| title | NO RUSH. BE CALM & POSITIVE. |
| body | I want to graduate a teenager. I want to get descent job and live a comfortable life. I'm gonna give birth @25. I must build a house before I get married. And so on. These are all good, in fact wonderful goals to set and pursue. It's very good to start on time. But we tend to forget that we are all acting scripts written by our different destiny. We get frustrated when things aren't working as planned. Our joy stolen. We start living a life of pretence that all is well especially those who have good image to protect. Fake smiles and laughter. We feel we've been left behind by our mates. We feel as if our world is fast coming to an end. I just want to let you know this today. No time is too late to start. You're just acting your destiny script. We all have our different destinies. You aren't competing with anyone. We are all unique Also know that you and I are not perfect And that those who you think are perfect aren't. Don't rush life Be grateful for whom you are. Be grateful for your current level. I don't mean complacency Just be the best you can be. Always have a positive mindset and watch the way your frustration and backwardness will gradually turn into progress and breakthrough. All I want you to know this night is that no one is perfect and every goal must not be accomplished as planned. Your positivity goes a long way. Be positive. Have a wonderful night rest and good morning to those who are already in the morning. |

| body | It's been a while. Finally recovered my account. Today I'll be introducing you to something great. I'm very sure that the crypto conscious ones will be aware of airdrops. I'll give the details of what it is on my next post but before then, register and start packing your tokens. Don't be afraid if you don't have capital. You can still make some money. @maluchukwu / mali-meet-mansa-musa-i-of-mali-the-richest-human-in-history2018/05/19 20:39:48

| title | Book review: "The smart money woman" by Arese Ugwu |
| body | This is one of the most interesting and inspiring books I've read in my life. It was sent to me by a friend. The caption seems to restrict it to women only but this book is very useful to men also. This book purely dissolves the issues of African women/men's financial life/freedom. Here are some points from the book that I'll love my fellow steemians to grab; Financial freedom is when your passive income exceeds your expenses Passive income in simple terms is money that you make while you're sleeping. It is the income you get regularly from investments you've already made. Ideally, the goal is to get to a point where the assets you've accumulated can pay you enough of an income to pay for your lifestyle. Confronting our fears is always the right step towards conquering them. What you deny or ignore, you delay; what you accept and face, you conquer The difference between successful people and average people is that they acknowledge their fears but don't let fear overcome them or stop them from achieving their goals. Keep track of everything you spend in a notebook which should be reviewed every week. If you don't treat the money you earn with respect, it will leave you with no respect. We have to learn to spend with intentions by allocating our resources to reflect the lifestyle we want and are able to sustainably afford. This starts with having a clear idea of where your money is going in the first place. You have to give up the excuses and learn to control money instead of letting money control you. Debt can be a useful tool to attain financial success but how you use it matters. Wealthy people use debt as a tool to leverage their investments and grow their cash flow but poor people use debt to buy things that make people richer. Only borrow to acquire an asset that will appreciate in value. A smart man/woman doesn't wait for financial surprises; he or she systematically saves towards his/her emergency fund because she knows that this is the foundation of his/her financial journey. so before you splurge, make sure you have at least six to nine months of living expenses saved up for emergencies. An emergency fund is not there to make you but to act as a financial cushion that protects your long term investments from short term unexpected expenses. The most successful people are the ones who are able to articulate what they want for their lives. Success is deeply rooted in having a solid plan that is tailored to what you want. Society and culture sells young African girls the lie that marriage is the finance security they should aspire to. One of the biggest issues people complain about when it comes to their money is not knowing how to save or budget. People associate the word "budget" with scarcity or a reduction in station of life. The reality is that budget is something that tells you how to allocate your resources and it should reflect what you value. The reason most people live paycheque to paycheque is because they don't have a full understanding of what their income can support. **SMART MONEY BUDGET** First divide your income into three parts. 1. Long term financial goals 2. Short term financial goals 3. Living expenses. * *Long term financial goals* should be at minimum of 20% of your income, it represents a portion set aside towards improving your net worth i.e. buying assets that will provide you with an income. Good examples are towards purchases like land, property or a stock portfolio. * *short term financial goals* consists of the proportion of your income set aside for treats -chanel bag, an iPhone, or a luxury holiday; whatever tickles your fancy. * *Living expenses* is the proportion of your monthly contribution to your rent, health insurance, cable/satelite recharge, petrol, service charges etc. This is the breakdown Long term -20% Short term -10% Living expenses - 70% Having extensive network allows you to maximize your potential. A person's ability to attract wealth is tightly linked to how well they are able to grow and leverage his or her network to take advantage of opportunities. The wealthiest people in the world make relatively simple investments. They typically invest in things that they understand and it all boils down to what your goals are. Be careful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful -*Warrent Buffet* on stocks. If you hang out with four broke people, you'll be the fifth and if you hang out with four business minded people, you'll be the fifth. You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Leveraging on your skill set to maximize your earning potential doesn't have to mean starting your own business. It's more important to be entrepreneurial in your thinking and to find ways to value whatever you are. To determine if something is your purpose, it must answer the following three questions; 1. Is it big enough? (which speaks to its impact) 2. Are you in a unique position to make it happen? (what skills or resources do you have or have access to execute the idea) 3. Are you passionate enough about it? (does it pass the sleepless night test) If the answer is yes to all three, then it is probably your calling. These are few of the numerous things I got from the book. The most interesting part of it is that it's a story with a Nigerian setting and you'll be exposed to the rich culture of the Nigerian people. If you're interested to read the book, you can get me on steemchat with @maluchukwu so that I can send you the soft copy. It's written by a Nigerian Lady and I can assure that it's fun reading it. Don't forget to drop your comments, upvote and resteem if you find this inspiring. Follow me @maluchukwu. Good evening steemians. |

| title | CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING; BITCOIN, PRO AND CONS. |
| body | .jpg) **What is Bitcoin Mining?** One of the fundamental questions many people have about Bitcoin revolves around the tokens themselves. Questions about its value, security and history, all eventually lead to one place: Where do bitcoins come from? While traditional money is created through (central) banks, bitcoins are “mined” by Bitcoin miners: network participants that perform extra tasks. Specifically, they chronologically order transactions by including them in the Bitcoin blocks they find. This prevents a user from spending the same bitcoin twice; it solves the “double spend” problem. Skipping over the technical details, finding a block most closely resembles a type of network lottery. For each attempt to try and find a new block, which is basically a random guess for a lucky number, a miner has to spend a tiny amount of energy. Most of the attempts fail and a miner will have wasted that energy. Only once about every ten minutes will a miner somewhere succeed and thus add a new block to the blockchain. This also means that any time a miner finds a valid block, it must have statistically burned much more energy for all the failed attempts. This “proof of work” is at the heart of Bitcoin’s success. For one, proof of work prevents miners from creating bitcoins out of thin air: they must burn real energy to earn them. And two, proof of work ossifies Bitcoin’s history. If an attacker were to try and change a transaction that happened in the past, that attacker would have to redo all of the work that has been done since to catch up and establish the longest chain. This is practically impossible and is why miners are said to “secure” the Bitcoin network. In exchange for securing the network, and as the “lottery price” that serves as an incentive for burning this energy, each new block includes a special transaction. It’s this transaction that awards the miner with new bitcoins, which is how bitcoins first come into circulation. At Bitcoin’s launch, each new block awarded the miner with 50 bitcoins, and this amount halves every four years: Currently each block includes 12.5 new bitcoins. Additionally, miners get to keep any mining fees that were attached to the transactions they included in their blocks. Anyone can become a Bitcoin miner to try and earn these coins. However, Bitcoin mining has become increasingly specialized over the years and is nowadays mostly done by dedicated professionals with specialized hardware, cheap electricity and often big data centers. To mine competitively today, you need to know what you’re doing, you must be willing to invest significant resources and time, and — last but not least — you need access to cheap electricity. If you have all of this, you too can give it a shot and become a Bitcoin miner. Source:https://bitcoinmagazine.com/guides/what-bitcoin-mining/ **BENEFITS OF MINING CRYPTOCURRENCY** 1. *Making Money* – At the end of the day, cryptocurrency mining can be a very profitable process. If done correctly, cryptocurrency mining could even replace a full time job. So, one of the largest benefits associated with cryptocurrency mining is the money that you make in doing so. 2. *You Always Have Something Of Value* – One of the most common questions I get asked with regard to cryptocurrency is, “can cryptocurrency crash?” The answer is yes. In fact, in the past, some cryptocurrencies have fallen in value by more than 20% in a single day. However, a cryptocurrency miner uses high-end computers and other equipment. These pieces of technology tend to hold their value very well. So, even if the cryptocurrency you were working to mine happened to crash, you would still have value in the equipment that you used to mine the currency. 3. *Cryptocurrency Cannot Be Stolen* – Unlike the more commonly used forms of currency, it is theoretically impossible for cryptocurrency to be stolen. As a result, you can rest assured that the money you’re mining for is safe in your account. 4. *Safer Than Faucets* – Another commonly asked question I receive with regard to cryptocurrency is “are cryptocurrency faucets safe?” Faucets are websites and apps that run the mathematical equations for people, rather than them having to use their own equipment to mine them. However, while there are tons of cryptocurrency faucets that are safe, there are also plenty of scams out there. By mining cryptocurrency yourself, you’ll avoid faucet based scams. 5. *You Are Your Own Boss* – Once you get good at cryptocurrency mining, it’s possible to replace your day job with the process. In doing so, you become your own boss. You set your own hours and your own rules, giving you the ultimate level of freedom! 6. *A Bet Against Centralized Regulation*– Finally, cryptocurrency is a bet against centralized monetary regulation. Many ask, “are cryptocurrency exchanges regulated?” The answer is largely no. While in very few countries there is some regulation as it is looked at as a commodity, there are key differences in the regulation surrounding regular currency and the regulation surrounding cryptocurrency. At the end of the day, cryptocurrency is largely untraceable, giving the miner a bit of privacy in how much money they are making and what they are doing with that money Source: https://www.invest.com/blog/news/benefits-cryptocurrency-mining/ **FEW DISADVANTAGES OF MINING CRYPTOCURRENCY** Cryptocurrency mining, like any other high yield investment activity comes with its disadvantages. **.** First comes the risk of depreciation. Just like any other asset, cryptocurrencies face the challenge of the risk of losing their value such that the value of the cryptocurrency you invested, instead of actually growing, drops over a certain time. In such as a case then the mining becomes a non-profitable activity to the miner. Companies that facilitate the mining would normally do away with the business at least till the business picks again or try working with currencies that have not been affected as much. Second comes the issue of electricity. The cost of electricity can certainly tamper with your earnings by the means of actually eating into them. **.** Losing your digital wallet may also be a risk that one may encounter if not careful. This happens in the case where one is locked out in the case of forgetting your wallet’s password. Another case is when the wallet provider happens to run out of business. The sad news, unfortunately, is that one cannot recover his or her wallet once locked out. This is all due to the fact that the system that manages cryptocurrency mining like the bitcoin mining, is the decentralized kind of system. Coins that happen to be in such wallets get entirely lost from the economy. Aside from that, there is the issue of hackers breaking into and emptying your wallet. **.**Another challenge could be the issue of fraudulent organizers. It is no new news to here of cases of dishonest organizers managing mining pools. Dealing with such is putting your earnings at risk. What happens if you unknowingly engage in a mining group whose administrators are dishonest fellows is that they get to eat up coins that you have earned. That is not all. In worst cases, such fraudsters can go as far as taking all your earnings from your wallet altogether. This risk, fortunately, has a solution. Engage yourself with a mining company that is already established in this investment sector and one that certainly has a good reputation. source :https://medium.com/@valhallamining12/disadvantages-of-cryptocurrency-mining-900ffc29c64e |

"title": "CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING; BITCOIN, PRO AND CONS.",
"body": ".jpg)\n**What is Bitcoin Mining?**\n\nOne of the fundamental questions many people have about Bitcoin revolves around the tokens themselves. Questions about its value, security and history, all eventually lead to one place: Where do bitcoins come from?\n\nWhile traditional money is created through (central) banks, bitcoins are “mined” by Bitcoin miners: network participants that perform extra tasks. Specifically, they chronologically order transactions by including them in the Bitcoin blocks they find. This prevents a user from spending the same bitcoin twice; it solves the “double spend” problem.\n\nSkipping over the technical details, finding a block most closely resembles a type of network lottery. For each attempt to try and find a new block, which is basically a random guess for a lucky number, a miner has to spend a tiny amount of energy. Most of the attempts fail and a miner will have wasted that energy. Only once about every ten minutes will a miner somewhere succeed and thus add a new block to the blockchain.\n\nThis also means that any time a miner finds a valid block, it must have statistically burned much more energy for all the failed attempts. This “proof of work” is at the heart of Bitcoin’s success.\n\nFor one, proof of work prevents miners from creating bitcoins out of thin air: they must burn real energy to earn them. And two, proof of work ossifies Bitcoin’s history. If an attacker were to try and change a transaction that happened in the past, that attacker would have to redo all of the work that has been done since to catch up and establish the longest chain. This is practically impossible and is why miners are said to “secure” the Bitcoin network.\n\nIn exchange for securing the network, and as the “lottery price” that serves as an incentive for burning this energy, each new block includes a special transaction. It’s this transaction that awards the miner with new bitcoins, which is how bitcoins first come into circulation. At Bitcoin’s launch, each new block awarded the miner with 50 bitcoins, and this amount halves every four years: Currently each block includes 12.5 new bitcoins. Additionally, miners get to keep any mining fees that were attached to the transactions they included in their blocks.\n\nAnyone can become a Bitcoin miner to try and earn these coins. However, Bitcoin mining has become increasingly specialized over the years and is nowadays mostly done by dedicated professionals with specialized hardware, cheap electricity and often big data centers.\n\nTo mine competitively today, you need to know what you’re doing, you must be willing to invest significant resources and time, and — last but not least — you need access to cheap electricity. If you have all of this, you too can give it a shot and become a Bitcoin miner.\nSource:https://bitcoinmagazine.com/guides/what-bitcoin-mining/\n\n\n\n**BENEFITS OF MINING CRYPTOCURRENCY**\n\n1. *Making Money* – At the end of the day, cryptocurrency mining can be a very profitable process. If done correctly, cryptocurrency mining could even replace a full time job. So, one of the largest benefits associated with cryptocurrency mining is the money that you make in doing so.\n\n2. *You Always Have Something Of Value* – One of the most common questions I get asked with regard to cryptocurrency is, “can cryptocurrency crash?” The answer is yes. In fact, in the past, some cryptocurrencies have fallen in value by more than 20% in a single day. However, a cryptocurrency miner uses high-end computers and other equipment. | title | Mali: Meet Mansa Musa I of Mali, the Richest Human in History |
| body | When we think of the world's all-time richest people, names like Bill Gates, Warren Buffet and John D Rockefeller immediately come to mind. But few would have thought, or even heard of, Mansa Musa I of Mali - the obscure 14th century African king who was today named the richest person in all history. With an inflation adjusted fortune of $400 billion, Mansa Musa I would have been considerably richer than the world's current richest man, Carlos Slim, who ranks in 22nd place with a relatively paltry $68 billion. The list, compiled by the Celebrity Net Worth website, ranks the world's 24 richest people of all time. The list advertises itself as the top 25, but 26 names appear in the list. Although the list spans 1000 years, some aspects of wealth appear consistent throughout history; there are no women on the list, only three members are alive today, and 14 of the top 25 are American. The list uses the annual 2199.6 per cent rate of inflation to adjust historic fortunes - a formula that means $100 million in 1913 would be equal to £2.299.63 billion today. Mansa Musa I ruled West Africa's Malian Empire in the early 1300s, making his fortune by exploiting his country's salt and gold production. Many mosques he built as a young man still stand today. After Mansa Musa I death in 1331, however, his heirs were unable to hang on to the fortune, and it was substantially depleted by civil wars and invading armies. Second on the list are the Rothschild family, whose descendants are still among the richest people on the planet. Starting out in banking in the late 18th Century, Mayer Amschel Rothschild's finance house accumulated a total wealth of $350 billion. The money has since been divided between hundreds of descendants, many of whom are business leaders today. Meanwhile John D. Rockefeller, third on the list, is the richest American to have ever lived, worth $340billion in today's USD at the time of his death in 1937. In comparison, the poorest man on the list is 82-year-old Warren Buffett, who at his peak net worth, before he started giving his fortune to charity, was $64billion. | title | Brief history, interesting facts and health benefits of orange. |
| body | Orange is my favorite fruit. I take at least 3 oranges everyday. I got attracted to oranges because of the taste. But ever since I fell in love with orange, I've never read or browsed anything about it. Today I decided to do a little findings about my favorite fruit and I'm so happy and fulfilled for having fallen in love with orange. Read and enjoy the most interesting thing I've seen on the net today **Source:** https://www.care2.com/greenliving/13-health-benefits-of-oranges. **Brief history of orange** Oranges were first grown in southeast Asia, northeastern India and southern China and were first cultivated in China around 2500 BC. In the first century AD, Romans brought young orange trees all the way from India to Rome. North Africa began growing oranges in the 1st century AD. Christopher Columbus brought orange seeds in 1493 across the Atlantic Ocean to Spain’s Canary Islands to Haiti, where he planted orange orchards. By 1518 oranges were introduced to Panama and Mexico, and a little later Brazil started growing orange trees. America’s first orange trees were planted in Florida in 1513 by Spanish explorer Juan Ponce de Leon. **Orange quote** “Orange strengthens your emotional body, encouraging a general feeling of joy, well-being, and cheerfulness.” – *Tae Yun Kim* **Interesting Orange Facts:** 1. Oranges are the largest citrus crop in the world. 2. Brazil produces more oranges than any other country. 3. Navel Oranges are named after the belly button shape near the bottom. 4. About 25 billion oranges are grown each year in America. 5. In the 18th century British sailors took sauerkraut and citrus fruits on the ships to prevent scurvy. 6. Florida produces about 70 percent of the total U.S. crop, and 90 percent of its production goes to make juice. 7. In Queen Victoria’s day, oranges were given as Christmas gifts in England. 8. Two most common varieties of oranges are Navel and Valencia oranges. 9. Orange is the world’s third favorite flavor after chocolate and vanilla. .jpg)(Navel oranges) .jpg)(Valencia oranges) **HEALTH BENEFITS OF ORANGE** Who doesn’t love a delicious and juicy orange as a snack? since they’re easy to eat and provide quick energy. They also provide the following health benefits: 1. **Oranges contain phytochemicals that protect against cancer.** Oranges are rich in citrus limonoids, proven to help fight a number of varieties of cancer including that of the skin, lung, breast, stomach and colon. 2. **Orange juice can help prevent kidney diseases.** Drinking orange juice regularly prevents kidney diseases and reduces the risk of kidney stones. Note: drink juice in moderate amounts. The high sugar content of fruit juices can cause tooth decay and the high acid content can wear away enamel if consumed in excess. 3. **Mandarin oranges fight liver cancer, according to studies.** According to two studies in Japan eating mandarin oranges reduces liver cancer. This may be due in part to vitamin A compounds known as carotenoids. .jpg)(mandarin oranges) 4. **Oranges lower cholesterol.** Since they’re full of soluble fiber, oranges are helpful in lowering cholesterol. 5. **They are rich in potassium and boost heart health.** Oranges are full of potassium, an electrolyte mineral responsible for helping the heart function well. When potassium levels get too low, you may develop an abnormal heart rhythm, known as an arrhythmia. 6. **They lower the risk of diseases.** Oranges are full of vitamin C, which protects cells by neutralizing free radicals. Free radicals cause chronic diseases, like cancer and heart disease. 7. **Oranges fight against viral infections.** Studies show that the abundance of polyphenols in oranges protects against viral infections. 8. **They relieve constipation.** Oranges are full of dietary fiber, which stimulates digestive juices and relieves constipation. 9. **They aid in good eye health and protect vision.** Oranges are rich in carotenoid compounds, which are converted to vitamin A and help prevent macular degeneration. 10. **They regulate high blood pressure.** The flavonoid hesperidin found in oranges helps regulate high blood pressure, and the magnesium in oranges helps maintain blood pressure. 11. **They protect skin.** Oranges are full of beta-carotene, which is a powerful antioxidant that protects the cells from damage. Beta-carotene protects the skin from free radicals and helps prevent the signs of aging. 12. **Oranges alkalize the body.** Although oranges are acidic before you digest them, they contain many alkaline minerals that help to balance out the body after they are digested. In this respect, they are similar to lemons, which are one of the most alkaline foods available. 13. **Oranges provide smart carbs and do not cause a blood sugar spike.** Oranges like all fruits have simple sugars in them, but the orange has a glycemic index of 40. Anything under 55 is considered low. This means as long as you don’t eat too many oranges at one time, they won’t spike your blood sugar and cause problems with insulin or weight gain. Oranges have a wealth of nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin A precursors, calcium, potassium and pectin. For a complete list of its nutrients go to calories in an orange. *Hope you enjoyed it. I believe you've found more reasons to make orange your favorite fruit.* Follow me @maluchukwu Don't forget to upvote and resteem thank you. |

| body | .png) A lot of newbies here do read some wonderful posts by their fellow newbies and those who are higher than them without upvoting them. Though your upvote may just be like a drop in the ocean but it means a lot to the author. Some authors may be making a very small income from their posts but they will never give up after seeing that upvote symbol even if it doesn't add anything to their wallet. It shows them that their posts have some quality and this will encourage them to do more. The most painful thing on this platform is after coming up with good post, you end up not a single upvote or even a comment. Please let us all try and encourage each other so that this platform will be a place where quality is rewarded. Have a good night rest fellow steemians and I wish you good morning. ✌🏽 ✌🏽 |

| title | FRIENDS |
| body | Friends. We have the ones that we'll never trade for anything in this world. We have the ones that are good, but when they leave, you'll heal fast. The ones that'll leave an irreplaceable void in your heart. The ones that are just there to keep the party alive, they contribute very little or nothing to your life but for a very tiny reason, you still keep them. The ones who are a bad influence but they have your back anytime so you'd rather just remain with them. The one who would sell you out at any chance they get. The ones who wait to hear that you're beginning to fail. You can go on and on but we must understand that in this life, no one is obliged to stay loyal to you, people will betray you, backstab you, stand by you, etc, learn to live with it. Our greatest disappointments in life begin when we expect too much from people. Free your heart and always be ready , because you never know what's about to hit you. If you don't have high hopes about people, you won't be so hurt when they mess up. Keep ur circle small or large, but never expect too much from one person. True Friends are rare gifts, appreciate the ones that stay true and be ready for the ones who won't. Less expectations, Less disappointments. Good evening y'all..jpg) |

| title | ENGINEERING: A GREAT AND NOBLE PROFESSION. |
| body | In Engineering lies the fascination of watching a figment of imagination emerge through the aid of science to a plan on paper, then it moves to realization in stone or metal or energy. Then it elevates the standard of living of man and adds to the comfort of life, "THAT IS THE ENGINEERS' GREATEST PRIVILEGE". The great liability of ENGINEERS compared to men of other professions is that, our works are out in the open where all can see them. Our acts; step by step are in hard substance. We can not bury our mistakes in the grave like the Doctors. We can not argue them into thin air or blame the judge like the Lawyers. We can not like the Architects cover our failures with trees and vines. We can not like the Politicians scream our short comings by blaming our opponents and hope that the people will forget - The ENGINEER simply can not deny he did it. If our works do no work, we are damned. On the other hand, unlike the Doctors, ours is not a life amongst the weak. Unlike the Lawyers, quarrels are not our daily bread. To the ENGINEER falls the job of clothing the bare bones of science with life, comfort and hope. No doubt as years go by the people forget which ENGINEER did it. Even if they ever knew. Some Politician may even put his name on it, or they credit it to some promoter who used other people's money........ But the ENGINEER himself looks back at the unending stream of goodness which flows from his success with satisfaction and the verdict from his fellow professionals is the entire accolades he wants. ENGINEERING IS INDEED A NOBLE PROFESSION.jpg) |

| body | @maluchukwu Thanks for a great post. Following and upvoted. But, we minnows don't have to despair and give up. Steemit is a great platform for anyone to grow their blogging and their online business. Because, steemit is exactly what it is - a great blogging platform and an online business to grow your wealth rolled in one. I don't blame whales, that is human nature. They have grown up and have a big business in steemit and they will do everything in their power to protect it. We should not forget that whales were once minnows. They got together, helped each other and grew to become whales. We minnows can do the same - get together, help each other and become whales, rather than waiting for some whale to come and help us. Of course, there are kind-harted whales who do help minnows which we should always welcome and be great full for. We have a great Minnows Helping Minnows community. Any minnows interested can join and grow fast: https://steemit.com/steemit/@successforall/minnows-helping-minnows-how-to-grow-your-steemit-account-fast Wish you all the best with steemit. Have a nice day. |

| title | NEWBIES SUPPORT CHALLENGE. EMULATE @yoo1900 |
| body | Growing from scratch to something meaningful on this platform is nothing but a miracle. It's very difficult for you to grow to without investing (buying Steem or steem power). The whales are busy swimming and fighting for who is greater. Only a few are concerned about the smaller fishes in the ocean. But you should know that this is a replica of the happenings in our society today. The poor having a deep hatred for the rich but help in getting them richer. Upvoting a newbie is a waste of voting power because everyone wants to get curation rewards. The newbies putting all their best to catch the attention of the whales by upvoting and resteeming their posts without getting back anything. At the end they give up and quit the platform. Yes it is not easy even if you have my kind of vision of seeing this platform as an avenue to express yourself. When you look the incomes generated by this big guys whose posts may not be near yours in quality, you will be tempted to quit too. But you know of the saying that when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Don't give up yet. The whales don't know the implications of what they're doing. The more this system operates like this is the more the whales will swallow the smaller fishes. I put it as a challenge to all whales to emulate the style of @yoo1900 and others who continuously motivate the newbies in the house. You must not have to upvote their posts. A resteem will go a long way in motivating and encouraging them. Look for those quality posts and encourage the authors. Doing this will give us a more fun and great platform. (support a newbie today and make steemit a better platform) |
