      "body": "A través  de los años el conflicto entre Bolivia,Chile y Perú el cual comenzó en la guerra del pacifico  ha venido siendo un tema relevante ya que gracias a eso Bolivia perdió su acceso al océano pacifico, lo cual no le a permitido desarrollarse comercialmente de forma plena ya que le prohíbe tener acuerdos bilaterales con otros países dependiendo para la exportación e importación de sus productos  de los puertos chilenos. \n\ntodo el conflicto armado en el cual el ganador fue Chile ocupándose del puerto de antofagasta de Bolivia Y la Zona de arica y tacna por parte de Perú comenzó por Bolivia romper el tratado de aumentar el impuesto a la empresa chilena de salitre lo cual genero lo que hoy se conoce como la guerra del pacifico estando Bolivia y Perú como aliados.\n\nhoy en día Bolivia sigue siendo un país sin conocer la salida al mar lleva conflicto políticos con Chile ; la hay en octubre del 2018 rechazo la demanda de Bolivia hacia Chile sobre una discusión de una salida al mar por lo que Bolivia busca una nueva alternativa a través de proyectos y acuerdos con otros países ejemplo con Perú el cual plantean el proyecto del tren Bioceánico.\n\n¿Ahora nos preguntamos llegara Bolivia a través de acuerdos y tratados con otros países  tener una salida libre al océano pacifico ?  \n\nMAPA EVOLUCIÓN DEL TERRITORIO BOLIVIANO ANTES Y DESPUÉS DEL CONFLICTO \n \n![mapa evolucion del territorio bolivariano editado.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdoEbsW8bKCBex1dLkDyUmRo9kD6vfe2TKaCAPGs92Kg9/mapa%20evolucion%20del%20territorio%20bolivariano%20editado.png)",
