Happy New week and wishing you all a blessed week ahead. \nToday I will be doing my achievement 6 (understanding Curation and community ) which happens to be the my last achievement task. \n\n![Screenshot_20220214-063452_Canva.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQexDmijYd942wHHovwUpMVjJHegcqBGx3iqvWYS2MUbU/Screenshot_20220214-063452_Canva.jpg)\n\n# Question 1\nDO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW VOTING AND CURATION WORKS ON STEEMIT?\nYes!\n\n\nVotes on steemit is precisely the same as \"likes\" in alternative social medias, although the votes on steemit truly comes with a reward based on the amount of active steem power every users have, for e.g user with 5000 steem power, and user with 1500 steem power gets completely different reward. The more steem power you have got, the a more of reward you get. This reward comes from the reward pool.\n\nThe prize pool is just like a bank where all rewards  unit collected and splitted to users, though good and unique content attracts good rewards. for instance if i voted on a user's post, the reward the user gets goes to the prize pool. And from this prize pool, all steemit user gets their rewards.\n\nOur Votes  unit are calculated by a \"power bar\" known as choice mana, its truly a bar that shows us our voting weight. Its truly decrease as we tend to votes, however it truly will increase back by 20% day by day.\n\nThis voting mana is really visible for users with quite 500 active steem power.its not visible for brand spanking new users, as our steem power is extremely low.\n\nWhen vote on a post, 50% reward from the post can visit the curator and therefore the alternative 50% reward will be shared among people who voted on your post.\nYou can additionally get a reward from comments too.\n\nWe  have the downvotes, it may also be known as the minus vote, or negative vote because it comes with a sign \"-\". This vote will truly be done, once a user goes against the steemit rules. Its reduces a users reward. \n\n# Question 2\nWhat happens if you post on a vote five minutes when posting?\n\nThe curator gets rewards from their 50% supported the particular time the vote is made.\nThis means that; if your vote was made at the actual time you posted, 100 percent of the curation reward can still be within the reward pool.\n\nThough it changes when one minute, 80% can stay within the prize pool and 20%, goes to the keeper. It changes after  2 minutes, 60% stays, and 40% goes to the curator,. \nThat's specifically however it works, like 20% goes to the curator each minutes, until it gets to the fifth minutes, all 100 percent reward goes to the curator.\n\n# Question 3\nWho can you vote for Steem Witness? Why?\n\nI will vote for @steemchiller with reasons as a result of, steemworld.org which was created by him. Which is a user friendly tool that helps steemians to do a lot of informations regarding their accounts, and its additionally helps in times of delegating steem power to a different user in a straightforward and easy means. i actually learnt how to delegate steem power to a different user, once I did my achievement 5.1. \n\n# Question 4\nWhat community can you be a part of on Steemit and why?\n\n* Steemit cryptoacdamy: My reasons for making steemit cryptoacdamy as one of my favourites community is bacause I'm actually a fan of crypto trading and joining Cryptoacademy I know will help my trading skill, like I will learn a lot of new things from the different professor's teachings about crypto trading. And another beautiful thing about it is that I'm being rewarded for learning my favourite topic after presenting a good and Plagiarism free assessment. \n\n* Newcomers community: This happens to be another beautiful community, because through this community, I have learnt so many new things about steemit starting from my achievement 1 to achievement 6.
