| body | #Iwrite 08-02-25 06:09 I am enough. You are enough. As I give so do I live. 06:10 Here we are. [Sip coffee] …and I write. [Look up to the mountains, the houses and nearby trees. The birds chirping and the whirring of the cars; audible movement. Pigeon calls in low tone are the loudest. With deep purple-grey coloured colors they rule the streets their chests out proud to boot.] 06:17 Can we rush our being? Can beingness be rushed? Or even moved from here to there as in transportation? My mind can make it so. And my body the ever wilful servant thereof. With heart the cycling of vital Lifeflow. No force. So spirit moves unhindered. 06:27 So that I may do the work of being. To love. And be loved. For that purpose I practice letting go. Unwinding the narratives that have been holding me and others back from full being. The becoming being wound up in it so tightly that the beingness has been distorted into contortedness. [Deep sigh flowing into meaningfully deeper breathing. Stretch and expand. An opening and gaping up at blue skies now peaking through subtle grey clouds that enshrouded a deep dark ‘darkest hour before the dawn’.] Clouds now subtle grey since I have light to see. What more doth come - the Shakespeare in me alive and well - when light of full day evaporates that which made them clouds at all. 06:34 [Rhythm of breath becomes a hum. An outbreath lengthened by a chesty sound akin to pigeon hooting. …Reading all so far written. Sipping coffee with my first sip as writing commenced. ] 06:39 [Hum centred into my heart.] So whatever thoughts may come, or dreams or other resonances, may I be the chamber that doth purify, as heart does mine - my blood; my lifeflow; my allowance of what is, and deciphering of it all through cellular code and memory, -as heart does mind. I am in my frequency related to the stories that I hold, the stories that I’ve told. [Sound of nearby neighbour’s visitor coming with an inaudibility of words rather akin to the morning rising quacking of a duck or gander. Smiles.] My thoughts bring joy now, as this here writing, reflecting, humming, feeling brings me clarity and interconnectedness through sound means. 06:45 It falls away, the thoughts of they and me and us and them as I just listen, and sound the cycles of lifeflow through me, expressing as thought, as movement as beingness. Being. No longer away from myself and other, neither in the way of them and I, but owning this here ‘but’, written five, six, seven eight, and counting, words back. To own it all - as in owe no body but the Life that brings us all together and simultaneously makes our separateness possible, separate’d’ness the squandering of rights to write and be written by it all. [Added interception at 07:01 — The ‘d’ for dum - no longer as in dum and dummer stories of ‘us and them’ but rather a dum d’dum dum of rhythm building to give rise to meaning way beyond our wildest dreams thus far. The dreams of prophets and heralded saviours… [Thought interrupted as a harem of “mossies” arrive in sequence to land on the edging of the wooden structure that hugs the Lamb’s Quarters plants in seed now bearing fruits to them in abundance. The synergistic irony and symbolism of this plant name now recalled, spelled and entered not escaping me. Interception ends 07:07] 06:51 We are here. I sip my coffee and reflect on words I write and songs I sing. Knowing that the true meaning of it all is in the making of it, the joy of playing in the sandpit as we here all together rise into the morning of our time. The only time always now! and thus we have ample time, as amped as we give rise to being. May those that see the Light bring words to meaning and hearts to seeing as we sing the capital L into being through us. 07:08 A thought arises now as I reflect this here writing akin to a dancing rhythm that plays with time as with shells and sticks in the sand, moving them from here to there, from I to we to I-and-I and I-in-I. To flow the sounds through me in thoughts, in hearing, in tapping on a screen to type and enter in the words and silly abilities that play out the syllables of these spelled transportational devices that are my gifts to play with with pleasure in whichever way I choose. 07:14 I am enough, and in so all that I have ever been has been enough, as in that moment I gave all through me as possible for my being at the time. Time of now ever flowing through me, my forgiveness of myself and other paving the way to inter-seeing. That we may relate to one another, in our intertwined stories that weave our collective being and yet holds it not. For we are held up not by containment, but by vital flow that designs our bodies as we will our minds - our mine’s. I claim the love and the beingness, and not the sorrow and the hardship for the way is clear as I Love myself. No lack therein, no hinderance. As I choose to nurture frequencies of freedom. Those whirrings and chirpings of beingness that heralds We Are Enough! Looking up now to the horizon, a helicopter slips out of view heading East, to where the rising has arisen. 1 Hour 11 minutes since this movement first entered. I rest my ‘pen’, the encampment here created through the writings and the righting of my wrongs to release the flow. No really, I need to wee. The coffee has now flown right through me. [Giggles] Thank you for reading, or reeding and resonating these typed meanings with your wind instrument of breath and thought through time and space herewith obliterated to show our truthful oneness. One Love. Be blessed. May you feel within these echoes a world of bl’a-blah-blah-care’ssedness. 07:29 [Laughs] I love playing with words. |

Interception ends 07:07]\n\n06:51 We are here. \n\n07:08 A thought arises now as I reflect this here writing akin to a dancing rhythm that plays with time as with shells and sticks in the sand, moving them from here to there, from I to we to I-and-I and I-in-I. To flow the sounds through me in thoughts, in hearing, in tapping on a screen to type and enter in the words and silly abilities that play out the syllables of these spelled transportational devices that are my gifts to play with with pleasure in whichever way I choose. \n\n07:14 I am enough, and in so all that I have ever been has been enough, as in that moment I gave all through me as possible for my being at the time. [Giggles]\n\nThank you for reading, or reeding and resonating these typed meanings with your wind instrument of breath and thought through time and space herewith obliterated to show our truthful oneness. One Love. Be blessed. May you feel within these echoes a world of bl’a-blah-blah-care’ssedness. \n\n07:29 [Laughs] I love playing with words.",

| body | “I feel there are two people inside me - me and my intuition. If I go against her, she'll screw me every time, and if I follow her, we get along quite nicely.” – Kim Basinger #intuinionmonday Life can be easy. And life can be hard. It happens so that life dishes us up a plateful of really challenging situations, but we can make those even harder still, or we can do what is needed and get through it in the simplest way possible. Sometimes what seems like a hell of a challenge leads to a heavenly surprise. And it can happen too that something which seems heavenly, a dream come true, can turn to a hellish disaster. How do we navigate a life filled with these sorts of dynamics? How do we tell which is which? What is a good avenue to follow, and what is a door to close or a bridge to burn? If we live in our minds, the mind between our ears, we can not differentiate between a good road or a bad path, we need to trust a far more multifaceted perspective than the mental analysis and understanding that we can fathom with our heads. Mostly, and especially in the Westernly trained world, we follow the logical ways of understanding and decision making. And mostly we end up getting burnt by bad repercussions to our choices. And to deal with this we turn to escaping through food or drink, shopping or sex. We expect our partners and loved ones to absorb the shock and tell us we’re still ok, and then we take another one of the anxiety meds or headache tablets the doctor (or the actor pretending to be a doctor for the TV ad) prescribed. It kind of works, but it doesn’t. We don’t really see an improvement in this way in our personal lives, and the world is no better off at the end of our life cycle. Unless we follow another way, a way that we know is the right one because we can feel it in our other brain, the brain of the gut. In this gut-brain gets made more brain chemicals than our head-brain. It is so vital to our bodies’ functioning and it also has a guidance system which is integral to a life of value. Living by the way of the gut can seem very contradictory to ‘common sense’ at times, it can send you swimming in the opposite direction to all the other fish in your pond. But it brings you to exactly the place you desire. With this navigation system you can narrowly escape the most dangerous situations, but you need to keep your attention in the present and on this gut-brain’s direction. Think about the extreme driving classes. I’ve never gone, but I have been told that the process they take you through is hair-raising and rather grueling. Split second decisions make or break your ability to keep yourself on the road with the wheels at the bottom of the vehicle where they belong. At some point the instructor intentionally makes the car lose its traction and you’re flying at a brick wall. They teach you that in this situation what you do is to look to where you want to go and not at the wall. Generally, when we perceive ourselves flying at hair-raising speeds straight for a brick wall, humans look at the wall that they’re flying at. But this is the point of the training: do not look at the wall! Look, instead, where you wánt to go. And so it is in life’s ultra fast paced challenges. When shit comes flying at you at lightning speeds, do not stand there looking at the shit! You will get a mouthful! Move away and look at where you want to go, and let that place be where the shit is not reaching. Get out of shit range and, whatever you do, focus on what you dó want. Your gut-brain will tell your head-brain what to do next. And I pray that your head-brain is integrated enough to listen. I pray that for us all. Life is too short to just stand there and eat shit! |

"body": "\n\n“I feel there are two people inside me - me and my intuition. If I go against her, she'll screw me every time, and if I follow her, we get along quite nicely.” – Kim Basinger\n#intuinionmonday\n\nLife can be easy. And life can be hard. It happens so that life dishes us up a plateful of really challenging situations, but we can make those even harder still, or we can do what is needed and get through it in the simplest way possible. Sometimes what seems like a hell of a challenge leads to a heavenly surprise. And it can happen too that something which seems heavenly, a dream come true, can turn to a hellish disaster.\n\n\n\nHow do we navigate a life filled with these sorts of dynamics? How do we tell which is which? What is a good avenue to follow, and what is a door to close or a bridge to burn? \n\nIf we live in our minds, the mind between our ears, we can not differentiate between a good road or a bad path, we need to trust a far more multifaceted perspective than the mental analysis and understanding that we can fathom with our heads. We don’t really see an improvement in this way in our personal lives, and the world is no better off at the end of our life cycle.\n\n\n\nUnless we follow another way, a way that we know is the right one because we can feel it in our other brain, the brain of the gut. In this gut-brain gets made more brain chemicals than our head-brain. It is so vital to our bodies’ functioning and it also has a guidance system which is integral to a life of value. \n\nLiving by the way of the gut can seem very contradictory to ‘common sense’ at times, it can send you swimming in the opposite direction to all the other fish in your pond. But it brings you to exactly the place you desire. With this navigation system you can narrowly escape the most dangerous situations, but you need to keep your attention in the present and on this gut-brain’s direction. \n\nThink about the extreme driving classes. \n\nAnd so it is in life’s ultra fast paced challenges. When shit comes flying at you at lightning speeds, do not stand there looking at the shit! You will get a mouthful! Move away and look at where you want to go, and let that place be where the shit is not reaching. Get out of shit range and, whatever you do, focus on what you dó want.\n\n\n\nYour gut-brain will tell your head-brain what to do next. And I pray that your head-brain is integrated enough to listen. I pray that for us all. Life is too short to just stand there and eat shit!",

Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” – Steve Jobs When I was a young lass, growing up climbing trees and taking deep dives into our pool at home, I had a motto. “Ek sal self!” (“I’ll do it myself” in Afrikaans) was the response I would give any well meaning attempt to help me to achieve the tasks I set out to master. As an adult I now value this early motivation I had to understand life, to come to grips with its nuances, and be able to interpret and respond to the challenges it is constantly dishing up. We do not get to ride on anyone else’s coat-tails in this life, not without feeling the emptiness that comes with receiving things without the battle of overcoming the challenges. At the same time we do need to accept assistance. Nothing valuable was ever achieved entirely alone. Just as it takes a village to raise a child, so too does it take a collection of people to achieve anything of real substance. This process of self-determination is a vital aspect of living an intuition led life. The relationship with your own inner voice is a journey that no-one can walk for you. It is the most rewarding journey you will ever take and it is the source of all authentic discovery. This journey of curious learning brings many surprises and synchronicity is the guide to escort you along the path. As I’m writing this I am watching my friend, Dan Boshoff, perform a gorgeous acoustic set at a Port Elizabeth restaurant at Summerstrand Village. Watch the live videos I posted here: https://www.facebook.com/i.am.kenaz/videos/10157912280613644/ and on my instagram @merikenaz. I mentioned to Dan about my writing this piece on intuition, and that I’m featuring Steve Jobs. And so he pointed me to the wall above the kitchen door. What would be written there is clearly a synchronous show of goodwill for the thread of thought I’m engaging with, and a classic example of how these intuitive nudges work. A wonderful quote by none other than Steve Jobs, on nothing other than intuition. So here is your bonus quote: “Coming back to America was, for me, much more of a cultural shock than going to India. The people in the Indian countryside don’t use their intellect like we do, they use their intuition instead, and their intuition is far more developed than in the rest of the world. Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect, in my opinion. Western rational thought is not an innate human characteristic; it is learned and is the great achievement of Western civilization. In the villages of India, they never learned it. They learned something else, which is in some ways just as valuable but in other ways is not. That’s the power of intuition and experiential wisdom. Coming back after seven months in Indian villages, I saw the craziness of the Western world as well as its capacity for rational thought. If you just sit and observe, you will see how restless your mind is. If you try to calm it, it only makes it worse, but over time it does calm, and when it does, there’s room to hear more subtle things—that’s when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more. Your mind just slows down, and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment. You see so much more than you could see before. It’s a discipline; you have to practice it." - Steve Jobs And with that, until next #intuitionmonday, I rest my case. Alright, one more quote for good measure: “Intuition is a very powerful thing, more powerful than intellect, in my opinion.” Steve Jobs |

| body | INTUITION MONDAY #intuitionmonday No.2 “We do not attract what we want; we attract what we are. The Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi makes clear that “it is in giving that we receive.” Giving aligns us with the way our Source of being acts; consequently, the universe offers us experiences that match our giving, supportive nature.” - Dr Wayne W Dyer In-tuition. We all crave to have a guide, a confidante that helps us understand what to do one moment to the next. This is often the reason why we seek out lovers, usually why we consult a tarot deck, or talk to friends endlessly about our life and issues. Yet we have the guide we seek, much more honest, much more real, and way more accurate, right inside of us. But we struggle to trust it. And that is why we continue to struggle through life feeling sometimes like a chicken without a head and at other times like deer stuck in the headlights. The trick is to keep it simple, to declutter our lives and our minds so that we can listen clearly. Our inner guide is always talking, nudging, urging. And it knows exactly what is right for us. You see, we are vibratory beings. As quantum physics has pointed out to us everything is vibration and pure potential. As soon as we look, as soon as we focus on one thing and close our attention to the rest, we materialise a single outcome. But also, since we are vibration and pure potential, we can trust that the world around and in us is connected to that vibration through the fields of vibration that we emit. And so Life will bring about exactly what is good and fitting to the vibration we hold. Inner tuition, or intuition, is our perceptive link to the wider field of potential outcomes and specifically guides us in line with the vibration we hold. You can trust, therefore, that the inner voice talking to you will bring you exactly to that which you want. The key here is to be really real with what that vibration is. We can wish all we want, but the reality of our here and now is what will create the feedback from the world around us. As a wise man once said, “be the change you want to see in the world” (Mahatma Gandhi). |

"body": "\n\nINTUITION MONDAY\n#intuitionmonday No.2\n\n“We do not attract what we want; we attract what we are. The Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi makes clear that “it is in giving that we receive.” Giving aligns us with the way our Source of being acts; consequently, the universe offers us experiences that match our giving, supportive nature.” - Dr Wayne W Dyer\n\nIn-tuition. And that is why we continue to struggle through life feeling sometimes like a chicken without a head and at other times like deer stuck in the headlights.\n\nThe trick is to keep it simple, to declutter our lives and our minds so that we can listen clearly. Our inner guide is always talking, nudging, urging. And it knows exactly what is right for us. \n\n\n\nYou see, we are vibratory beings. | body | IT’S INTUITION MONDAY! On Mondays I focus on discussing the subject and practice of intuition. I share one quote that encourages us to use it more readily in our daily grind and I muse and talk about my own experiences with this vital life force. #intuitionmonday No.1 Pieter-Dirk Uys is a South African satirist, active as a performer, author, and social activist. He was born in September 1945 in Cape Town and is widely known as his alter ego, Tannie Evita Bezuidenhout. She is stalwart and has wittily lampooned statesmen and politicians during and since Apartheid days. “...there were plays that didn’t work and I still think about them 40 years later and it’s usually because I listened to advice, and I took shortcuts and that I did not follow my instinct. I now blindly follow my instinct, knowing I won’t understand it but it will always be right.” - Pieter-Dirk Uys (interview with Alec Hogg for The Rational Perspective on BIZ NEWS) Intuition is shunned by some as airy fairy fiction, yet to the majority of the most successful people on planet Earth it forms a critical element of their ability to make sound decisions. Throughout the ages there have been those significant characters who have shaped the human experience through their words and actions. Nearly all of these men and women (in Evita’s case both in one person), upon deeper inspection, credit intuition as a major and vital part of their success. intuition ɪntjʊˈɪʃ(ə)n/ noun 1. the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning. "we shall allow our intuition to guide us” Synonyms: hunch, feeling, feeling in one's bones, gut feeling, funny feeling, inkling, sneaking suspicion, suspicion, impression Through various times in my life I have danced with Intuition. Realising early on that it is a relationship and not a guaranteed state, I took effort to follow the guidance of my inner voice, observing keenly and without judgement what comes as result. It was always interesting how it worked out wonderfully, offering me guidance to know that which I could not have known. But still I doubted. My western trained mind felt that I was gambling somewhat, yet my earthly body resonated with the innate wisdom that it gave. Years went by with me yinging and yanging through life, sometimes ebbing and sometimes flowing, until I decided (quite intuitively) to get a dog, a female Siberian Husky. I took the job of being pack leader very seriously thanks to avid studying of the famous Mexican-American human-trainer, dog-rehabilitator, Cesar Milan. I began keeping an active lifestyle and led the way for my pack of two to new experiences. I had to stay fresh in my mind, and I quickly noticed that veering off into the future or the past caused Music (her name I instinctively chose) to get agitated. It was strange for her, foreign even, to feel my energy slip from the present moment into rehashing of memories of earlier, or imagining and planning future events. This realisation spurred me on to keep more present. And in so doing I entered a whole new phase of awareness and intuitive living. Two years on, the pack has grown. Momma Music had 6 puppies with a Siberian Husky cross Wolf as the father. I kept one, the most easy going girl, of the near exact same colour as mom, and named her Deuntjie. Music and Deuntjie teach me more about intuition than any guidance I could find in the world around me. Since dogs, and huskies in particular, are very instinctive animals, they have become my life coaches, offering me fun correction to my human erring. Intuition, it seems, is not something that is very commonly revered. Yet the majority of people who have been wildly succesful in their lives and careers credit intuition for their success. Steve Jobs said intuition is “more powerful than intellect”, Albert Einstein called the intuitive or metaphorical mind a sacred gift. An endless list of incredibly successful individuals, from Rene Descartes, Edgar Cayce, Deepak Chopra, to Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey, and Aristotle, name intuition as vitally important to a life well lived. So push aside your own doubt, and start to take your own inner guidance, the tuition within, more seriously. It is (like any relationship) something you nurture. And as you begin to recognise its soft but firm prodding, and trust and follow its lead, you will begin to see that it offers a great relief from the super-analytical overthinking mind that so often leads us on paths of defeat and disappointment. |

| body | Dead man started walking about two months ago. At age 62, he left his belongings, house, and walked away from the high end design company he ran together with the wife. You’ll have to ask him to tell the story (or read more here: https://southcoastherald.co.za/278579/watch-dead-man-walking-begins-wild-coast-journey/), safe to say he reached thát point where continueing with the life he had made no sense to him anymore. Dead to his old life, and taking with him only the clothes on his back, he set out down the east coast of South Africa. Frank Owen now goes by the name Dead Man. Since he felt dead to his old life, he embraced the unknown and set out with two new friends, adopted dogs he named Crooksey and Sid. He kept friends and family updated through his facebook profile, but also started a page called DEAD MAN WALKING SA. Through this platform he has been sharing snippets of interesting information, naturally occurring fruit he found to forrage, his attempts at subsistence fishing, his views on overfishing, joblessness and the plastic waste issue that plagues the region. He also shares his experiences of incredible hospitality and help offered by strangers. I first met Dead Man in Mpande village, South of Port St Johns. He introduced himself by saying he has been walking away from his old life, and he has no idea where he is going. He pointed to his ‘tent’, which is more like a miniature beach gazebo, with wind openings and an open front. Going into winter, its getting colder even in this subtropical region, especially as the further South he walks the further from the equatorial heat. But he is finding support from people and often sleeps indoors. Trusting that all will be provided, yet he admittedly has concern for the future. It’s starting to become more real, this change, and with each step he is turning the wheels of his life into something brand new. Dead Man is walking the story of so many, some have walked before him, some people have never taken the steps he has, but wishes daily they had the guts to leave the confines of their prescribed existence for something more real. https://youtu.be/K1lTDTj9LhQ He couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate area to walk his dead man walk. The Wild Coast stretches across the old homelands of South Africa, where many a person has run away from their old life, and historically numerous young men escaped being conscripted into the Apartheid military by settling into a new life in the hills with the Mpondo locals, a Xhosa speaking tribe that have never quite given up their stories to a colonial rule in the traditional sense. I myself came to live in this region in my search for a new and more harmonious system of society. The inherent pride of these locals is inspiring, waking before sunrise to make fire to wash and prepare to work in the fields or around the house, singing while they cook and prepare the land for planting or bringing in the harvest. They are the custodians of tribal land which even today is under a traditional leader system of allocation rather than purchase. While people are poor in terms of financial assets, the beauty of the land, and the community minded existence paints a stark contrast with the wealth driven capitalist ways of the rest of South Africa. In this terrain Dead Man walks on. Yesterday he left Mdumbi village, where I met up with him for a few days to share support and discuss possibilities for the future. He has ideas of driving and supporting recycling innitiatives, animal wellfare drives, and sustainable development of the region. But being Dead Man, he has embraced a lifestyle with the constant reminder that assumptions are futile, and the support of the community is vital. Look him up on Instagram (@frank.owen.911) and Facebook (@DeadManWalkingSA). He also has a Backabuddy campaign where you can offer support (https://www.backabuddy.co.za/deadman-walking-sa). |

| body | Getting stuck in Africa is a fool’s game. While you might fear the worst when car trouble or some other ‘crisis’ hits, the key is to avoid being the fool that doesn’t ask for help. Perhaps you have already traveled to South Africa, or another country on the continent. Perhaps you hired a vehicle, or you backpacked the less treaded path. Bless your socks if you journeyed by bicycle, you are what legends are made of! If you can count an African experience on your “Done that!” list, you can possibly relate to the concern that might come if you suddenly find yourself with car trouble, far from your networks and without cellphone signal. In times like these, one needs to apply the first rule in the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy: DON’T PANIC! The next thing to do is connect with someone, preferably (but not necessarily) a woman with children. This is what saved my skin recently when, halfway between Mthatha and Mdumbi village on very bumpy and lesser traveled road in the Eastern Cape my car finally came to a halt. I had just dropped some friends off at the Mthatha Airport and they had filled my car’s tank as a thank you for hosting them for a village experience near the Wild Coast. I was getting my groove on, getting revved up for letting my hair down at the MDUMBI GREEN FAIR, when the smell of petrol infused my brain with the realisation that something was not ok with my vehicle. I stopped, saw the trail of fuel tracking behind me, checked under the hood, and (admittedly thanks to my limited knowledge of vehicle engineering) I did not find the source of the rapid leak. It was shortly before sunset and a man, who was walking through the village, came to look under the bonnet with me. We both concluded that my best bet was to keep going, as fast as possible, in hopes of arriving before every last drop ran out. I made it through another few hills and communities, but withing half an hour it was becoming clear that I was losing the race. I came to a halt in a community called Ntibane. It was dark, and no-one was outside their homes. What saved me, was to connect with a close-by homestead. I had to convince, through an unanswered door, that it was safe to open up to this stranger with the voice of an ‘other’. Nomnikelo called for me as I was walking away. I turned back, introduced myself and my predicament, and a very concerned pair of individuals (with kiddies looking on) went about figuring out a way to access help. I shared a bed with this kind woman that night, and she was pure kindness. I learnt that she is mother of six children, having adopted her deceased sister’s kids into her household. Life here is hard, and those with something carry those with nothing. I caught a ride in the direction of the festival the next morning with the car that was transporting her son to a soccer (football) match in Lwandile, the village next to Mdumbi. I walked and hitched and arrived in perfect low tide to cross the river to where I was going. The story continued with incredible support from strangers and warm friends made along the way, and eventually, with the help of Bevan and my recovery team, we solved the problem and got the vehicle rolling strong again. It could have been different! When people land up in trouble, and don’t ask for help, they remain a target for the few Tsotsies (criminals) around. Think of me if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Connect with the locals and don’t remain a stranger. People will take care of you as long as they know they can trust you! |
