      "body": "So I woke up today and I was in a bit of a funk. As a youth we live and we make plans on what our life will be like. I think today is the day I woke up and realized that things were not quite what I had wished. I mean I'm not sad. I actually feel reasonably happy.. But that's the problem. There's things I aspire for that I'm not making my way towards having. I feel I'm only happy because I don't feel like I'm losing...but I also don't feel like I'm winning. I dunno. These are just some thoughts I needed to get out. I feel on a normal day I wouldn't be bothered with these thoughts. After all, I walk around like a zombie, numb to emotions. I think this is because since I've stopped working out regularly I don't have the energy I need to go into deep thought.\n\nBut today is different because I worked out. I felt great and in feeling this greatness I thought about my life...\n\nThey say if you think of the past you'll get depressed and if you think of the future you'll have anxiety...\n\nRight now I'm feeling pretty depressively anxiec ... if that's a word. \n\nI don't know folks. I'm just hoping for better days. I feel in a lull today.\n\nAny words of encouragement? I'd love to hear them :-)",

      "body": "So, if you ask most folks their goal in life, the common answer that you will get will be success and happiness. Today we are going to chat a little about happiness.\n\nIn its purest form happiness is a feeling of satisfaction. It stems from satisfaction in your current life. But it also goes a little deeper. To find happiness, you must be at peace with your past and have a particular comfort about how your future will turn out.\n\nOne may as the question, \"How can I find happiness, when I am unhappy?\". A large part of happiness, comes from hope that there will be better days. You control your mentality so you can literally will happiness upon yourself. I know, I know...that's easier said than done. But in order to be in a place where you can change your mentality, you must first surround yourself with people who make YOUR happiness, THEIR priority. The best way to find these people is by having a healthy self esteem. When you love yourself, you show others how to love you. I encourage you to surround yourself with these positive folks who are willing to accept you and love you.\n\nToday, I ask that you take the time to make yourself happy. Do something that you enjoy doing, for you. Don't worry what others may think of it. Don't worry if it makes you money, or even if it is a good use of time. Just proceed in the direction of your happiness and it will all work out. Here's praying that you find the happiness that you seek and that your creator has created you to have. Some desire riches... others desire fame. Regardless of what you desire, it's important to know that you can have it. Sounds a little hard to believe doesn't it?\n\nYou see, as children we entire the world fully optimistic. We know no limits. We have no bounds to our thoughts. We dream and we believe. Simply put, we have faith.\n\nAs we grow from children to adults, we are taught to follow rules. Life has a way of limiting us and placing us into boxes. Think of how often you hear \"Oh he's a lawyer\" or \"She's a nurse\"... \"She's so rich\" or \"He's so poor\". It's in our human nature to categorize one another. This makes good sense because it's important that we understand ones role, so we can treat them accordingly. What fascinates me most is that as children it was very simple to categorize people. \"Oh he's nice and he's my friend\" or \"Oh he's a mean bully, he's not my friend anymore\".\n\nTo bring my point full circle, the key to having anything in life is understanding that you will be placed in a box. The question is what box do you want to be placed into and understanding how others decide what box they place you into.\n\nHaving anything you want in life is as simple as being able to convince the person on the other side of the table that you are worthy of what it is that they have to give.
