In addition, the writers will also earn a little money if the post gets some votes from the follower of SteemitEducation community. This is what makes writers more passionate in producing their writings, in addition to provide the knowledge to the readers and he will also earn additional income. There are also some writers inconsistent in writing and postiing in their writing, because they only expect the rewards, rather than aiming to give the benefit for the public. In this SteemitEducation community, the writers are also required not to post the unuseful postis and plagiarism posts.\nIn my opinions, the relation between writing and steemiteducation community is a mutualism relationship, in which the SteemitEducation accounts as a place to earn a little money and also as a place to provide the knowledges about the education. In addition, the writer must accept the fact, if his post does not get the results as he expected, at least he must always be optimistic in providing the benefits to the people with various knowledge and information that he produced.\n       The conclusion is that writing does not aim to earn the money, but more than that, it is giving knowledge, information and also good experience to the readers. Sebagaimana hal nya seorang pedagang, apabila dia menjual dagangannya dengan sungguh-sungguh, niscaya dia akan memperoleh keuntungan yang besar.\nMaka dalam hal ini, pendidikan adalah bagian daripada usaha untuk memperoleh kesuksesan. Kerena realita dilapangan, orang yang berpendidikan memiliki peluang besar dalam meraih kesuksesan.\nA.\tPendidikan adalah kunci kesuksesan\nPendidikan memberi kita arah dan tujuan hidup, pendidikan mengubah pola pikir kita untuk lebih maju kedepan, pendidikan adalah membawa perubahan dalam bersikap atau bertindak, yang tentunya semua itu adalah kesuksesan hidup. Kesuksesan adalah kekayaan yang sebenarnya apabila kita memaknai dengan benar, karena kesuksesan itu bukan ukuran banyak atau tidak banyak nya uang, akan tetapi perubahan sikap adalah bagian daripada kesuksesan.\nB.\tPendidikan yang berkualitas memberi peluang pekerjaan yang lebih baik\nDalam kehidupan ini, kualitas adalah tolak ukur dalam memperoleh peluang yang lebih baik, sehingga pendidikan yang didasari dengan ketekunan dan belajar yang sungguh-sungguh akan menghasilkan kualitas yang baik. Kualitas yang baik adalah untuk menghasilakn produk yang baik, sehingga pendidikan menjadi jembatan untuk memperoleh keberhasilan dalam berkarir.\nC.\tPendidikan membuat kita berpikir mandiri dan percaya diri.\nSetelah kita memperoleh banyak kajian teori dalam lembaga pendidikan, maka datanglah saatnya dimana kita dituntut untuk menerapkan dalam kehidupan apa yang sudah kita dapatkan dalam pendidikan, disinilah kita akan berpikir kreatif dan mandiri dalam mengambil sikap serta dalam mengambi keputusan dalam satu permaslahan. Professionalism is defined as the ability to implement, develop, and   create science, technology, and art. Professional lecturers are lecturers who have special competences in their respective fields to carry out teaching, research, and community services. In addition, professional lecturers are also obliged to follow their professional ethics. The ethics include highintegrity, honesty, doing things right, and doing the right things. However, observations that have been done in recent months at an Islamic school reveal that the teacher professionalism in teaching and learning has been declining. It was because some of the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains have not shown any good improvement. Therefor the question of this research is \"How is the capability teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a professional teacher in MTsS Ulumudddin?. \"What are factors to support the ability of teachers to perform their duties and responsibilities as a professional teacher in MTsS Ulumuddin?. \"What are the constraints of teachers in performing their duties and responsibilities as a professional teacher in MTsS Ulumuddin?. \" And what are the solutions of teacher in carrying out the duties and responsibilities as a professional teacher in MTsS Ulumuddin?. This study used a descriptive qualitative research which employed the researcher himself as a key instrument in data collection. The researcher used several instruments during the data collection such as tape recorder, camera, stationery, student attendance lists, the administration of lecturers, and others which were considered necessary to provide information. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis technique used was interactive model analytical technique from Miles and Huberman which included three concurrent activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Techniques to ensure the validity of the data were credibility, member checking, triangulation, transferability, dependability, and conformability. The results of this study indicated that the teacher professionalism at MTsS Ulumuddin was not fully demonstrated well.
