How do I know that I won't be in trouble for this here? I always encourage others to copy and repost any of my original works as a form of decentralization!!! \n(3) I have been a content creator for over 12 years and have lost channels that were near that old. I understand that in your terms of service that you need to be free from litigation from 3rd parties. I am know for being quite controversial. To be honest, those numbers are hard for me to do, normally I want to eat 4000-5000, being an endurance athlete in the past, eating big was natural and thus I enlarged my stomach. In the more recent time, I'm doing much less activty so of course my calorie intake must of also came down, but it didn't.  \nThanks for the tip on artificial sweetners, I had no idea!",

Just a couple more pounds to go. \nRestricting my calorie intake is what really worked the best. Eating better is good but only goes so far, as you have already discovered. Cut the carbs (potatoes, breads, pasta) and sugar. Calories should be about 2000/day if you are exercising. You'll be losing a pound a week. Hard at first, but your stomach will shrink and adjust then it won't be so hard. Although there are some days that it can be difficult. Drink lots of water, no soda. Not even the diet soda. The artificial sweetener actually makes you gain weight. So watch out for that in your other foods as well. ",

      "body": "I agree with much of what is said here, however, there are some details that have been overlooked: \nAnalog TV broadcasts are transmitting strictly in our atmosphere, as well as being received on antennas as small as rabbit ears on top of a TV placed indoors. NASA was (allegedly) receiving signals using large and much more sensitive antennas (outside). \nAlso, Australia was receiving and forwarding video when they were facing the moon, not just in Houston. \nA side note: out TV signals do go out into space. All radio and broadcast TV signals have a portion of the signal head out into space. E.T. could be watching I Love Lucy reruns right now, if he has a good antenna. \nHowever the lunar module's antenna is definitely too small and short to transmit a video signal very far, if at all. \nHam radio operators can send audio halfway around the world with just 100 Watts of power. If you have a good antenna (on _both_ sides), high power is not required. \nNow that being said, it is not enough to counter the point being made in this video. I think the lack of a delay in conversation was also missing. Astronauts in orbit have a time delay longer than what was seen with the (alleged) astronauts on the moon. \nAnd one other thought that just popped in my head: If the astronauts were transmitting using 4Kw power, they were sitting much too close in the module to that antenna. Pretty sure they would have been exposed to a very high level of EMF. Much too high to have been acceptable or safe. ",
