| body | Have you ever thought about finally transforming your body? To change the shape of your body? Perhaps, a little bigger, more muscular body that is the ultimate goal of most men. If your answer is yes, don't forget to read this article until the end. Diet If I say that diet is the most important thing to maintain during your journey, I have not exageratted it because it is a good balanced diet that helps you to get in shaped in which is a diet that you treat yourself sometimes and keep your healthy relationship with diet up which brings us to the next part of our article: healthy diet. A diet that is dedicated to muscle growth is a Protien based diet with a good amount of healthy fats(nuts) that can keep your testostrone levels high just like a flying bird in sky that makes your progress to be seen faster than you might have thought. Also don't forget to have have diet that includes a calorie surplus of 300-500 calories above your maintenance. In this case you can have a popsicle or something that you like for somedays that can keep you satisfied with your diet just dont overdo it because your diet is going to crash and you are going to be overweighted again if you are not. A good workout routine targets each groups of muscle and tear those bonds which is caused by working out effectively(training your muscles until failure and having an slow range of motion). Also tearing muscles does not mean that workout so hard that you can not walk. No, it means to work hard until your muscle are genuinely tired. I personally workout 1 hour a day effectively 6 times per week because. I am used to doing that. if you are not then consider going to gym for 3 times a week and training the correct form of each workout before you really get into it. But train effectively in those 1 hour workouts don't look around. If you want to get your workout routine, there are some fitness youtubers that can help you; however, don't trust everyone without knowledge. | body | Greetings As we talked about losing weight in the previous part being disciplined is the most important thing in our journey, we talked about how to achieve it and how to use it in the best way possible to benefit ourselves from it so with all of these being said we should move to the next section which is how to do it, how to lose weight by being disciplined, we have the initial necessities but we don't know how to occur it, the answer is something that most of us don't know about , something that can be called calorie deficit, before continuing we should know that calorie is the amount of energy that we eat or consume and the deficit is the number that we can get by measuring the differences between two numbers, so back to our topic calorie deficit is what gives us skinny, fat or maintained body shape at the end of the day and by understanding the rule of it we can get the ability to control our body just the way that we want, the rule of it is simple if your calories intake(consumed energy) is less than the calories that you lost you lose weight and the opposite you gain weight, for instance, you ate 1000 calories and you burned 1400 calorie it means that by the end of the day you lost weight, so basically the bigger the difference between your calorie deficit is the more you lose weight but before occurring this method of losing weight you need to know how much calories you need to consume daily to lose weight base on your age , height, and current weight also you don't need to ask a doctor for this, you can simply go to your browser and search for a calorie calculator website and use it. with all this being said, I hope this information has helped you. have a nice day. |

For answering our question we need to emphasize the important ideas then improve them and, in the end, use them, so let's start simply, what is the composition of a proper study? the answers are a lot, it may consist of the place that you are to what is around you(yes I meant your phone), these two that I said may look important and they are indeed but they are not the most important because the most important is the base and the base is focusing, yes you heard it right the biggest problem that most teenagers are having in today's world, so if you want to be better at studying first improve your focusing skill if you don't know the solutions, the solutions are like maybe having a break from social media or either reading book more or even meditating, it may take up to two months to become a master at concentrating but it worth it so in conclusion we can agree on one thing that concentrating is important not just in studying but in everything because its the key to learning.  in the next article I will teach you the most beneficial way so stay tuned |

For answering our question we need to emphasize the important ideas then improve them and, in the end, use them, so let's start simply, what is the composition of a proper study? the answers are a lot, it may consist of the place that you are to what is around you(yes I meant your phone), these two that I said may look important and they are indeed but they are not the most important because the most important is the base and the base is focusing, yes you heard it right the biggest problem that most teenagers are having in today's world, so if you want to be better at studying first improve your focusing skill if you don't know the solutions, the solutions are like maybe having a break from social media or either reading book more or even meditating, it may take up to two months to become a master at concentrating but it worth it so in conclusion we can agree on one thing that concentrating is important not just in studying but in everything because its the key to learning.  in the next article I will teach you the most beneficial way so stay tuned |

| body | Losing weight is arguably the most common topic ever since the covid pandemic started although, the reason is not much of an excuse to be sad, people started to help each other on this issue. Many came up with the idea of water fasting which in my opinion is not useful since there is a chance of you fainting at any time while trying to get your result while only a few came up with a simple and always useful idea which is working out at home, now you might be saying that oh I didn't have any equipment to work out with, I didn't have any dumbbells or weight to lift I can answer you with a factual statement, you really didn't want it because if you wanted it you could get up, open youtube and search for a video that teaches you how to work out see, you could. So let's just put these aside we are not here to find the fuel of disappointment we are here to find the fuel of being persistent and disciplined so without talking furthermore let's get to the point, the actual fuel of being persistent is ................... . đ so wait you really thought there is fuel for being disciplined, you are wrong because if being disciplined was this easy it wouldn't be valuable anymore, it's not only losing weight that needs persistency everything, every goal that you want to achieve needs persistency and the only methods that you can use to get to it is never breaking your codes, for imagining it better or I would like to say clarifying it you are like an electronic car you should provide the fuel by yourself this shows that nothing can help you but the inner you, so in conclusion, we confidently can agree on one thing which is discipline is the key to everything.  |

Now, Mark Hannam at Cardiff University, UK, and his colleagues have seen a much more extreme effect in a pair of black holes, caused by one of them spinning at a fifth of the speed of light at a 90-degree angle to its orbital motion. As they merged, the black holes released a gravitational wave, known as GW200129, that carried the signature of precession at a rate of three times a second. âItâs 10 billion times faster than what was found in earlier measurements, so it really is the most extreme regime of Einsteinâs theory where space and time are warped and distorted in completely crazy ways,â says Hannam. | body | The jawline is the most attractive part of the body, if you change its shape your face will wondrously change and I can promise you that it makes you more attractive but before that I tell you how to change it, I should say that your jawline is a muscle, just like other muscles in your body if you train it, it will become bigger. Now that you know how it gets bigger you may be thinking that like other muscles you need to lift weights or train it with some kind of athletic machine but that's not true because you can change your jawline by simply changing the way you breathe, consider that this is the first level that you need to master, breathing with your nose, recent studies show that breathing by your mouth can make your jawline muscles to decrease in size and it's not only that, also it this way of breathing is not good for your lungs and that's because when you breathe from your nose your breaths will be cleaner to summarize, fewer bacterias enter your body with this way of breathing which is called mewing I know it is kinda weird but despite its weirdness in the name it's very useful and easy to do when I say easy I really mean it because all you need to do is to stick your tongue to the top of your mouth just like the picture below  |
