Nethertheless, it is also a "family celebration", in which we have to express our love to the fellow man.

It is traditionally characterised by tinsel-decorated trees, mince pies, present-giving and a turkey dinner. Families come together to eat, drink, be merry and argue over xmas TV, whereas children look forward to a visit from Santa Claus and his sack of presents. The middle of winter has long been a time of celebration around the world. Centuries before the arrival of the man called Jesus, early Europeans celebrated light and birth in the darkest days of winter. Nethertheless, it is also a \"family celebration\", in which we have to express our love to the fellow man.
\n
It is traditionally characterised by tinsel-decorated trees, mince pies, present-giving and a turkey dinner. Families come together to eat, drink, be merry and argue over xmas TV, whereas children look forward to a visit from Santa Claus and his sack of presents. The middle of winter has long been a time of celebration around the world. Centuries before the arrival of the man called Jesus, early Europeans celebrated light and birth in the darkest days of winter. Many peoples rejoiced during the winter solstice, when the worst of the winter was behind them and they could look forward to longer days and extended hours of sunlight.
\n
Also around this time, English author Charles Dickens created the classic holiday tale, A Christmas Carol. The story’s message-the importance of charity & good will towards all humankind-struck a powerful chord in the United States and England and showed members of Victorian society the benefits of celebrating the holiday.
\n
WHAT ABOUT DECEMBER 25TH ?
\n
The Bible does not give the date of Jesus’ birth, nor does it say that we should celebrate his birthday. Church leaders likely chose this date to coincide with pagan festivals held on or around the winter solstice.
\n
WHAT ABOUT CHRISTMAS TREE ?
\n
A Christmas tree is a decorated tree, usually an evergreen conifer such as spruce, pine, or fir or an artificial tree of similar appearance . The tree was traditionally decorated with \"roses made of colored paper, apples, wafers, tinsel, [and] sweetmeats\". In the 18th century, it began to be illuminated by candles which were ultimately replaced byChristmas lights after the advent of electrification.
\n
It is made of simple draws you can find out easily in web.
\n

\n
ABOUT US...
\n
One of the most important things in the world is family and love !
