      "body": "Let’s talk about our local Tech Problems\nMost of aspiring local programmers don’t seem to be aware of the opotunities awaiting them,they are caught somewhere in between playing it safe, just getting a degree and be okay, have a decent job and that’s it .\nAnd that realy doesn’t cut it in the business of programming , since the job itself requires a sense of curiosity,ambition and striving to be an artist in your right, ever-seeking emprovement in the products your develop , and futur proofing lines you write that will be your legacy projected in the futur.\nProgrammers regardless of their degrees and schools should get their hands dirty and code\nThere seems to be a miss-conception about coding being an inferior type of labour, which i can’t seem to understand .why would anyone let down a pure craft that garantees living . for a suit and tie job that is strongly coupled with a firm and a specific setting .Fortunetly we are starting to witness great incentives that endeavor to influence mentalities and celebrate the programmer such as DEVOXX.ma,MoroccanGameDevelopers….\nCommunity work is the key,to sustain the increasing expectations of the international market\nSome startups and service providers using the latest Javascript Trends such as REACT,MeteorJs… are doing such a great job luring clients all over the world and facing strong competitors , cutting the distances short through everyday proximity standup an synchronizing with other teams ,but the local environement unfortunetly cannot sustain the increasing expectations of international clients since we there is no system that produces talented and aware coders.\nwe cannot rely on very traditional system to produce the skills needed for the futur , thus we can only scratsh our own itche and work on a system, which is none other than more altruism towards the community, because if you keep being egoist and don’t give a S*** about your local evironment chances are you will face a dead end in the futur and your own business will suffer.\nTime for more initiatives\non behalf of my colleagues we are working on a new project that is named Casablanca.js, basically a meetup to talk,workshop , hack together and evangelize this amazing technology that surprinsingly gets very little attention down here .",
