Unfortunately food was left in them, and they had rusted out. Oh, and some kind of oil. I recommend peanut oil or coconut oil. Though soybean oil, vegetable oil, animal fat, butter or anything of the sort will work. </p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">I am going to make the dutch oven the focus of this article, to simplify things. First, I filled the sink with water and added the dish soap. The hotter the better. I let it sit there for about an hour before getting in there with the steel wool and really scrubbing the sides HARD. When I mean hard, I mean like you should be sweating. You cut a potato in half and just start scrubbing against the salt, so the salt rubs against the metal. I wasn't happy with how it came out. Then I used a rag to spread peanut oil over the pot entirely. After that, I dropped it into the oven at 400 degrees for an hour before calling it a night. It's no longer a cool place to go. It's a massive corporation with shareholders, and those shareholders need to be appeased at all times. So, they begin censoring everything, sharing our private data with other companies, and shedding everything that made Facebook somewhere you'd want to be.</center></p>\r\n<center>As with Myspace's fall due to the arrival of Facebook, MeWe has arrived to stand on Facebook's chest as it takes its last breath. A lot of people are far less aware of Niantic's first game, which in my opinion is far more entertaining. Especially when you sprinkle in the ARG aspects of it.\r\n\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=92rYjlxqypM\r\n\r\nThe game takes place using our reality melded with another storyline. Two realities in one, though you only really see Niantic's within the app itself. This makes things really interesting because even though you're on this covert mission to win this hidden war, people are walking all around you completely unaware of what you're doing. In geocaching, we call those people \"muggles.\"\r\n\r\nThe story is, that alongside the discovery of the Higgs Boson by CERN, scientists discovered exotic matter. This exotic matter has seeded into Earth and can be found all over it, as well as open portals. You are supposed to collect the exotic matter, or XM, and take control of these portals. Once you have a couple portals, you can link them together. When you have three or more, you can link them over an area, for control of said area. There are two factions, the enlightened and the resistance.\r\n<h2>Enlightened:</h2>\r\nThe Enlightened faction wants to help Shapers to infiltrate Earth, and they believe that Shapers will help humankind evolve and that they will bring enlightenment to all people. The Enlightened are represented by the color green in the game.\r\n<h2>Resistance:</h2>\r\nThe Resistance faction fights to save the Earth from Shapers. The Enlightened say that the Resistance fears change and a better world. But the Resistance believes that the Shaper invasion will be the end of humankind, and they want to stop it. The Resistance are represented by the color blue in the game.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https://www.reddit.com/r/Ingress/comments/2wdy5c/what_do_we_know_about_the_shapers/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shapers</a> are the code name assigned by ADA or the NIA for the transdimensional intelligence that may be infiltrating our dimension through XM Portals. At present, we have no visualization for Shapers. We only seem to see them when manifested in their human identities.\r\n\r\nAs you walk through the world, your device is constantly scanning the area around you for this XM and for the presence of these portals. Enemy portals will attack you, and the enemy is always around fighting for control of the most area. Even if you destroy someone's hold on a portal, someone else is likely doing the same to yours. They are typically found at places of worship or unique architecture, and have a ton of XM around them.\r\n\r\nWhat's interesting beyond the game itself, is the lore. By hacking portals, often times you'll pick up reports and confidential videos which explain the story inside of the story. Inside these videos are codes that can be cracked using various decryption methods, whether it be rot13, morse, or base64.\r\n\r\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgvHV155gvo\r\n\r\nThe ingress <a href=\"https://twitter.com/ingress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter</a> account is constantly pumping out news, material, and hidden passcodes to the public. The story is far from over and continues to unravel to this day. I don't want to say too much, because the story starts as soon as you load up the game, but there is a massive amount of resources online where you can spoil for yourself what's happened so far, or get tips on how to play better. There are even <a href=\"https://plus.google.com/communities/108599095839806789745\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">groups</a> dedicated to throwing out solved passcodes which give you experience and rare in game items.\r\n\r\nAlso, be sure to check out the <a href=\"https://ingress.com/intel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">map</a> of your area. Plot out exactly where you'll go for the day, and what you have the capability to capture. Oh, and be sure to <a href=\"http://investigate.ingress.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">investigate</a> everything.\r\n\r\nThe last bit I will say about this game, is that it has a very active community with local meet ups. You can meet some pretty cool people who can help you along with becoming a better player, or share some aspects of the story that they've learned. Some of this story is passed on from word of mouth, and theories made by players. It's honestly the best time to get in, because they are releasing a <a href=\"https://ingressprime.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new version</a> of the game later this year, and it's best to get your practice in now!\r\n\r\nGet in on <a href=\"https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ingress/id576505181?mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">apple</a> or <a href=\"https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nianticproject.ingress&amp;hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">android</a>, explore(and get some exercise), and have some fun! Today, I am going to teach you some of the cool stuff you can do with a NAS or, Network Attached Storage. I upgraded mine over the last few days, and decided to share the process, because once you have a NAS, you'll question why you never had one before. You can do this in any combination, and chances are, you have some shitty old PC laying in a closet somewhere that you could easily use.\r\n\r\nYou will also need two flash drives. They both should be empty. You need to put the nas4free installation media on one, and the OS will go on another.\r\n\r\nSo, now that you have your PC built, let's get started.\r\n\r\nFirst, go <a href=\"https://sourceforge.net/projects/xigmanas/files/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here</a>.\r\n\r\nMake sure to click on the link with the latest date. Since we're using USB, we will be selecting this.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-416.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7158\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-416.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1342\" height=\"715\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nIt will begin downloading. This could take fifteen minutes or so. Once that is completed, head over and download <a href=\"https://rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.18p.exe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rufus</a>.\r\n\r\nOnce that is finished, you have everything you need to install nas4free.\r\n\r\nTurn on your freshly built PC. It will lead you straight to the BIOS, and you'll need to switch the boot order to make booting from USB first priority. There are a million <a href=\"http://www.boot-disk.com/boot_priority.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tutorials</a> on how to do this, but it's pretty straight forward. Find boot order, move everything related to USB to the top. It might be smart to make it reboot upon power loss as well. Save and exit.\r\n\r\nNow, you need to plug a USB into the computer you are used to using. Open rufus, then select this usb. After, go down to where it says ISO, and change to DD. Find the nas4free image that you downloaded earlier.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-414.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7160\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-414.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"426\" height=\"673\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nMake yours look like mine, other than the very top option. It will be whatever your USB is called.Next to DD, where that CD looking icon is, that's what you'll click to browse and find the nas4free you downloaded earlier.\r\n\r\nAfter you hit start, it will begin installing nas4free onto the USB. Once it completes, you'll take the USB, along with the other blank one, and put those into the new PC. Then, reboot that PC.\r\n\r\nOnce you reboot, it will begin loading the new OS. Then you can begin installing the OS onto the other USB that will stay permanently in the PC. The next screen, pick the preferred option. Then it will guide you through. Basically, you want however much ram you have in the system, times 1.5. So, if you have 8gb ram, you need 12gb swap. A 32gb flash drive would work great in this scenario and give you extra room for OS updates. Once finished, you'll be back to the first screen. You'll need to configure a network IP. Go to your normal computer, and run command. (either windows key+ r, then type cmd.exe then hit okay, or type command in cortana or search in start menu). Once it's open, type in ipconfig and hit enter. It will bring up important information about your network, but you're looking for information on the gateway.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-417.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7166\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-417.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"668\" height=\"466\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nNow, you'll know your gateway. So, back to the new PC, go select option 2. I know it is highlighted on yes, but select no.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/282-Staticip.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7168\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/282-Staticip.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"446\" height=\"221\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nFor this, you'll put whatever your gateway is. Usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, but you'll change the last one to something over 20. Just type 8.8.8.8\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/282-IP6.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7172\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/282-IP6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"592\" height=\"170\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nFinally for this, select no.\r\n\r\nNow you will have a GUI login, or a way to log in from your normal computer. You can now unplug monitor and keyboard from new pc. You won't need them anymore.\r\n\r\nSo, in your browser, go to the ip address you set up for your NAS. Whether it was the 192.168.0.21 or 192.168.1.56, or whatever you chose. But, you want to be able to store things on it easily on your computer right? Well, first we need it to recognize your hard drives. After this, click the HDD format tab.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-421.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7176\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-421.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1873\" height=\"460\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nSelect UFS, then click all of your disks(aside from USB where OS is installed. Then hit next and go through prompts.\r\n\r\nThen, return to HDD management. It will give you one of these options. You must select them.\r\n\r\nNow, we need a mount point on the disks. Problem is, windows can't see them. On the path, click the three little dots, then go to the mnt and shares that you created earlier. You can create as many as you'd like. One for each disk, or use all three disks as one. If you only have one disk, just go to mnt and hit okay.\r\n\r\nNow, you are sharing with windows. So, open up your explorer and at the top, type in whatever ip address you use to login to nas from web browser. So, \\\\192.168.1.25 or so on.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-431-1.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7188\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-431-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"591\" height=\"535\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nNow, right click each folder, and click map network drive.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-432.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7189\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-432.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"708\" height=\"591\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nNow, you can use your entire new NAS as a network folder on your computer. You can save documents, photos, movies, games, etc all in the folder and it will store it externally, outside of your computer. Now, everyone in your network(everyone using your modem or router), can use these folders. It will work as a community hub for anything you want to save or share.\r\n\r\nBut, that's only on your network, and you're limited as a guest. (So that you won't need to do this every time. Now, if it won't let you log in, it just means that your modem/router is being a pain in the ass and the port needs opened. (port 21).\r\n\r\nThere are so many variations of routers and modems that we couldn't possibly go through every one, but your model number should be written on the modem or router itself. Put that into google with a \"open port\" or \"port forwarding\" for a tutorial on how to do this. Once that port is open, you'll be good to login.\r\n\r\nNow, you can send files to your humble little NAS from across the world.\r\n\r\nBUT, you also want your media to play on your TV from the NAS. I got you, fam.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-440.png\"><center><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7198\" src=\"http://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Screenshot-440.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1795\" height=\"663\" /></center><br/></a>\r\n\r\nGo to services&gt;DLNA/UPnP MiniDLNA&gt;MiniDLNA then make your screen look like mine, selecting your mount point obviously.\r\n\r\nNow, your smart TVs can pick it up and you can stream directly to it.\r\n\r\nTo make things easier, you can also download <a href=\"https://www.plex.tv/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plex</a>.\r\n\r\nSign up, and then you will get a server. Make sure to do this on the strongest computer in your house. When it prompts you to pick your media directory, make sure to select the mnt point on the NAS that we made earlier.\r\n\r\nThen, once it's downloaded, go to your settings and enable remote access and DLNA. Instead, I want to tell you about Airbnb. </p>\n<p>Now, I'm sure a lot of you have used it, and some of you maybe not. This is for the people who haven't. I myself have always used hotels. They're easy, they're everywhere, and you usually get the same level of service and cleanliness based on what you pay for. Airbnb is different, and oftentimes far cheaper.  <br></p>\n<p>I created an account the day before I left, and had a place within thirty minutes. An amazing and cozy little cabin by a natural stream. It's someone's place that they want to share with other adventurers. It's not an impersonal room, with the same bland scenery and expectations. It's something new, and something cozy every time, by independent people who thrive on reviews. </p>\n<p>You matter to them. </p>\n<p>Your reviews are their life blood, and without it, they're out of business. So, whereas at a normal hotel they might get rude, or not live up to expectations, these guys go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable, and wanting to come back year after year. </p>\n<p>So, I would like to say that my experience with Airbnb was outstanding, and I'll never use a hotel again. I'm the kind of guy who likes hole in the wall bars and restaurants over chains, because chains are just not interesting, or exciting, or different. Hotels are the same way and it took me this long to build up the courage and trust to step out of that bubble, but it's definitely changed my life. I'd much rather help out an indie than a chain, and I know they'll work a lot harder to make my stays memorable.       "body": "<center>https://kyleperkinsauthor.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/53788246_627671614322637_9090431271351353344_n.jpg</center> <br/><p></p>\n<p>I know it’s technically spring, so this article may seem a bit out of place, but I’ve been itching to write a guest post for Kyle for a while, and I’ve always been a fan of creepy things... so here we are. </p>\n<p><em>(It also helps that as I write this, Ohio has provided the perfect ambiance for composing this article – it’s a dreary, rainy day and our trees are still in the ominous skeletal state they take on during winter.</em><em style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1px; text-transform: inherit;\">) </em></p>\n<p> If you’re anything like me, an overcast day or stormy night just begs to be spent diving into an unsettling marathon of hair-raising, disconcerting mysteries. Lucky for you, I’ve composed a list of some of the creepiest rabbit holes to plunge down when you’re in the mood for some chilly bones.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/marconi.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"GEC-Marconi\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" /></p>\n<h3>1.) CONSPIRACY - The Suspicious Deaths of the GEC-Marconi Scientists</h3>\n<p>This one delves into conspiracy. I’m usually fairly selective of the conspiracies I bite into, but this one gave me some serious chills. To summarize, in the 1980s, a wave of bizarre deaths befell scientists who were working on top-secret defense projects. At first, one might wave the conspiracy off as just paranoia and coincidence, but as you dive deeper into the details of the suspicious manner in which these computer scientists met their ends, you can’t help but let a little bit freaked out. One died in what was deemed a drunk driving accident, despite his friends claiming he had not been drinking that night. But it gets weirder - another, who had allegedly jumped from a bridge, was found with a needle-sized puncture wound in his buttock. The deaths get more suspicious from there, some rather gruesome, with up to 25 connected deaths in all. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://theunredacted.com/dead-scientists-the-marconi-murders/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here's a good read and thorough explanation of the conspiracy.</a> </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GEC-Marconi_scientist_deaths_conspiracy_theory\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Relevant Wiki page with further links and articles.</a></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/mranime.png\" alt=\"MrAnime\" width=\"1375\" height=\"795\" /></p>\n<h3>2.) TRUE CRIME – Mind of a Murderer – Mr. Anime/LensCapProductions</h3>\n<p><strong>Trigger Warning - This is a 100% real, tragic case that deals with gun violence and mass shootings.</strong> </p>\n<p>Trey Eric Sesler, or “Mr. Anime,” killed his family about a week after he uploaded his last YouTube video. He planned to carry out an attack on a nearby junior high school, but did not go through with it. Disturbingly, his YouTube channel is still up. Aside from the obvious, what’s unsettling to me about this one is just how average and normal the kid seems, especially in the earlier videos. Though, if you compare the early content to his later uploads, you can definitely see a decline. One of his last videos is even titled “Mr. Anime is planning something.” Chilling. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/user/LensCapProductions/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here's the YouTube Channel</a> </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trey_Eric_Sesler\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">And here's the Wiki page regarding his case.</a></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/sleepstudy.jpg\" alt=\"SLEEPSTUDY\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1190\" /></p>\n<h3>3.) GHOST or INTRUDER? - Suspicious Voice Captured on Sleep App</h3>\n<p>Reddit user Redwantsblue80 documented an unsettling experience she had while using an app to record her sleep. While reviewing her recordings that should’ve been nothing but background noise, she found an exchange with a male voice that happened around 2 AM. No grown men were in the house at the time, and she does not remember the exchange. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.reddit.com/r/Ghosts/comments/1u894f/experience_using_sleep_as_android_app/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">You can read the post with audio and updates here.</a></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/dybbuk.jpg\" alt=\"DYBBUK\" width=\"733\" height=\"440\" /></p>\n<h3>4.) PARANORMAL – The Dybbuk Box</h3>\n<p>You may be familiar with this one, as it’s made its rounds on the internet and even inspired a <a href=\"https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0431021/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">horror film.</a> Wikipedia gives a decent summary of what we’re dealing with, here: </p>\n<p><em>“The dybbuk box, or dibbuk box </em><em style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1px; text-transform: inherit;\">(in the Hebrew language known as קופסת דיבוק, or Kufsat Dibbuk), is a wine box which is said to be haunted by a dybbuk. A dybbuk is a restless, usually malicious, spirit believed to be able to haunt and even possess the living.” </em></p>\n<p> The story caught the attention of the world when Kevin Mannis, a writer and antiques dealer, composed a compelling tale of a curious wine box that had come into his possession. He sold the item on eBay, and subsequent owners have documented strange happenings that occur once the box is in their possession. Is it a real, or just a really good ghost story? Just don’t say we didn’t warn you.</p>\n<p>  <img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/heavensgate.png\" alt=\"HeavensGate\" width=\"851\" height=\"479\" /></p>\n<h3>5.) CULT – The Heaven’s Gate Cult</h3>\n<p>Most of you are likely somewhat familiar with this group that committed a mass-suicide coinciding with the Hale-Bopp comet in the late 90’s, but the disturbing end for the group, coupled with the abundance of documented information about them, makes for an interesting, albeit sad, afternoon of reading. There’s something extremely unsettling when even the brightest of people can be susceptible to the convictions of a master manipulator, and the fact that there are still living members who maintain the cult’s website to this day (with alleged plans to someday join the others who have already “ascended”) amps up the chills significantly. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heaven%27s_Gate_(religious_group)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">A good start is the Wikipedia page</a> , or you can go directly to the cult’s <strong>still-functional</strong> website <a style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1px; text-transform: inherit; background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"http://heavensgate.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE.</a> </p>\n<p>Apparently, the Heaven's Gate members who stayed behind to run the page will still respond if you dare to send them a message. My curiosity ends <em>*just*</em> before that line gets crossed, so you’re on your own, there! </p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/oaklawn.jpg\" alt=\"OAKLAWN\" width=\"1280\" height=\"654\" /></p>\n<h3>6.) GHOST RECORDING – Apparitions and Orbs at Oaklawn Cemetery</h3>\n<p>We’ll delve back into something a bit more metaphysical, now, and talk about the Oaklawn Cemetery in Tampa, FL. </p>\n<p>Allegedly, this is one of the most haunted spaces in the state, and many claim to have seen ghosts and other paranormal happenings amongst the gravestones. I’ve actually been to this one, and while I didn’t see any ghosts while I was there (We visited in broad daylight; my bravery plummets at the edge of my computer screen), it was definitely an expansive space with thousands of final resting places. I can see why spirits might hang around. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oaklawn_Cemetery\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here's a little info on the cemetery, itself.</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://youtu.be/Eb9KuF3L9s8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">...and here's the spooky video that some paranormal investigators claim captured spirits wandering the gravestones.</a> </p>\n<p>Some have alleged that this all could be recreated with video editing software, but just because it <em>could</em>, doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a hoax. GHOST -  Fingerlakes Mall Ghost</h3>\n<p>If you’re still thirsty for some ghost footage, here’s another short and sweet video posted by Upstate Supernatural. The paranormal investigators captured cctv footage of what they call a “shadowwalker” in an empty room. MONSTER Lake Monsters in China</h3>\n<p>The Lake Tianchi Monster is an alleged monster(monsters?) that inhabits Heaven Lake in the peak of the Baekdu Mountain. There have been multiple reports of monster sightings at this location over the years (sometimes with hundreds of witnesses), despite the skepticism of scientists who claim the recent volcanic activity within the lake would make it uninhabitable for any large creature. </p>\n<p>In 2007, a Chinese reporter captured a 20 minute video of six large, seal-like creatures with fins longer than their bodies swimming in patterns. Skeptics claim these are all figments of the imagination, or perhaps the mind tricking witnesses into misidentifying floating volcanic rock.</p>\n<p> <a href=\"https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Tianchi_Monster\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read about it here.</a> </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://youtu.be/cFElPwUVUHs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">And here's a news segment with some of the reporter's footage.</a></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/taratheandroid.png\" alt=\"TaraTheAndroid\" width=\"982\" height=\"643\" /></p>\n<h3>9.) WEIRD Tara the Android</h3>\n<p>This one pops up frequently on lists of creepy things from around the internet, and for good reason. The video, itself, is bizarre and unnerving, but the caption adds to the mystery. Further analysis of the various shots and lyrics within the video, combined with the caption, has given birth to some very dark theories – one being, that the original “Tara” was murdered and this android was created to take her place. This video was uploaded in 2009 by YouTube user Creepyblog – the only video ever posted by that account. </p>\n<p><a href=\"https://youtu.be/rLy-AwdCOmI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Watch it here</a> and go <a href=\"http://www.the13thfloor.tv/2016/04/12/i-feel-fantastic-the-horrifying-history-of-tara-the-android/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HERE</a> for further reading on the theories surrounding this peculiar android (including a more practical explanation, if you need to actually sleep tonight).</p>\n<p><br />  <img src=\"https://kyleperkinsauthor.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/thebridge.jpg\" alt=\"THEBRIDGE\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1281\" /></p>\n<h3>10.) REAL - The Bridge</h3>\n<p>From the <a href=\"https://www.reddit.com/r/LetsNotMeet/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Let's Not Meet</a> subreddit, which is dedicated to true creepy encounters with strangers (a skin-crawl of a rabbit hole to jump down, in itself), this user (account is now deactivated) recounts a bone-chilling discovery that he and his friends made while exploring a creepy crawlspace in a local bridge. I woke up the following morning to find a weird deleted video only visible to me on Facebook. I clicked the video and it actually played. It was also supposedly taken during the debate, but the problem is, I didn't have my phone.</p>\n<p>To be honest, I set my phone down after watching it and didn't look at it for a while. Then, I picked it back up and tried to find the video again but I couldn't. Several hours went by and I was starting to question if I was having a stroke or something because I could have sworn I saw this video that was on my Facebook, but it was gone. I told my wife about it and she thought it was pretty fucking weird herself. I stopped thinking about it and finished my day at work, and when I got home, somehow the video was back. This time I got to sit and watch it in detail, and some of the details didn't sit right with me.</p>\n<p>So, the video is supposed to be live. Facebook doesn't allow recorded videos to be published as a live stream. That's weird. Furthermore, it was a video I never took from the perspective of someone holding my phone and using it to record my computer screen. Also weird because I was watching the debates. Then the \"live video,\" skips. Lastly, the recording is of my server with music over the video. Problem with this is that the server configuration is from months ago and my server has an entirely different folder naming scheme name now and has for months. I literally never made that video.
