Las personas con este tipo de diabetes tal vez necesiten tomar pastillas o insulina para ayudar a controlar la diabetes.       "body": "![P170719_15.26.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcPidMudKKyCwh2G2nzCT5nuvXf2XT6gkRytS5nXsBNiu/P170719_15.26.jpg)\n\n<div class\"text-justify\">\nEsta es una variación de las conservas de leche tradicional,  tomando en cuenta los métodos de fabricación rudimentaria usada por nativos del Estado Falcón en  Venezuela, se me ocurrió la idea al no tener moldes tradicionales, usé los de silicón, y me salieron perfectas para degustarla como bombones ó para envasar  y colocarla al mercado.\nLa leche utilizada es extraida de vacas ordeñadas en horas de la madrugada, luego es hervida para su debida conservación y luego proceder a la elaboración de la conserva</div>\n\n\n# Ingredientes: \n>* 3 lts. de leche, previamente hervida\n>* 1,5 kgr. de azúcar\n>* 1 cuch. de vainilla\n>* 1 cdta. de bicarbonato se sodio.\n\n\n![P130619_17.57[1].jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQrTFxYymrW7h1X9crCxMcKzxs8JG6ks7vW42ChCTiwpH/P130619_17.57[1].jpg)\n# Moldes:\n\n![P130619_18.18-1[1].jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdKQGtEt8PJke3krA5PijicSqhszawB6z9EYKZRyzZUoH/P130619_18.18-1[1].jpg)</div>\n\n\n\n\n# Preparación:\n><div class\"text-justify\">\nSe vierte en la olla la leche, azúcar, el bicarbonato y la vainilla, luego se cocina a fuego moderado, revolviendo constantemente con una cuchara o paleta hasta observar que la mezcla se adhiera a la ella y se despegue de la olla, al  tener esa caracteristica se retira del fuego y se continúa revolviendo hasta ver que la conserva este opaca, alli se procede  llenar los moldes de silicón y colocarlos al aire aproximadamente 20 minutos para desmoldarlas.</div>\n\n \n# Tips:\n>* Usar  olla de espesor grueso y de gran capacidad \n>* La cuchara o paleta de madera\n>* Usar moldes tradicional o de silicón\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n...
