Diet If I say that diet is the most important thing to maintain during your journey, I have not exageratted it because it is a good balanced diet that helps you to get in shaped in which is a diet that you treat yourself sometimes and keep your healthy relationship with diet up which brings us to the next part of our article: healthy diet. A diet that is dedicated to muscle growth is a Protien based diet with a good amount of healthy fats(nuts) that can keep your testostrone levels high just like a flying bird in sky that makes your progress to be seen faster than you might have thought. Also don't forget to have have diet that includes a calorie surplus of 300-500 calories above your maintenance. Also tearing muscles does not mean that workout so hard that you can not walk. No, it means to work hard until your muscle are genuinely tired. I personally workout 1 hour a day effectively 6 times per week because. I am used to doing that. if you are not then consider going to gym for 3 times a week and training the correct form of each workout before you really get into it. But train effectively in those 1 hour workouts don't look around. bodyAlthough it is true that technology is improving our lives, we cannot ignore the fact that it controls us. See, ever since technology came to visit our homes, we have hardly tried to get out of our beds, only to see what is out of this box which costs nothing, but a finger that can turn your phone off-the harmful part of technology is not that it can improve our lives; indeed, its the addiction and attachment that brings negativity to the origin of technology. we can take a teenager, an internet devourer, for instance, someone who spends most of his or her time on the internet scrolling through TikTok, or studying, which is not bad; however, my point is independency-technology is stealing independency from teenagers this shows if you were to get the mobile phone or any type of devices from the teenagers he or she wouldn't be able to do his or her works anymore. So, in conclusion, we should know that everything comes at a cost, and nothing in this world is free even the most beneficial thing.

bodyGreetings As we talked about losing weight in the previous part being disciplined is the most important thing in our journey, we talked about how to achieve it and how to use it in the best way possible to benefit ourselves from it so with all of these being said we should move to the next section which is how to do it, how to lose weight by being disciplined, we have the initial necessities but we don't know how to occur it, the answer is something that most of us don't know about , something that can be called calorie deficit, before continuing we should know that calorie is the amount of energy that we eat or consume and the deficit is the number that we can get by measuring the differences between two numbers, so back to our topic calorie deficit is what gives us skinny, fat or maintained body shape at the end of the day and by understanding the rule of it we can get the ability to control our body just the way that we want, the rule of it is simple if your calories intake(consumed energy) is less than the calories that you lost you lose weight and the opposite you gain weight, for instance, you ate 1000 calories and you burned 1400 calorie it means that by the end of the day you lost weight, so basically the bigger the difference between your calorie deficit is the more you lose weight but before occurring this method of losing weight you need to know how much calories you need to consume daily to lose weight base on your age , height, and current weight also you don't need to ask a doctor for this, you can simply go to your browser and search for a calorie calculator website and use it. with all this being said, I hope this information has helped you. have a nice day.

This wobbling, known as precession, occurs when the orbit or rotation of an object slowly changes with time – a common example is when a spinning top begins to spin at a different angle as it slows down. Gravity-induced orbital precession, a consequence of general relativity’s prediction that heavy objects bend space-time, sees the shape of such an object’s orbit change over time. This effect had been observed very weakly in neutron stars orbiting one another, but was so subtle that the orbits only wobbled, or precessed, at a rate of a few times a year. Now, Mark Hannam at Cardiff University, UK, and his colleagues have seen a much more extreme effect in a pair of black holes, caused by one of them spinning at a fifth of the speed of light at a 90-degree angle to its orbital motion. As they merged, the black holes released a gravitational wave, known as GW200129, that carried the signature of precession at a rate of three times a second. “It’s 10 billion times faster than what was found in earlier measurements, so it really is the most extreme regime of Einstein’s theory where space and time are warped and distorted in completely crazy ways,” says Hannam. To identify the precession, the team reanalysed data first collected in 2020 by three gravitational wave detectors, based in the US, Italy and Japan.
