Among all the steel produced for various purposes, the low carbon steel group is produced with the greatest quality and  covers a great diversity of shapes for engineering purpose. Low carbon steel can not be processed by heat treatment to form martensite phase. The process of strengthening by cold treatment process (cold working), the microstructure consists of ferrite and perlite phases.\n\nThis steel alloy is relatively soft and weak, but has best ductility and toughness. furthermore, this steel can be machineable, weldeable, and compared with all other types of steel, low carbon steel is the least expensive to produce.\nThis low carbon steel commonly used to Panels Automobiles, Nails, wires, Pipe, and Structures (bridges and buildings).\n\n## 2. Medium Carbon Steel\n***\nMedium carbon steel has a carbon concentration between 0.25 - 0.6% wt. These steel alloys can heat treatment process by austenitizing, quenching, and then tempering in order to improve mechanical properties. The strength of hot-welded alloy steel is stronger than that of low carbon steel, but its ductility and toughness decreases. These alloys also have a combination of strength, wear resistance, and excellent toughness.\n\nThis steel has application in crankshaft, bolt, chisel, hammer, knife, hacksaw, spring, hand tools, bushings, pipes, shaft, piston gears, and other purpose for more mechanical properties (yield and tensile stregth) in uses.\n\n## 3. Ikatan Ahli Perencanaan (IAP) Indonesia telah melakukan sebuah survei terhadap permasalahan ini dan menyusunnya dengan baik berdasarkan data yang ada.\n\nSurvei yang dilakukan didata melalui 100 sampai 200 penduduk yang menetap di kota tersebut. Survei ini memiliki Margin of error survei ini sebesar 95% dan menggunakan metode kuisioner skala likert. Kota manakah yang dinyatakan layak huni menurut hasil survei ini ? Simak ulasan sederhananya berikut ini.\n\n## Kota Layak Huni\n***\n\nSurvei kelayakan hunian sebuah kota dilakukan dua hingga tiga tahun sekali.\nSurvei kali ini dilakukan pada tahun 2017 dan didasarkan pada aspek ketercukupan pangan, fasilitas dan pelayanan untuk beribadah. Selain itu juga, pengelolaan air bersih merupakan salah satu aspek yang menjafi pertimbangan dalam survei ini.\n\nBerdasarkan data kota layak huni, pada tahun 2017 index kota layak huni Solo mencapai 66,9 persen. Palembang (66,6 persen), Balikpapan (65,8), Denpasar (65,5 persen), Semarang (65,4 persen), Tangerang Selatan (65,4 persen) dan Banjarmasin (65,1 persen).\n\n## Lalu, Bagaimana Dengan Kota Lainnya ?\n***\n\nSelain kota yang telah disebutkan sebagai kota layak huni, ada beberapa kota lainnya yang dikategorikan kedalam kota tidak layak huni. Namun bagi orang yang memang asli kota Banda Aceh pasti akan nemiliki pendapat yang berbeda mengenai hasil survei ini.\n\nBanda Aceh merupakan kota yang terletak di Provinsi paling barat Indonesia dan merupakan ibu kota dari Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam yang memiliki aturan ketat perihal syari'at islam.\n\nBerdasarkan data yang dihimpun dari www.bandaacehkota.go.id, Banda Aceh memiliki polemik dengan ketersediaan air bersih yang menjadi dasar kebutuhan hidup masyarakat. Tidak semua daerah di Kota ini teraliri air bersih secara merata. Hal ini sering dirasakan oleh warga yang menempati kota Banda Aceh ini.\n\n<center>![P_20180408_124559.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmUyhx21tsgVv82oqwPKxScjNE1MpSCppnEE3YYaTkW1RV/P_20180408_124559.jpg)\nSampah yang berserakan disalah satu fasilitas publik yang berada di Kota Banda Aceh. </center>\n\nPermasalahan sampah juga menjadi polemik yang menjadi di kota ini.  Banyak faktor yang menimbulkan hal ini. Masyarakat masih suka buang sampah sembarangan serta kebijakan pembatasan sampah anorganik yang sempat digadang oleh pemerintah kota tidak berjalan mulus. Armada angkutan sampah yang dimiliki pemkot Banda Aceh yang terbatas dan tenaga kerja pengelolaan sampah yang sedikit juga menambah polemik yang ada.\n\nBelum cukup sampai di situ, lokasi pembuangan akhir sampah juga mulai menyempit. Alhasil, banyak warga Banda Aceh menumpuk sampahnya sepanjang pinggiran jalan. Hal ini menyebabkan sampah berserakan dan menumpuk di sistem drainase yang menimbulkan ketidak lancaran sistem pembuangan limbah.\n\nBanyak masih polemik yang dimiliki oleh Kota terbesar dan kebanggaan rakyat aceh ini. Sebagai masyarakat yang beradab, mari kita bahu membahu dalam menciptakan lingkungan dan keadaan kondusif bagi kota ino.
