orville showed me, using an ordinary compass, that the ends of the fence posts are becoming polarized. One end makes the compass point to north and the other end points to the south. &nbsp;That was truly amazing. What could be causing this phenomena? &nbsp;There was also an increased electromagnetic&nbsp;field surrounding the fence posts. &nbsp;Is this from the crystal energy?&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nAs we walked around the mine, two white pieces of wire were sticking up out the ground. &nbsp;Orville asked Cheryl to pick them up, I believed, worried someone might trip over them. &nbsp;She pulled them up from out of the ground and recognized them as dousing&nbsp;rods that a lady had left from an earlier visit. &nbsp;Orville pulled out his compass to see if, by chance, these metal rods were affected by whatever is going on there. With the two rods held together, he checked the ends to see if it would make the compass move. &nbsp;Nothing. &nbsp;Then he used just one rod by itself. &nbsp;As he moved the compass to the end of the white rod, I felt myself get a little excited. Did it do anything? Sure enough, the compass moved to north. He checked the opposite end of the wire and the compass moved to south. &nbsp;It was polarized! My mind was racing. &nbsp;How did that happen from just being stuck in the ground? &nbsp;With that, he checked the other rod and it was polarized opposite from the first. &nbsp;That's why the compass did not move. &nbsp;They were canceling each other out. Just what the heck is happening at this place? This is why the mine is still under investigation and many things are unexplained.<br>\n</p>\n<p>The Murphy's didn't just experience one event of strange phenomena, it is continuing! That's what makes their story so intriguing. &nbsp;Since they began to let other investigators visit, give tours, and do night watches, many other people have reported seeing strange sightings. &nbsp;They are even capturing them on cameras. Just go to their Facebook page and read all the new accounts of sightings and look at the pictures for yourself. &nbsp;<br>\n</p>\n<p>I was sad to have to leave the tour with so many unanswered questions and to not get a chance to do a complete investigation myself. &nbsp;Time can be my enemy. &nbsp;But I left with the knowledge that something amazing is happening at the <a href=\"http://metaphysicalcrystalsanctuary.com/tickets/\">Board Camp Crystal Mine</a> and that I will be back to investigate it further with more equipment.       "body": "I really liked this.  Fast food has made me fat.  You don't realize how bad this stuff is for you.  I always thought it was easier to just get something from a fast food place than to have to cook at home.  Now, that has changed dramatically and we are trying to just eat at home at much at possible.  My health is getting better now and I have lost 18 pounds..it makes a difference!!!",
