Brew the vermicelli with hot water until soft and then drain. </p> <p>2. Heat oil in a frying pan, saute garlic until golden and fragrant. </p> <p>3. Enter the leek, shrimp and chili, stir until reddish. </p> <p>4. Set aside to the edge of the pan, add the eggs, stir quickly until small lumps </p> <p>5. If you're interested in making it, here's the recipe! </p> <p>Material : </p> <p>- 120 g glutinous rice flour </p> <p>- 30 g all-purpose flour </p> <p>- 10 g tapioca flour </p> <p>- 80 grams of sugar </p> <p>- 150 ml of water </p> <p>- 1/2 tsp chocolate paste </p> <p>- 1/2 tsp pandan paste </p> <p>- 1/2 tsp strawberry paste </p> <p>- 1 tablespoon of roasted glutinous rice flour </p> <p>️ </p> <p>How to Make Mochi Rolls: </p> <p>1. Heat the steamer and wrap the lid with a napkin. Mix all flour and sugar, mix well. </p> <p>2. Enter the water, stir with a whisk until well blended, no lumps. </p> <p>3. Pour into a 20x20 cm tin that has been previously greased with vegetable oil </p> <p>4. Steam over low-medium heat for 15 minutes. </p> <p>5. Once cooked, immediately remove and brush the surface with food paste. Each 1/3 of the dough is smeared with chocolate paste, pandan paste and strawberry side by side. </p> <p>6. Put margarine and powdered sugar in a bowl. Beat with a mixer until smooth. </p> <p>2. Enter the eggs one by one while beating until well blended. </p> <p>3. Well, we can make this one menu at home. For those of you who are interested in making it, here is an easy recipe. </p> <p>Material : </p> <p>- 500 grams of boneless top chicken thighs </p> <p>️ </p> <p>Soaker: </p> <p>- 250 ml soya sauce or shoyu </p> <p>- 2 tablespoons finely grated red apple </p> <p>- 1 tablespoon finely chopped or grated onion </p> <p>- 2 cloves of grated garlic </p> <p>- 1 tsp pepper powder. </p> <p>️ </p> <p>Coating: </p> <p>- 200 g seasoning flour </p> <p>- 500 ml ice water </p> <p>️ </p> <p>How to Make Chicken Karaage: </p> <p>1. Wash clean then drain and cut into 2 or 3 parts. </p> <p>2. Soaking: Stir all ingredients together. </p> <p>3. Put the chicken pieces into the marinade. </p> <p>4. Put in a covered container and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The longer it is stored, the more the flavors will absorb. </p> <p>5. Dip each piece of seasoned chicken in ice water and then roll in seasoned flour. </p> <p>6. Press or massage so that all parts of the chicken are evenly coated with flour. </p> <p>7. Heat plenty of oil in a deep saucepan or skillet over medium heat. </p> <p>8. Fry the karaage until all parts are golden yellow and dry. Lift and drain. </p> <p>9. Karaage is ready to be served warm with mayonnaise or tomato sauce.</p> </html> |
