| body | > “When your smile can cure a heart Selfish it is to keep it like a mart” “I came back. Everything looked fine and that sort of creeps me out still. What I had just experienced was not normal by any standard. I really felt like I just came out from some sort of portal. Though in some sense, it makes a lot of sense, my senses couldn’t quite make sense of any of the real world after that, and that just felt like a load of nonsense by itself.” “Apparently for some reason I was still walking back from school. Yes I know, I just said I was in some mind bending otherworldly fantasy a minute ago, so did I. I do remember what I said and I do stand by it.” “Anyway I checked my watch and realized, I am quite early, but that is impossible. I am not supposed to be here for at least an hour. Or maybe, what am I thinking, my watch broke. Occam’s razor, simplest explanation is almost always the right one. This was my favorite watch though.” “I almost reached home. As always, the yards, the roads, every inch is soaked in yellow and blooming like sun, courtesy of laburnums that grow on either side of the house. If I remember correctly, no one should be home. They are all supposed to be at some relative’s house. I went to, where my parents supposedly ‘hide’ the key and walked royally into the house. But before I unlocked the door, I noticed newspaper lying on the floor, but I did take today’s newspaper in the morning, didn’t I. Did they go for another round or something, maybe, newspaper boys these days. I bent down and took the newspaper unlocked the door and once again marched royally into the hall, or may I say royal hallway, threw my royal baggage aside, set myself on the throne, royal servant, the fan, came to my service too, for relaxation.” “I didn’t see her today too”, I thought, “Tomorrow is Friday, so one more chance this week.” “As usual I turned on the TV.” “Wait, that’s not right. Today is Thursday, this is Friday’s programme.” “All these third rate channels, they don’t have any respect for timing or its viewers, they just randomly telecast whatever they want, whenever they want. I mean, what the hell. My frustration as always casted a spell on the remote, fairly obvious right?” “I decided to raid the refrigerator to have something. As soon as I opened it, seven hells broke loose. The smell, felt like a holocaust. Did I skip a day or what? Disgustingly I chuckled.” “Frustration, desperation and now disappointment, recipe for catastrophe. Came back, stretched my legs, lied down on the couch, took the newspaper and it said ‘Friday’.” |

| body | > *“Strangers with shared memories, that’s the saddest end”* “You and I have never met. There might have been days, we passed by the street like a complete strangers, or had a quick glance across the street and disappeared in the mob, but we never met. Without ever realising the existence of one another in some other corner of the universe, we live our days. Without ever questioning what might have been, we go forward and make different choices.” “The choices that define us in the past, present and future. The choices that separate farther or bring closer from being the strangers of the universe. We might be having the same life, taking same choices, having same kind of people around, having same seasons of emotions, hurdling towards the same eventual death, yet we never meet, just like our own reflections in a mirror, we live a parallel life.” “You and I, though there exist these moments of tangency sprinkled throughout our entire life, are different, distinct, unique. While I being the emotional, intellectual and angrier counterpart, you could be anyone, a shy introvert to a hyperactive loudmouth, I can never tell, for we are the strangers of the universe.” “We live as the heroes of our own story not realising being an extra in each other’s story. We long to feel intense again like we felt once, someday, sometime, somewhere. We suffer, cry, laugh, win, lose, sympathise leading the hero’s journey, while the other half imprints the same story on the rear side of the celluloid.” “We see through the same eyes, but we see two different things. We hear the same things, but we absorb different meanings. We feel the same touch but we feel different sensations.” “Our paths never cross. You and I, we are the same. I am you and you are me, yet we are the strangers of the universe”. |

| body | > *“You fly when you fall, You die when you hit, So is love”* “Last thing I remember was running, and I was still running. I could feel the wind rushing, the trembling in my hands, thighs, cheek bones, heart through the core of my spine.” “Something was chasing me, that’s for sure. I had seen that place somewhere but I couldn’t quite recall where I was exactly. I wasn’t tired either, gravity seemed to be not at all bothered by my presence. I could hear growling, numbing noises from behind, a creature of some sort, it must be.” “Although I was not at all sure what on earth was going on, something was familiar about that place, the feeling, the experience. Felt like I had experienced the same, over a thousand times. It wasn’t a hallucination, a dream or one of my fantasy lands. It was real.” “I actually felt pain hitting some branches, stepping on sharp rocks and what not, along the way. Speaking of stepping on sharp rocks, I noticed my feet, exposed.” “If it was just part of my programming or did I hear a voice, I still can’t tell, but I stopped. Not so far away, I could see a rusty cage. It was getting foggier every moment. As I reached closer and closer to the cage, a familiar face emerged through the fog, my mother.” “I was awestruck, so was she.” “She was muttering something, and for some reason, I couldn’t even understand what language it was. She was holding my sister, or so I thought then. I could read from the gestures, my mother, she was telling something along the lines saving my sister and escaping from that place. That’s my little sister I saw right there, so sure I was. But so was I sure about the fact that I never had a sister.” “All of a sudden the growling noises I heard while back, back at it once again, this time moving closer and closer to me. And the fog started to clear up too as the sound grew closer and louder. I soon realised that I am standing on top of a cliff, the end of line. As soon as I caught that red-giant like glare jumping on to me, with a scowling noise, and no second thoughts, I jumped.” “I jumped off the cliff. Before I could do anything I was falling”, He said. |

You and I, we are the same. | body | > *“You fly when you fall, You die when you hit, So is love”* “Last thing I remember was running, and I was still running. |
