Je ne dors jamais très bien la première nuit suivant une longue période de navigation, je suis donc matinal pour cette première journée au Cap Vert. Et aucun doute, j'ai bel et bien quitté l'Europe ! Il est 6h30 du matin, la musique locale est déjà bien appuyée, un attroupement se fait source d'un brouhaha bien sympathique, les sourires se devinent à plus de cent mètres, le voyage peut enfin commencer ! Lorsqu'on arrive par la mer, la première journée est en général dédiée aux procédures administratives. Douanes, visite du bateau, immigration et visa, procédure de quarantaine, etc... tout y passe. Cela prend souvent quelques heures selon les pays et l'humeur des officiels. Ici, cela ne durera guère plus de 10 minutes. Je comprends que la réplique touristique \"No stress\" n'est pas qu'une invention pour détendre les touristes ! Ici, la porcédure veut que l'on laisse les papiers du bateau aux autorités, chose faite rapidement. L'agent de l'immigration n'est pas sur place, il travaille également à l'aéroport. Il faudra revenir demain. Le Cap Vert reste l'un des rare pays à accorder encore un privilège d'entrée par la mer. Là où un touriste qui entrerait par avion paierait environ 30€ pour rester un mois dans le pays, un voyageur arrivant par la mer paie 5€ pour la totalité des visas de son équipage et peut y rester 3 mois. Merci, ça fait du bien de voir que les valeurs de la mer sont encore présentes. Le village est petit. J'en fait rapidement le tour et comprends très vite que la vie sera douce et facile ici. Les troquets et épiceries ne manquent pas, les sourires affluent, tout parait simple, je m'y sens déjà bien. Qu'il est aussi agréable de voir que des interdictions de chez nous ne transforment ici en une normalité sans contestation. Les commerçants acceptent l'Euro et rendent même la monnaie au centimes près. Les porte feuilles sont remplis d'Escudos et d'Euros bien mélangés ! Je ne le sais pas encore, mais je vais rester longtemps ici !\n       </td>\n       <td>\nThe good thing about night arrivals is undoubtedly the joy of discovering the place at dawn.
