      "body": "Cada día son mas y mas las personas que conozco que les toca atravesar una ruptura amorosa, jóvenes, adultos, adolescentes....\n\nSiempre me ha inquietado este tema, porque muchas personas dicen \"no tengo suerte en el amor\" o \"todos son iguales\" \"el amor no existe\". \n\nCreo que hoy en día no hay un manual o suficiente información respecto a que cosas debo tomar en cuenta o en consideración antes de involucrarme emocionalmente con alguien; parece que la TV, LAS REDES, LA MÚSICA y todo al rededor nos dice ENAMORATE, ENTREGATE, SIGUE TU CORAZÓN, como si fuese algo muy trivial, pero nadie parece interesarle el otro lado de la moneda, el hecho de que si eliges mal, SALES MAL, MUY MAL, nadie te dice que una herida por un fracaso amoroso puede llevarte a una adicción, depresión, angustia y desencadenar algún problema de salud.\n\nSin embargo, la sociedad te sigue gritando VAMOS SIGUE TU CORAZÓN (cosa errada y grave) para que cuando sigas tu corazón te fractures y termines en el hoyo del cual no sales con medicina, una palmadita en el hombro ni las risas que la gente suele mostrarte una vez estas en el hoyo.\n\nSoy el tipo de persona que me gusta ACONSEJAR muchísimo a las personas en esta área en particular, porque creo que TODOS MERECEN LA VERDAD Y UN AMOR REAL, la verdad que ocultan los medios respecto a por ejemplo la apariencia de la mujer, NOS VENDIERON QUE SOLO LA IMAGEN ENAMORA, pero no todo es así, hay mucha tela que cortar en ese tema, aunque no es el que compete en este post. Igualmente los hombres creen que un BUEN FÍSICO o SU INTELECTO solamente enamoran a una mujer, hay una confusión tan grande que incluso muchos por eso siguen en la friendzone.\n\nNo soy psicóloga pero solo he observado por años a gente caer y estar mal, rotos, heridos y sufrir por algo sentimental...Muchas veces  aconsejo a las personas yéndome al diseño original de la vida, son años de experiencia estudiando el comportamiento humano desde el modelo bíblico, creo que una mujer u hombre que vuelve a su esencia trasciende, contrario a lo que la sociedad ha querido implantar, pues lo que han hecho es contaminar con nuevos estándares superficiales y tontos que hacen que la gente fracase y fracase en el área sentimental.\n\nAhora bien, este post, respondiendo al titulo: Seré breve pero directa.\n\nPRIMERO: Date una cachetada por favor¡ cae en el terreno de la REALIDAD si se terminó y estas sufriendo es porque esa persona no HIZÓ O NO HA HECHO (si no ha muerto) lo que tu corazón te esta pidiendo a gritos, AMOR REAL. Y por que lloras? lloras porque quieres ignorar la verdad, cual verdad? ESTA:\n \"En el amor no hay temor, sino que el perfecto amor echa fuera al temor; porque el temor comporta castigo, y el que teme, no ha sido perfeccionado en el amor.\" 1 Juan 4:18 RVR 1977\nLeíste bien?, vuelve a leer este versículo que encierra en si el porque sufres, es porque ESE \"AMOR\" no es perfecto en ninguna manera, si lo fuese no te estaría engendrando DUDAS, DOLOR Y TEMOR; a que me refiero con esto? a que si una persona TE AMA DE VERÁS, sacará y sacudirá tu vida de manera que no queden dudas en ti, osea su amor perfecto cubrirá tus heridas. \n\nSEGUNDO PASO: -Habla con Dios- Busca a Dios pregúntale si esa persona de verdad es para ti, que te muestre las cosas ocultas que tu sospechas pero que no las haz podido ver con claridad y pídele que te muestre la verdad por mas dura que sea, mientras mas cosas en contra salgan a la luz, podrás poner tus sentimientos en la balanza correcta; que si le descubres una pareja oculta o algo que realmente te desagrade, será mas fácil hacerle entender a tu mente QUE NO ES EL/LA CORRECT@ para ti, luego pídele a Dios que sane tu dolor y heridas: Cosa que él ira haciendo poco a poco y aunque duela ahora, sera temporal, porque una vez se calma el dolor, viene la revolución, te regeneras y tendrás una fuerza y vitalidad que nadie podrá apagar.\n\nTERCERO: Borra Todo- Borra sus fotos, redes, tlf, mira hazlo de verdad, si te quieres sanar de corazón, sigue la receta al pie de la letra!, no puede quedar nada de sus recuerdos en tu mente y la mejor manera es comenzar a borrar y sacar de tu vida lo que obstaculiza que te muevas hacia adelante y si esa persona te obstaculiza, hazlo ya¡\n\nCUARTO: Trabaja por tus sueños y sacalo a él o a ella de esos sueños, es decir, ve por tu visión de vida, sino tienes una aún pídele a Dios que te la muestre, nuestros sueños están ligados a talentos y la pasión que encontramos en todo aquello que harías sin recibir un céntimo como por ej (hacer música, pintar, bailar).
