| body | SHORT STORY ABOUT MY SHELF INTRODUCTION: I want to use this short period to introduce myself to you good friend here My Name is YAHAYA ABDULRAZAQ known as LANCO the name my friend call me, I am from Okene small village in Kogi State, Nigeria, I have a wonderful and sorrowful story I want to share with you all I am a guy who leave a painful life and helpless person that lost the hope of life. I am the only child of my family, no sisters, no brother it was really painful for me for not having those two peoples around me I don’t have anybody to call brother or sister but I also thank God shah because they say where ever you meet yourself don’t complain to God because God that did it like that know the best for u, so I was seven (7) years old boy when I lost my Beloved Father you all know how terrible it is for seven years child to lost his only Father. After my Father late things was very difficult for me suffering here and there in fact I could not even go to school, I have to quit school because of money and nobody was ready to stand there for me not even an Uncle of my or Aunty that was there for me only my Beloved Mother was the only person who stood for me suffering here and there for her to see me go school, she start sealing provision in a small Kanta just for her to see me survive and I thank God I finish my Primary school with good result which am which am proud to have. After my first school did you all know the funny thing I that come with good result could not go to secondary school for my O’Level result all my collies have go back to school and I could not which was painful, I stay house two years before going back to school I thank God shah I use that period to go to Computer Training, before now going back to school, in school then I face a lot of challenges in time of financial aspect and others I thank God after the suffering I all went through in school I manage to finish in success and I could all not going to university that I have been dreaming for till now (why?) because of money I only stay at home doing not at all. Photo of me the time I was learning computer I lost hope of life thing that it have get to and end for me because no anybody is willing to help me in financial aspect thing this is the END of my CAREER all I do is to play football here and there playing match in different occasion for my team because I love football and I am also a CHELSEA Fans too also like reading Novell like Quotation From The Wise. Except one day I attend our team meeting one good Sunday evening and my COACH say (we should not expect something from anybody or waiting for someone to come and help us we should all stand up for our self, we should all stand up and fight for our future that nobody is coming to do that for us in this life we should all depend on our self that if we depend of somebody and he/her fail us we will be disappoint so to avoid that this disappointment we should not depend on anybody that if there is life, there is hope we should not lose hope of life and not give-up also.) that really touch my heart that I could not sleep for four to five day thing about this world his say in the meeting. Sit beside of the football pitch watching training……… So I went to learn how to design House POP for one year still things did not change till when I meet friend of my that tell me to stop wasting my time in learn (POP) I should go back to computer since in know it very well and now introduce STEEMIT that it is a platform that help the economy have their dream come true by sharing what you have and contributions with a reasonable commitment of one or the order he told me a lot of thing about STEEMIT, if I been in that platform I will make a good friend that will help me change my life to a better place. Those are the picture of when am learning (POP) Archery I did not know anything wet and I have not done anything neither have I share anything with u all hear or contribute with anything, I will be much Glad and Happier if you all welcome me in here. As long as one breaths, nothing is terminal. There is always opportunities. The only thing you need to do is to just make sure chances are not wasted. </p><p>If there isn't a second chance, most people will never have the opportunity of becoming what they are today. I use to tell people who are always thinking negatively about life once they've missed some chances that this world is full of opportunities. If you miss it here, you can get it there. </p><p>That is why nothing is stable. The fact that a golden opportunity was lost doesn't mean a diamond one cannot be located anymore. I detest the saying that \"opportunity once lost can never be regained. It is just a means of discouragement. Certainly, its not a good thing to misuse opportunities. The more you take the chances the better. As long as one breaths, nothing is terminal. There is always opportunities. The only thing you need to do is to just make sure chances are not wasted. </p><p>If there isn't a second chance, most people will never have the opportunity of becoming what they are today. I use to tell people who are always thinking negatively about life once they've missed some chances that this world is full of opportunities. If you miss it here, you can get it there. </p><p>That is why nothing is stable. The fact that a golden opportunity was lost doesn't mean a diamond one cannot be located anymore. I detest the saying that \\\"opportunity once lost can never be regained. It is just a means of discouragement. Certainly, its not a good thing to misuse opportunities. The more you take the chances the better. For the most part, men desire autonomy, to be independent, to accomplish on their own. The results of this can often play out as needing more space and \"alone time\". Women desire affiliation, to accomplish things together. And this often translates into a need for more attention and closeness. This is a very broad brush, of course, and there are many exceptions, which is true of all generalizations. Nonetheless, this is a well-established sociological and psychological pattern.<br>\n </p>\n<p>Some have attributed this difference to social conditioning of the genders due to \"the patriarchy\", others to physiological differences. I believe the chief culprit is hormones, specifically testosterone, mainly because these patterns demonstrate change with aging, congruent with changes in hormones in men and women. </p>\n<p> Testosterone drives men to compete and gives them single-minded focus. It is strongest when they are young and continues to be powerful clear on through their 30s, diminishing in the mid-40s. Women have hormones which are designed to help them be good mothers, and causes them to feel affiliative - warm and cozy about togetherness. And although they have testosterone (just as men have female hormones), they have very little compared to men. This is one of the reasons they multi-task more readily than men (and most men are made crazy by shopping. <br>\n </p>\n<p>Women's hormones don't drop until later - late 40s or 50. Then, all of a sudden, the testosterone that has always been in their bodies suddenly becomes a greater percentage of the total, and the pattern shifts. Statistically, the number of women over the age of 50 who go out and start small businesses is huge! Because all of a sudden, they have the drive and focus of those young men, PLUS the wisdom of age. And often, if they're married, their husbands, with their lower testosterone, now have higher female hormone levels and are feeling all gentle and mellow and supportive. It's quite wonderful, really. Almost like the system is designed for all of us to realize multiple potentials through our lifetimes.....or at least this is how I'm going to choose to see it.</p>\n<p>All people are different. Forget 4Ps, welcome 4Es</strong></p>\n<p>It is not something you want to hear if you spent years on learning all marketing theories which used to help you build value proposition strategies. They are not valid anymore. Famous Product, Price, Place, Promotion from Marketing Mix are not effective and you should deal with it. Digital world is evolving in extremely quick pace and if you don’t follow you will just lose.</p>\n<p>OK, so what do we have instead 4Ps now? Welcome 4Es – the new approach to customer value proposition, which embodies Engagement, Experience, Exclusivity and Emotion.</p>\n<p>Let’s face the truth. People don’t buy products anymore. They buy experiences and emotions instead. You should change your “what should I sell” or “how should I sell” into “WHY should I sell it?”. Emotional branding is what makes a business stand out.</p>\n<p>The most successful brands don’t offer material products or services, but real experiences and emotions. Disneyland or Coca-cola sell happiness, Adidas or Nike give you a courage to follow your dreams, L’Oréal sells beauty and Apple sells a challenge to the status quo. That’s why people buy from them.</p>\n<p>Thus, forget about communication that starts with “what do I want to sell?”. Consumers don’t care about what you want. They need something or someone that would give them an added value.</p>\n<p>This is how Coca-Cola speaks to its audience. Their value proposition is richer than just a can of soda.</p>\n<p><strong>2. Most consumers wouldn’t care if 73% of brands disappeared for good</strong></p>\n<p>I know it might be a hard fact to swallow, but deal with it. Most of consumers won’t bother if a brand stops existing tomorrow and it concerns nearly three quarters of companies. People would just simply turn to another one from a full panoply of distinct producers that operate on the market and can also fulfill the same need.</p>\n<p>Why people do not care? Because brands are not relevant to them. The data transferred annually by the Internet will surpass the round figure of one zettabyte. Yes, 2016 is going to be the year of Zettabyte. To put that in perspective, it is almost 1.1 trillion gigabytes (1,100,000,000,000). Massive amount of information, so do not be surprised that a negligible message gets lost among the others.</p>\n<p>Brands should improve our lives, contribute to local and international communities and respond to our needs. What’s more, they should move us on a way deeper level that most of them do. You should really give it a thought if you don’t want your brand to end up in this 73%.</p>\n<p>Here is Coke again. This campaign touches currently important issue to our society. A can of soda is just an addition.</p>\n<p><strong>3. Build intimate one-to-one relations</strong></p>\n<p>One-to-many marketing model used to work very well in the past. The process was easy. Marketers did an in-depth research about target group, defining a persona and its basic characteristics. Then they developed a communication style and messages to send to the target group. It’s mostly because they speak the same language as the community, present a straightforward message and fans can personally relate to them.</p>\n<p>If you, as brand, want to reach out to your audience you should focus on your audience’s real problems and needs. Relate to issues that are relevant to them at the moment. With such message you can become meaningful to the consumers.</p>\n<p>Target wanted to emphasize their dedication to education initiatives by running a contest that would award schools $1 billion over the next few years. Concurrently, they released a video showing powerful, heart-warming moments of teens opening their acceptance letters.</p>\n<p><strong>7. Forget 4Ps, welcome 4Es</strong></p>\\n<p>It is not something you want to hear if you spent years on learning all marketing theories which used to help you build value proposition strategies. They are not valid anymore. Famous Product, Price, Place, Promotion from Marketing Mix are not effective and you should deal with it. Digital world is evolving in extremely quick pace and if you don’t follow you will just lose.</p>\\n<p>OK, so what do we have instead 4Ps now? Welcome 4Es – the new approach to customer value proposition, which embodies Engagement, Experience, Exclusivity and Emotion.</p>\\n<p>Let’s face the truth. People don’t buy products anymore. They buy experiences and emotions instead. You should change your “what should I sell” or “how should I sell” into “WHY should I sell it?”. Emotional branding is what makes a business stand out.</p>\\n<p>The most successful brands don’t offer material products or services, but real experiences and emotions. Disneyland or Coca-cola sell happiness, Adidas or Nike give you a courage to follow your dreams, L’Oréal sells beauty and Apple sells a challenge to the status quo. That’s why people buy from them.</p>\\n<p>Thus, forget about communication that starts with “what do I want to sell?”. Consumers don’t care about what you want. They need something or someone that would give them an added value.</p>\\n<p>This is how Coca-Cola speaks to its audience. Their value proposition is richer than just a can of soda.</p>\\n<p><strong>2. Most consumers wouldn’t care if 73% of brands disappeared for good</strong></p>\\n<p>I know it might be a hard fact to swallow, but deal with it. Most of consumers won’t bother if a brand stops existing tomorrow and it concerns nearly three quarters of companies. People would just simply turn to another one from a full panoply of distinct producers that operate on the market and can also fulfill the same need.</p>\\n<p>Why people do not care? Because brands are not relevant to them. The data transferred annually by the Internet will surpass the round figure of one zettabyte. Yes, 2016 is going to be the year of Zettabyte. To put that in perspective, it is almost 1.1 trillion gigabytes (1,100,000,000,000). Massive amount of information, so do not be surprised that a negligible message gets lost among the others.</p>\\n<p>Brands should improve our lives, contribute to local and international communities and respond to our needs. What’s more, they should move us on a way deeper level that most of them do. You should really give it a thought if you don’t want your brand to end up in this 73%.</p>\\n<p>Here is Coke again. Digital world is evolving in extremely quick pace and if you don’t follow you will just lose.</p>\n<p>OK, so what do we have instead 4Ps now? Welcome 4Es – the new approach to customer value proposition, which embodies Engagement, Experience, Exclusivity and Emotion.</p>\n<p>Let’s face the truth. People don’t buy products anymore. They buy experiences and emotions instead. You should change your “what should I sell” or “how should I sell” into “WHY should I sell it?”. Emotional branding is what makes a business stand out.</p>\n<p>The most successful brands don’t offer material products or services, but real experiences and emotions. Disneyland or Coca-cola sell happiness, Adidas or Nike give you a courage to follow your dreams, L’Oréal sells beauty and Apple sells a challenge to the status quo. That’s why people buy from them.</p>\n<p>Thus, forget about communication that starts with “what do I want to sell?”. Consumers don’t care about what you want. They need something or someone that would give them an added value.</p>\n<p>This is how Coca-Cola speaks to its audience. Their value proposition is richer than just a can of soda.</p>\n<p><strong>2. Most consumers wouldn’t care if 73% of brands disappeared for good</strong></p>\n<p>I know it might be a hard fact to swallow, but deal with it. Most of consumers won’t bother if a brand stops existing tomorrow and it concerns nearly three quarters of companies. People would just simply turn to another one from a full panoply of distinct producers that operate on the market and can also fulfill the same need.</p>\n<p>Why people do not care? Because brands are not relevant to them. The data transferred annually by the Internet will surpass the round figure of one zettabyte. Yes, 2016 is going to be the year of Zettabyte. To put that in perspective, it is almost 1.1 trillion gigabytes (1,100,000,000,000). Massive amount of information, so do not be surprised that a negligible message gets lost among the others.</p>\n<p>Brands should improve our lives, contribute to local and international communities and respond to our needs. What’s more, they should move us on a way deeper level that most of them do. You should really give it a thought if you don’t want your brand to end up in this 73%.</p>\n<p>Here is Coke again. This campaign touches currently important issue to our society. A can of soda is just an addition.</p>\n<p><strong>3. Build intimate one-to-one relations</strong></p>\n<p>One-to-many marketing model used to work very well in the past. The process was easy. Marketers did an in-depth research about target group, defining a persona and its basic characteristics. Then they developed a communication style and messages to send to the target group. Conversion rates maybe were not impressive, but the model worked.</p>\n<p>With the digital media growth this model evolved slightly. The Internet let us gather basic information about users and marketers could then target their message to narrow groups of people with similar interests, demographics and habits. It is more accurate way to reach out to consumers, however not as effective as it used to be a few years ago.</p>\n<p>Cloud computing revolutionized marketing communication. Nowadays, data lets us collect detailed information about consumer behavior, their preferences and interests. You can leverage it to create personalized marketing messages to individuals.</p>\n<p>However, if you want to distinguish your brand among others and make clients loyal you should take a step further. Today’s consumers need individual service and personal approach in every aspect. They can appreciate when a <a href=\"https://brand24.com/blog/10-outstanding-examples-of-going-an-extra-mile-in-customer-service/\">brand goes the extra mile in customer service</a>. Showing your clients that you care will help you build firm relations with them and then keep them with you and your brand. Each year the advert tells a different touching story that puts us into a holiday mood.</p>\n<p><strong>5. Influencer marketing is a key to millennia’s world</strong></p>\n<p>Bloggers, vloggers and other influencers have the power of shaping consumer opinions. Internet users are more willing to trust recommendation from a favorite YouTube creator rather than from a brand. Influencers are genuine and trustworthy, so people put more confidence in what they have to say.</p>\n<p>More brands have started to appreciate the power of cooperation with influencers and more often engage opinion leaders in their campaigns and general marketing communication. We want to see people that are honest and genuine in what they do and more importantly they are just like us.</p>\n<p>This is why a teenager with no professional background who shots videos in his or her bedroom and post them to YouTube has wider audience than any other brand that caters to the young. It’s mostly because they speak the same language as the community, present a straightforward message and fans can personally relate to them.</p>\n<p>If you, as brand, want to reach out to your audience you should focus on your audience’s real problems and needs. Relate to issues that are relevant to them at the moment. With such message you can become meaningful to the consumers.</p>\n<p>Target wanted to emphasize their dedication to education initiatives by running a contest that would award schools $1 billion over the next few years. Concurrently, they released a video showing powerful, heart-warming moments of teens opening their acceptance letters.</p>\n<p><strong>7. Get along with new apps</strong></p>\n<p>Living in the times of constant changes might be problematic for a marketer. You get used to one app or social media platform and by the time you become an expert it is replaced by something new. However, if you want to stay on top of things you need to adapt to new technologies and follow your target audience on platforms they use.</p>\n<p>Young people are not so active on Facebook anymore. Nowadays <a href=\"https://brand24.com/blog/the-marketers-guide-to-using-snapchat-for-business/\" target=\"_blank\">Snapchat</a> and Vine are becoming the leaders. Also Periscope is gaining ground and all the other apps that provide disappearing content sharing. But don’t involve to much, in a year or so this landscape will look differently.</p>\n<p>A few years ago Snapchat or Vine campaigns were a rarity and nobody really took them seriously. Young consumers don’t trust brands</strong></p>\n<p>We live in the times when one thing is being said on traditional media and another thing people see through different channels. This inconsistent image evokes big confusion among consumers, especially the young. Information broadcast on traditional media is often perceived as lies. It comes as no surprise, that people don’t trust neither media nor brands that are irrelevant to consumers.</p>\n<p>For the past decades we’ve been flooded with untruthful ads, so don’t act confounded when your audience doesn’t believe a message you try to convey. Consumers are more skeptical and suspicious about what they hear and see on the Internet and other channels. If you want to convince them to your brand you, most of all, have to be honest and genuine. On top of that, to gain consumers’ trust you need to give something first. You have to offer a value that is relevant to your audience.</p>\n<p>Jeep wanted to reach out to the target audience with its new car – Jeep Renegade. The brand engaged a rock band – X Ambassadors and shoot a commercial video that perfectly conveys the message and resonates with the target group.</p>\n<p><strong>9.
