| body | Hi steemians! Today I'll take you to travel to Brussels with me! Despite the Terrible weather ( or as I call it, typical European weather) I could take some really nice pictures! As a Brazilian that is used to hot and sunny days, even during the winter, it is hard sometimes to get used to this grey sky and the rainy days in Europe! haha  The trip from Aachen to Brussels was really quick,the price is about 30€ and the train took one and a half hours to arrive in the city. Even being the most important city in Belgium, Brussels is not a really big city, but still very charming. That's why Brussels is also ideal for day trips. You can spend some hours in the nice museums like the Royal Museum of Fine Arts of Belgium, where you can find artworks from the 15th to the 21st centuries.  Besides the amazing exhibitions, the architecture of the museum impressed me really much.  Or even just walking around in downtown and seeing nice places as the Grand Place.  The cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula.  Or the Palais Royal de Bruxelles.  It's also not hard to spend many hours in the amazing shops you can find downtown. It's worth knowing there is a strong fashion culture in Brussels. So be prepared to all the streets that are perfect for walking around and shopping. Especially in the Avenue Louise, one of the most popular streets. Another amazing place for window shopping is the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. This glass-domed mall has restaurants, theaters and luxury shops.  But the best things in this gallery are the amazing chocolate stores!  There are so many beautiful things made of chocolate there! And the chocolate tastes so good. It's definitely a must go! You gonna find chocolate stores everywhere around in the city, so it's really hard to hold yourself and not to buy too much chocolate! hahah  Besides the chocolate, Belgium is also famous for its delicious french fries "frites" and of course, the Waffles! In Brussels, Frites are more than just fries. The fries are thicker than the ones we usually find in other countries, they are also fried two times. The first one in animal fat and then fried again in usual oil, that's what makes them so crispy and tasty! The fries are served in cardboard cones and you can eat it with many different sauces (the customer can choose between at least 10 different ones), most mayonnaise-based and you use tiny forks for eating.  The waffles in Brussels are also really special! They're fluffy and airy inside, and browned on the outside, with enough sweetness and crispy to please every taste! You can eat the traditional Belgian waffle or also choose between many different toppings to make them even better!  There are so many different options which makes it really hard to choose!  In Brussels you also gonna find lots of French restaurants. The standards of cooking in Belgian restaurants is high. Some people say you can even eat better there than in France. Even though the style of cuisine is essentially french. That's because Belgians really appreciate good food. We went to a cute French restaurant downtown, to know if the food was so good and I can say,it was one of the best dishes I've tried until now!  We ordered ribs on the barbecue and beefsteak with mushroom sauce. The fries that came as a side dish were also amazing! We also can't forget the most important thing in Belgium. The beer!! In Germany there is a law of purity, what means the beer must be brewed using just the four ingredients prescribed in this law ( yeast, barley, hops and water), so that's why you can't find different flavors of beer as we find in Belgium. There are so many different beers there, made of cherry, strawberry, chocolate, coffee and many others, the Belgians also have different glasses for each type of beer.  We also went to a famous bar in Brussels called Delirium cafe. They got to the Guinness Book, for being the bar with the biggest variety of beer in the world since 2004. The bar has 3.162 different beers to choose! It has three floors and a rustic atmosphere. When we were there, it was full of people. .gif) I hope you guys enjoyed the food tour through Brussels! Hoje vou levar vocês para um tour em Bruxelas comigo! Mesmo com um clima horrível ( que eu costumo chamar de típico clima Europeu) consegui tirar algumas fotos boas! O clima chuvoso e cinzento da Europa as vezes me deixa um pouco depressiva, mas não deixei com que a chuva atrapalhasse o passeio dessa vez! haha A viagem de trem de Aachen até Bruxelas na verdade é bem rápida. Só levou uma hora e meia e custou cerca de 30€ cada trajeto. Mesmo sendo a capital da Bélgica, Bruxelas não é uma cidade muito grande, mas continua sendo muito charmosa. Por isso acho que seja ideal para uma viagem de bate e volta ou de até dois dias. Acima postei algumas fotos de ótimos lugares para se passar um tempo, como o Museu de Belas Artes ( onde se encontram obras de arte do século 15 até o 21) que possui também uma arquitetura incrível, a Grand Place ( que é a praça central da cidade), a igreja de São Michel e São Gudula e também o Palácio Real de Bruxelas. Também é fácil gastar várias horas fazendo compras pela cidade. É bom saber que os cidadãos de Bruxelas são muito interessados em moda, então não vai ser difícil achar várias lojas com ótimas peças ou somente olhar as vitrines. Principalmente nas grandes avenidas, como a Avenida Louise, que é muito famosa na cidade. A galeria real Saint-Hubert também é um ótimo lugar para se olhar as vitrines. Há muitas lojas, restaurantes e chocolaterias. É possível achar tantas coisas lindas feitas de chocolate! Há uma grande quantidade de lojas de chocolate na cidade, então é bem difícil se controlar e não comprar vários quilos! haha Além do chocolate, a Bélgica também é famosa por suas deliciosas batatas fritas e, claro, pelos Waffles! Em Bruxelas, as Frites são mais do que apenas batatas fritas. As batatas fritas são mais grossas do que as que normalmente encontramos em outros países, e também são fritas duas vezes. A primeira em gordura animal e depois frito novamente no óleo comum, é isso que as torna tão crocantes e saborosas! As batatas fritas são servidas em cones de papel e você pode comê-las com muitos molhos diferentes (o cliente pode escolher entre pelo menos 10 diferentes) e você usa uns garfinhos para comer. Os waffles em Bruxelas também são muito especiais! Eles são fofinhos e arejados por dentro e dourados por fora, bem docinhos e crocantes, satisfazendo todos os gostos! Você pode comer o waffle belga tradicional ou também escolher entre muitas coberturas diferentes para torná-los ainda melhores! Em Bruxelas, você também vai encontrar muitos restaurantes franceses. Os padrões de culinária em restaurantes belgas são altos. Algumas pessoas dizem que você pode até comer melhor do que na França. Mesmo que o estilo de culinária seja essencialmente francês. Isso porque os belgas realmente apreciam a boa comida. Nós fomos à um restaurante francês bem legal no centro da cidade, para saber se a comida era mesmo tão boa. E eu posso dizer que foi um dos melhores pratos que eu experimentei até hoje! Nós pedimos costelas ao molho barbecue e bife com molho de cogumelos. As batatas fritas que vieram junto com o prato também estavam incríveis! Também não podemos esquecer o mais importante na Bélgica. A cerveja!! Na Alemanha, existe uma lei de pureza, o que significa que a cerveja deve ser preparada usando apenas os quatro ingredientes prescritos nesta lei (malte, cevada, lúpulo e água), por isso você não consegue encontrar diferentes sabores de cerveja como achamos na Bélgica. Há muitas cervejas diferentes, feitas de cereja, morango, chocolate, café e muitas outras, os belgas também têm taças diferentes para cada tipo de cerveja. Nós também fomos para um famoso bar em Bruxelas chamado Delirium cafe. Eles estão no Guinness Book, por ser o bar com a maior variedade de cervejas do mundo desde 2004. "body": "Hi steemians!\n\nToday I'll take you to travel to Brussels with me! Despite the Terrible weather ( or as I call it, typical European weather) I could take some really nice pictures!\nAs a Brazilian that is used to hot and sunny days, even during the winter, it is hard sometimes to get used to this grey sky and the rainy days in Europe! haha\n\n\n\nThe trip from Aachen to Brussels was really quick,the price is about 30€ and the train took one and a half hours to arrive in the city.\n\nEven being the most important city in Belgium, Brussels is not a really big city, but still very charming. That's why Brussels is also ideal for day trips.\nYou can spend some hours in the nice museums like the Royal Museum of Fine Arts of Belgium, where you can find artworks from the 15th to the 21st centuries.\n\n \n\nBesides the amazing exhibitions, the architecture of the museum impressed me really much.\n\n\n\nOr even just walking around in downtown and seeing nice places as the Grand Place.\n\n\nThe cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula.\n\n\n\nOr the Palais Royal de Bruxelles.\n\n\n\nIt's also not hard to spend many hours in the amazing shops you can find downtown. It's worth knowing there is a strong fashion culture in Brussels. So be prepared to all the streets that are perfect for walking around and shopping. Especially in the Avenue Louise, one of the most popular streets.\n\nAnother amazing place for window shopping is the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. This glass-domed mall has restaurants, theaters and luxury shops. \n\n\n\nBut the best things in this gallery are the amazing chocolate stores!\n\n\n\nThere are so many beautiful things made of chocolate there! And the chocolate tastes so good. It's definitely a must go!\n You gonna find chocolate stores everywhere around in the city, so it's really hard to hold yourself and not to buy too much chocolate! hahah\n\n\n\nBesides the chocolate, Belgium is also famous for its delicious french fries \"frites\" and of course, the Waffles!\n\nIn Brussels, Frites are more than just fries. The fries are thicker than the ones we usually find in other countries, they are also fried two times. The first one in animal fat and then fried again in usual oil, that's what makes them so crispy and tasty!\nThe fries are served in cardboard cones and you can eat it with many different sauces (the customer can choose between at least 10 different ones), most mayonnaise-based and you use tiny forks for eating.\n\n\n\nThe waffles in Brussels are also really special! They're fluffy and airy inside, and browned on the outside, with enough sweetness and crispy to please every taste! You can eat the traditional Belgian waffle or also choose between many different toppings to make them even better!\n\n\n\nThere are so many different options which makes it really hard to choose!\n\n\n\nIn Brussels you also gonna find lots of French restaurants. The standards of cooking in Belgian restaurants is high. Some people say you can even eat better there than in France. Even though the style of cuisine is essentially french. That's because Belgians really appreciate good food.\nWe went to a cute French restaurant downtown, to know if the food was so good and I can say,it was one of the best dishes I've tried until now! \n\n\n\nWe ordered ribs on the barbecue and beefsteak with mushroom sauce. The fries that came as a side dish were also amazing!\n\nWe also can't forget the most important thing in Belgium. The beer!!\nIn Germany there is a law of purity, what means the beer must be brewed using just the four ingredients prescribed in this law ( yeast, barley, hops and water), so that's why you can't find different flavors of beer as we find in Belgium. \nThere are so many different beers there, made of cherry, strawberry, chocolate, coffee and many others, the Belgians also have different glasses for each type of beer.\n\n\n\nWe also went to a famous bar in Brussels called Delirium cafe. They got to the Guinness Book, for being the bar with the biggest variety of beer in the world since 2004. The bar has 3.162 different beers to choose! It has three floors and a rustic atmosphere. Mesmo com um clima horrível ( que eu costumo chamar de típico clima Europeu) consegui tirar algumas fotos boas!\nO clima chuvoso e cinzento da Europa as vezes me deixa um pouco depressiva, mas não deixei com que a chuva atrapalhasse o passeio dessa vez! haha\n\nA viagem de trem de Aachen até Bruxelas na verdade é bem rápida. Só levou uma hora e meia e custou cerca de 30€ cada trajeto.\n\nMesmo sendo a capital da Bélgica, Bruxelas não é uma cidade muito grande, mas continua sendo muito charmosa. Por isso acho que seja ideal para uma viagem de bate e volta ou de até dois dias.\nAcima postei algumas fotos de ótimos lugares para se passar um tempo, como o Museu de Belas Artes ( onde se encontram obras de arte do século 15 até o 21) que possui também uma arquitetura incrível, a Grand Place ( que é a praça central da cidade), a igreja de São Michel e São Gudula e também o Palácio Real de Bruxelas.\n\nTambém é fácil gastar várias horas fazendo compras pela cidade. É bom saber que os cidadãos de Bruxelas são muito interessados em moda, então não vai ser difícil achar várias lojas com ótimas peças ou somente olhar as vitrines. Principalmente nas grandes avenidas, como a Avenida Louise, que é muito famosa na cidade.\nA galeria real Saint-Hubert também é um ótimo lugar para se olhar as vitrines. Há muitas lojas, restaurantes e chocolaterias. É possível achar tantas coisas lindas feitas de chocolate! Há uma grande quantidade de lojas de chocolate na cidade, então é bem difícil se controlar e não comprar vários quilos! haha\nAlém do chocolate, a Bélgica também é famosa por suas deliciosas batatas fritas e, claro, pelos Waffles!\n\nEm Bruxelas, as Frites são mais do que apenas batatas fritas. As batatas fritas são mais grossas do que as que normalmente encontramos em outros países, e também são fritas duas vezes. A primeira em gordura animal e depois frito novamente no óleo comum, é isso que as torna tão crocantes e saborosas!\nAs batatas fritas são servidas em cones de papel e você pode comê-las com muitos molhos diferentes (o cliente pode escolher entre pelo menos 10 diferentes) e você usa uns garfinhos para comer.\nOs waffles em Bruxelas também são muito especiais! Eles são fofinhos e arejados por dentro e dourados por fora, bem docinhos e crocantes, satisfazendo todos os gostos! Você pode comer o waffle belga tradicional ou também escolher entre muitas coberturas diferentes para torná-los ainda melhores!\nEm Bruxelas, você também vai encontrar muitos restaurantes franceses. Os padrões de culinária em restaurantes belgas são altos. Algumas pessoas dizem que você pode até comer melhor do que na França. Mesmo que o estilo de culinária seja essencialmente francês. Isso porque os belgas realmente apreciam a boa comida.\nNós fomos à um restaurante francês bem legal no centro da cidade, para saber se a comida era mesmo tão boa. E eu posso dizer que foi um dos melhores pratos que eu experimentei até hoje!\nNós pedimos costelas ao molho barbecue e bife com molho de cogumelos. As batatas fritas que vieram junto com o prato também estavam incríveis!\n\nTambém não podemos esquecer o mais importante na Bélgica. A cerveja!!\nNa Alemanha, existe uma lei de pureza, o que significa que a cerveja deve ser preparada usando apenas os quatro ingredientes prescritos nesta lei (malte, cevada, lúpulo e água), por isso você não consegue encontrar diferentes sabores de cerveja como achamos na Bélgica.\nHá muitas cervejas diferentes, feitas de cereja, morango, chocolate, café e muitas outras, os belgas também têm taças diferentes para cada tipo de cerveja.\nNós também fomos para um famoso bar em Bruxelas chamado Delirium cafe. | body | Hello Steemians, The first month of the year will end soon and all of our promises of starting a new diet didn't work so far. Let's face it, making a diet is the most annoying thing ever! So just join me and let's get fat together! hahaha So, for those who already gave up on a healthy 2018 , and also for those who are still trying, here comes a really delicious Brazilian recipe! It's a typical dish of my state ( Minas Gerais) and we call it 'Feijão Tropeiro'. This dish is really simple to make and it's basically beans and meat. This is what you gonna need:  250 gr of beans ( I kept them in a bowl of water for 24 hours so they took less time to cook) 4 eggs 3 cloves of garlic 300 gr of bacon 2 sausages ( here I used a sausage called 'Cabanossi') 1 onion 4-5 tablespoons of Cassava flour ( you can find it in Brazilian markets or on the internet ) 1 teaspoon of red food coloring ( don't worry if you don't have this one,it makes no difference in taste,it just adds a color to the food) 1 teaspoon of black pepper Salt  First of all I let the beans boil for two hours in a pot with nothing else. While I was waiting for the beans, I cut the sausages and the onions in small cubes. I smashed the garlic , and the bacon was already in the size I needed.  When the beans are starting to get soft, you can add some salt and let them boil for 15 more minutes. Afterwards, you pour out the water.  In a second pan, I added 2 tablespoons of oil, the onions and a little bit of salt and fried the onions until they get transparent.  I added all the sausage and bacon and fried a little bit more.  Added the eggs .gif) The next step is add the dried beans and the cassava flour.  And now you can enjoy your Tropeiro with some rice and a good beer!   I hope you liked the post! Prost! |

"body": "Hello Steemians,\n\nThe first month of the year will end soon and all of our promises of starting a new diet didn't work so far. Let's face it, making a diet is the most annoying thing ever! So just join me and let's get fat together! hahaha\n\nSo, for those who already gave up on a healthy 2018 , and also for those who are still trying, here comes a really delicious Brazilian recipe! It's a typical dish of my state ( Minas Gerais) and we call it 'Feijão Tropeiro'. This dish is really simple to make and it's basically beans and meat.\n\nThis is what you gonna need:\n\n\n\n250 gr of beans ( I kept them in a bowl of water for 24 hours so they took less time to cook)\n4 eggs\n3 cloves of garlic\n300 gr of bacon\n2 sausages ( here I used a sausage called 'Cabanossi')\n1 onion\n4-5 tablespoons of Cassava flour ( you can find it in Brazilian markets or on the internet )\n1 teaspoon of red food coloring ( don't worry if you don't have this one,it makes no difference in taste,it just adds a color to the food)\n1 teaspoon of black pepper\nSalt\n\n\n\nFirst of all I let the beans boil for two hours in a pot with nothing else.\nWhile I was waiting for the beans, I cut the sausages and the onions in small cubes. I smashed the garlic , and the bacon was already in the size I needed.\n\n\n\n\nWhen the beans are starting to get soft, you can add some salt and let them boil for 15 more minutes. Afterwards, you pour out the water.\n\n\n\nIn a second pan, I added 2 tablespoons of oil, the onions and a little bit of salt and fried the onions until they get transparent.\n\n\n\nI added all the sausage and bacon and fried a little bit more.\n\n\n\nAdded the eggs\n\n\n.gif)\n\nThe next step is add the dried beans and the cassava flour.\n\n\n\nAnd now you can enjoy your Tropeiro with some rice and a good beer!\n\n\n\n\n\nI hope you liked the post! \n\nProst!",

| body | Hello Steemians, The first month of the year will end soon and all of our promises of starting a new diet didn't work so far. Let's face it, making a diet is the most annoying thing ever! So just join me and let's get fat together! hahaha So, for those who already gave up on a healthy 2018 , and also for those who are still trying, here comes a really delicious Brazilian recipe! It's a typical dish of my state ( Minas Gerais) and we call it 'Feijão Tropeiro'. This dish is really simple to make and it's basically beans and meat. This is what you gonna need:  250 gr of beans ( I kept them in a bowl of water for 24 hours so they took less time to cook) 4 eggs 3 cloves of garlic 300 gr of bacon 2 sausages ( here I used a sausage called 'Cabanossi') 1 onion 4-5 tablespoons of Cassava flour ( you can find it in Brazilian markets or on the internet ) 1 teaspoon of red food coloring ( don't worry if you don't have this one,it makes no difference in taste,it just adds a color to the food) 1 teaspoon of black pepper Salt  First of all I let the beans boil for two hours in a pot with nothing else. While I was waiting for the beans, I cut the sausages and the onions in small cubes. I smashed the garlic , and the bacon was already in the size I needed.  When the beans are starting to get soft, you can add some salt and let them boil for 15 more minutes. Afterwards, you pour out the water.  In a second pan, I added 2 tablespoons of oil, the onions and a little bit of salt and fried the onions until they get transparent.  I added all the sausage and bacon and fried a little bit more.  Added the eggs .gif) The next step is add the dried beans and the cassava flour.  And now you can enjoy your Tropeiro with some rice and a good beer!   I hope you liked the post! Prost! |

| body | Hi Steemians! While I'm freezing during this winter in Germany, I couldn't stop thinking about the amazing trip I had last summer. This post is for those who are in a cold spot right now and miss the summer as much as I do! Especially after seeing all the photos of my Brazilian friends enjoying the beaches ( because it's summer there now ) while I have not seen sun since last month. haha Today I'll take you to an amazing virtual trip to Zadar with me!  If you like historic cities with Roman ruins, medieval churches, cosmopolitan cafes and good museums, Zadar is definitely your place! Croatia is one of the favorite holiday destinations for Germans and other Europeans. That's why the southern stretch of Croatia's Dalmatian coast is always full of tourists during the summer months. Zadar, however, is still relatively undiscovered, even being a region rich in history and full of natural beauties. It's not too crowded and its two unique attractions ( the Sea Organ and the Monument to the Sun) definitely need to be seen . Zadar is doubtless the coolest city in Croatia! With its quiet streets of marble and beaches with crystal water, Zadar is a living and vibrant city, enjoyed by the residents and also the visitors.  First of all, as a Brazilian, that got used to the most beautiful beaches in the world, the thing that impressed me the most were the beaches there. Almost all of them, don't have sand, they're covered in small pebbles, and some of them are partly covered in concrete slabs, like Kolovar beach.    In Zadar I could also experience the most beautiful sunset I've ever seen. When you talk about Zadar, someone will always tell you about a famous quote associated with the city. In May 1964, Alfred Hitchcock stayed in the classic and now closed Hotel Zagreb, on the waterfront in Zadar. The hotel's location was one of the best in town, and was from there he said " The sunset of Zadar is the world's most beautiful and incomparably better than in Key West, Florida". This is a fact the citizens always knew but when a celebrity said it, made the city world famous. To really know if the sunset was so amazing, I went to the Sea Organ, and stand there watching the sun slowly fall into the sea, and the view couldn't be more beautiful.  When the sun touches the ocean, the water becomes silver. Sitting there and watch the kids jumping into the breaking waves and listen to the soft melody of the Sea Organ was a really unique experience!   The Sea Organ is an art installation,formed by a concrete staircase that plunge to the level of the sea. These stairs have underwater tubes that echo musical notes when they're filled with water - and create a very nice harmonic effect. Completed in 2005 along with repair work after the Croatian War of Independence, the stairs extend for 70 meters and under them are 35 pipes of different length and height that play 7 chords of 5 tones depending on the flows. Here is a video I made there and I hope you can hear it well! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yk45hVa6RU Right in the front of the Sea Organ, there is the Monument to the Sun. It's a solar-powered public dance floor!  To celebrate the amazing sunsets, the artist Nikola Basic, decided to build the Monument to the Sun, on the edge of the Zadar waterfront. All day, this 22-meter disc, that represents the sun, absorbs solar rays and during the night, it fascinates people with its colored light patterns. The smaller disks that represent other planets in the solar system also radiate the brightness of the rainbow.  The streets of Zadar are just so special. I've never seen something like that somewhere else in the world.  The surface of the streets is made of shiny white marble that introduces a certain element of elegance. The best feeling is just walking around the city with no destination! That's what we architects call Derivé! Don’t be afraid about going to the wrong way, there’s no such thing, and just see where you end up. There are hundreds of small shops and cafes occupying small little corners of the city that would be probably impossible to find again even if you tried. So enjoy the moment!  Narodni Trg is the center of public life in Zadar from the Renaissance until today. On the site of the Large Square, platea magna and the foundations of municipal institutions were established in the early Middle Ages. Fiz esse post pra todo mundo que assim como eu está congelando em algum lugar e também sente falta do verão! Principalmente depois de ver todas as fotos dos amigos brasileiros curtindo as praias enquanto eu não vejo sol desde o mês passado. haha Então hoje vou levar vocês para um tour virtual por Zadar comigo! Se você gosta de cidades históricas, com ruínas romanas, igrejas medievais, cafés cosmopolitas e bons museus, Zadar é definitivamente o seu lugar! A Croácia é um dos destinos de férias preferidos dos alemães e outros europeus. É por isso que a parte sul da costa da Croácia está sempre cheia de turistas durante os meses de verão. Zadar, no entanto, ainda é relativamente desconhecida, mesmo sendo uma região rica em história e cheia de belezas naturais. Não é muito lotada e suas duas atrações mais famosas (o Órgão do Mar e o Monumento ao Sol) definitivamente precisam ser vistas. Zadar é, com certeza, a cidade mais legal da Croácia! Com suas ruas tranquilas de mármore e praias de água cristalina, Zadar é uma cidade viva e vibrante, apreciada pelos moradores e também pelos visitantes. Lá, as praias são cobertas de cascalho, então fica bem incômodo andar por lá. Por isso, nós tivemos que comprar sapatos específicos pra nadar e assim não machucar os pés. Se você for viajar para a Croácia fique atento à isso! Em Zadar, eu também pude presenciar o pôr do sol mais bonito que eu já vi. Quando você fala sobre viajar para Zadar, alguém sempre vai falar sobre uma citação famosa sobre a cidade. Principalmente depois de ver todas as fotos dos amigos brasileiros curtindo as praias enquanto eu não vejo sol desde o mês passado. haha\n\nEntão hoje vou levar vocês para um tour virtual por Zadar comigo!\n\nSe você gosta de cidades históricas, com ruínas romanas, igrejas medievais, cafés cosmopolitas e bons museus, Zadar é definitivamente o seu lugar!\nA Croácia é um dos destinos de férias preferidos dos alemães e outros europeus. É por isso que a parte sul da costa da Croácia está sempre cheia de turistas durante os meses de verão. Zadar, no entanto, ainda é relativamente desconhecida, mesmo sendo uma região rica em história e cheia de belezas naturais. Não é muito lotada e suas duas atrações mais famosas (o Órgão do Mar e o Monumento ao Sol) definitivamente precisam ser vistas.\nZadar é, com certeza, a cidade mais legal da Croácia!\n\nCom suas ruas tranquilas de mármore e praias de água cristalina, Zadar é uma cidade viva e vibrante, apreciada pelos moradores e também pelos visitantes.\n\nA primeira coisa que mais me chamou a atenção foram as praias. Não são como as nossas no Brasil, cobertas de areia fininha. Lá, as praias são cobertas de cascalho, então fica bem incômodo andar por lá. Por isso, nós tivemos que comprar sapatos específicos pra nadar e assim não machucar os pés. Se você for viajar para a Croácia fique atento à isso!\n\nEm Zadar, eu também pude presenciar o pôr do sol mais bonito que eu já vi.\n\nQuando você fala sobre viajar para Zadar, alguém sempre vai falar sobre uma citação famosa sobre a cidade. Em maio de 1964, Alfred Hitchcock se hospedou no clássico (agora fechado) Hotel Zagreb, à beira-mar em Zadar. A localização do hotel era uma das melhores da cidade, e foi de lá que ele disse: \"O pôr do sol de Zadar é o mais bonito do mundo e incomparavelmente melhor do que em Key West, na Flórida\". Este é um fato que os moradores de lá sempre souberam, mas quando uma celebridade falou,fez com que a cidade se tornasse conhecida mundialmente. Então para realmente saber se o pôr-do-sol era tão incrível, fui ao Órgão do Mar, e fiquei lá observando o sol cair lentamente sobre o mar e a vista não poderia ser mais bonita.\nQuando o sol toca o oceano, a água fica prateada. Sentar lá e assistir as crianças pulando no mar e ouvir a melodia do Órgão do Mar foi uma experiência realmente única!\n O Órgão do Mar é uma instalação de arte, formada por uma escadaria de concreto que desce até o nível do mar.Essas escadas possuem tubos subaquáticos que ecoam notas musicais quando se enchem de água - e criam um efeito harmônico muito bonito. Terminada em 2005, junto com outros trabalhos de reparação após a Guerra da Independência da Croácia, as escadas se estendem por 70 metros e sob elas estão 35 tubos de diferentes tamanhos e altura que reproduzem 7 cordas de 5 tons dependendo dos fluxos da água.\n\nLá em cima está um vídeo que eu fiz lá e espero que dê pra ouvir bem!\n\nNa frente do Órgão do Mar,há o Monumento ao Sol. É basicamente uma pista de dança com energia solar! haha\nPara comemorar os incríveis pores-do-sol (acho que esse é o plural), o artista Nikola Basic, decidiu construir o Monumento ao Sol, à beira-mar. Todo o dia, esse disco de 22 metros, que representa o sol, absorve raios solares e durante a noite, surpreende os visitantes com seus padrões de luz colorida. Os discos menores que representam outros planetas no sistema solar também irradiam o brilho do arco-íris.\n\nAté mesmo as ruas de Zadar são muito especiais. Eu nunca tinha visto alguma coisa assim em outro lugar do mundo.\nA superfície das ruas é feita de mármore branco brilhante, deixando tudo bem elegante. Eu gosto muito de caminhar pela cidade sem destino! Isso é o que nós arquitetos chamamos de Derivé! Não tenha medo de ir no caminho errado, porque isso não existe, e apenas veja onde você acaba. Tem várias lojinhas e cafés espalhados por todos os cantos da cidade, e que provavelmente você nunca conseguiria encontrar de novo mesmo que tentasse.
