While our continued focus has been on iOS and marketplace development, it has had to be at a much slower pace because of consideration having to be given to the out of pocket development costs for those to be added to our core development team to assist with these processes. In addition, as it was mentioned in our last update, many team members are also busy attending to personal obligations and real life responsibilities at this time.\n\n<h4>CoinExchange Delisting</h4>\nRSTR will be delisted from CoinExchange on 06/17/2019 at our request. \n \nOur reason for delisting from CE was because we did not appreciate their abrupt decisions to satisfy their own self interest without any discussion or consideration for the impact their decision would have on our community and project.\n \nHad we continued to stay listed with CE, it could have very well been a possibility that one day we’d be notified by the community that there was a RSTR/DOGE pairing without consent should volume or value fall below some parameter set by CE.\n \nPrior to the decision by CE to open ETH market, our intent was to stay paired with only BTC until we felt it was the right time for us to be listed with other trading pairs.\n \nAll users are asked to withdraw their coins from CE as soon as possible. Users are advised to transfer their coins to their RSTR wallet, but if there are those that still wish to take risk you can transfer your coins to BleuTrade.\nCoinExchange will disable RSTR activity on 05/15/2019, so please act accordingly.\n\n<h4>Zerocoin Exploit</h4>\nWe have been aware of the Zerocoin vulnerability and have not went further into Zerocoin protocol (zRST) activation as we had planned to due to the issues surrounding this flaw. Unfortunately, the issue has also caused us to re-evaluate our privacy position and force us to explore our options going forward with the focus on marketplace implementation. This was obviously not something we had planned on dealing with, but we must adapt to the situation and continue moving forward.\n\n<h4>Website Update v2.0</h4>\nWe are currently underway on our website revision to v2.0. We are slowly piecing together the update as we work with Core developer availability.\n\n<h4>RSTR Market</h4>\nWe are currently in the pre-development of our RSTR market with work being done on early conceptuals and wireframing with focus on an end product that will allow users to actively buy and sell their goods and services. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will our market. We are taking the necessary steps while continuing to keep sight of our goal of having a interactive form of our RSTR market by the end of the year.\n\n<h4>IG WPE Ambassador Program and Sponsorships</h4>\nGiven that we are trying to overcome some downtrend in our market position and wanting to focus on regaining our exchange positions first, we will be pushing back our ambassador and sponsorship programs. We will focus more on these programs, as well as marketing, when the RSTR project has been able to stabilize market position and the vision of RSTR market is closer to being shared.\n\n<h4>Team Expansion</h4>\nWe are still looking to add volunteer contributors from the community who wish to lend a hand. It’s amazing how quickly three months have come and went. When we look back, we can see that we have accomplished many things and are proud of what we’ve been able to do this last quarter. I know many of you would like to see much stronger market action or bigger leaps, but remember that we’re in a marathon and not a sprint. Our goal is organic growth, not growth by hype and shill. When compared to many other projects in the market, we truly feel that Ondori RSTR is one of the more underappreciated projects that are out right now. Having accomplished as much as we’ve done thus far, with much more to come, it’s remarkable that RSTR is sub-satoshi at this moment.\n\nThis last month we knocked out the remaining items we had listed as our goals for Q1 and completed what we set out to do. Let’s have a quick recap of March.\n\n<h4>Android RSTR Mobile Wallet</h4>\nThe Android RSTR mobile wallet was released in March with success after much anticipation. With an easy to use UI that is pleasing to look at, the mobile wallet allows you to easily share RSTR with those around you. We will continue to build off our mobile platform as we move forward. The iOS RSTR mobile wallet will be an updated version of our Android. We urge those of you that have the ability to download the wallet to please use this as an opportunity to share our project with others. Your participation is important to our growth.\n\n<h4>Ondori RSTR Lightpaper</h4>\nThe Ondori RSTR Lightpaper was released to make it more convenient for anyone to find out information about our project with a quick look. Not only this, but you can easily print and share the RSTR Lightpaper with others. Mass adoption will not happen on its own, so please be sure to take this opportunity to be proactive and share our Ondori RSTR Lightpaper.\n\nIf you haven’t already, please be sure to take a moment and read: https://www.rstr.io/files/rstr-lightpaper-v1.0.pdf\n\n<h4>StakeCube</h4>\nWe partnered with StakeCube in early March so that we could give our community an opportunity to not have to try and stake alone. Earning stakes by yourself can be very time consuming and isn’t that energy efficient, and depending on how much you hold, you may not receive rewards as often as you’d hope. Our partnership with StakeCube now allows you the opportunity to pool your RST with others so that reward times can be cut short. Working with others to stake can earn you higher rewards than staking by yourself. Regardless if you hold a lot or a small amount of RST, you will still get rewards from the pos-algorithm.\n\nIn addition, StakeCube offers an airdrop reward program where you get coins without actually having shares or instruments in the coin they are airdropping. It's a good opportunity for us as a project to be able to have more exposure to others that may not have been interested or known about us before. Part of the assets were retrieved back, and we will do our best to retrieve back the rest of stolen assets. Several Judicial administrations were informed about this cyber crime case including Estonia, Thailand, Singapore, HongKong etc. and we’re assisting policemen to do investigation. All platform services will be closed and the accurate assets loss recovery situation will be announced in a week. It will slow down, so do not be surprised.\n\nFor more than a year the team has been working 24/7 to ensure that we do everything we can for Ondori RSTR. A lot of personal time and money has been invested. That said, with the summer approaching, we will be taking advantage of this period to attend to personal matters and obligations that took a back seat to make Ondori priority above everything else. We will still continue to produce with the time available and work to continue to expand on our team moving forward, but this is an “FYI” (heads up) for the community that we did want to ensure was communicated with you all.\n\nAs we move forward, it’s very important to keep in mind that we as a project cannot do this alone. More often than not there appears to be this mentality that the project is solely responsible for the success of all its investors, but that is completely mistaken and foolish to think. We are not some 'Fortune 500' company with millions of dollars set aside in funding. Success comes down to community support. You can look at many \"successful\" projects and you will see that their success was due to a pro-active and supportive community base. In many of these cases, the project didn't even have anything physical to offer their investors.\n\nWe have made many attempts at obtaining market interest with increased volume and making progress with initial success in increasing our value, but then sadly, some of our investors decide to set up walls or sell out weak in order to take small profits. This completely stalls the momentum we had just worked hard for and kills the investor confidence because of the sell-off.\n\nWhile we wish that there was more market appreciation for what we have done and what we plan to do going forward, we must stay focused on our course and keep doing what we can to move forward while achieving our goals along the way. I know many don’t like the concept of patience, but it’s what we all need to have right now. Remember, this is a marathon and not a sprint.\n\nMoving forward into Q2, here are some of the goals that we would like to accomplish. As always, these plans are subject to change.\n\n<h4>iOS RSTR Mobile Wallet Pre-development</h4>\nWe know that after our successful Android release, many have been wondering when the iOS version will be released. Currently, we are in the process of planning out the iOS app. The Apple App Store is not as easy of upload as the Google Play Store, and while we are ensuring that we meet requirements laid forth by Apple, we also want to take the time to make improvements to the UI.\n\n<h4>Website v2.0</h4>\nWe plan to move forward with our website update in Q2. While a website update is not a priority, it’s something that we want to ensure we do in order to start the initial set up for our RSTR market integration.\n\n<h4>RSTR Market</h4>\nRSTR market is coming! Currently, in pre-development, we are putting together the plans necessary to create a usable portal for users. It’s our hope that by the end of the year users will be able to be interactive with a form of our RSTR market.\n\n<h4>Exchanges</h4>\nWe all are aware of recent issues we've seen with exchanges getting hacked or exchanges pushing projects around. We will be taking a moment to ensure we evaluate our exchange positions this next quarter to determine what we plan to do going forward in our exchange partnerships.\n\n<h4>Marketing</h4>\nWe will continue with our marketing efforts this quarter with some more giveaways and other promo ideas we’ve had. Our Twitter #FreebieFriday promotion was fun, but it appears we need a bit more community participation to help make it better. We did not get the shares and retweets that we really could have had to help share the promo. We found it better to make it every so often, over weekly, as we saw that the engagement we were getting were more from the bounty and giveaway hunters, rather than just normal Twitter users. We will be trying different approaches to help implement our #MarketMonday, #FreebieFriday, and other promos.\n\n<h4>Partnerships </h4>\nWe will continue to roll our partnership efforts into this quarter. We have reached out and been in conversations with some new interests and we are excited about the possibilities. We look forward to being able to announce more partnerships as soon as we can.\n\n<h4>Team Expansion</h4>\nWe are still looking to add volunteer contributors from the community who wish to lend a hand. If you are interested in helping, we are currently open to those who have been in our community for some time for an admin/mod role. We are also looking for any members with graphic design experience that would like to contribute as well. BTC had a momentary surge only to quickly fall, beginning a period of sideways action which continues. As a project, our continued efforts were to stay focused on moving forward and achieving goals that have been set along the way while staying patient and allowing the market to dictate itself.\n\nLet's take a moment to recap some things that happened in February.\n\n<h4>Raspberry Pi Guide</h4>\nWe released our Raspberry Pi Guide for those of you interested in staking on a Raspberry Pi to earn free RST. While it may not be something we expect to see many take advantage of, staking on a Raspberry Pi can give you additional benefits of better stability and slightly lower power consumption while you keep your RSTR wallet staking. We gave out 1,025,000 RST in prizes in the month of February and made many people happy to have had a chance to win free RST while receiving​ a lot of support from our community.\n\n<h4>Pecunia Platform</h4>\nWhile we didn't add another partner in February, we were able to have Pecunia Platform (recently partnered with for their masternode hosting services) update their pricing for us. You can now purchase their monthly plan for $0.99/mo or opt for their 6-month plan for $0.91/mo. \n\nAs always, please do your own research and establish if this provider is right for you. Investing is always at your own risk and it's recommended that you only invest what you can afford to lose.\n\nIf you are interested in learning more about Pecunia Platform and their masternode hosting service, please visit the following links:\n\nWebsite: https://pecuniaplatform.io\n\nDiscord:  https://discord.gg/YAabbt5\n\n<h4>DragonEx</h4>\nMany have been waiting to hear if we would be pairing with RSTR/ETH on DragonEx, and after much discussion with their exchange, DragonEx has chosen not to list RSTR/ETH pair. It is their decision to only keep our RSTR/BTC pair open at this time. Our initial request to list RSTR/USDT at 4 decimals, only to move from USDT to BTC, did cause some user concerns at the exchange. Now our request to open RSTR/ETH pair is something that they feel is not in the best interest for our project within their exchange or for their DragonEx users that bought in at USDT and BTC initially.\n\nIn addition, DragonEx has also decided that for now, RSTR deposits will be unavailable until we are better situated with our recent move to RSTR/ETH pair on CoinExchange and can have a more stable market value, preferably back at above 1 satoshi.\n\n<h4>BleuTrade</h4>\nWhile we have been in discussion with DragonEx, we have also been working with BleuTrade to resolve the wallet maintenance issue on their old site and discuss the possibility of RSTR/ETH pairing to be opened. We have been working with the BleuTrade devs and have resolved the wallet maintenance situation successfully on the old BleuTrade platform. We are currently still in talks and we are waiting to hear back about when the RSTR/ETH pairing can go live. The ETH pair was already paid for and taken care of when we partnered with BleuTrade in the beginning, so we are just awaiting the approval of RSTR/ETH pairing on their part.\n\nBecause we are still working to resolve issues with our exchanges and Ondori RSTR is still working to find stability in market value, our need to add another exchange is not a priority at this time and we will move the possibility of entertaining the 4th exchange into Q2 of our Roadmap.\n\n\n<h2>Q1 Development Progress</h2>\nWe are now into the final part of Q1 and trying our best to accomplish the goals we've set within our Roadmap before the quarter ends. We've made some necessary adjustments, but we are still ensuring that we are doing what we can to continue building towards a usable and sustainable product that people can use and be excited about. \n\n<h4>Android RSTR Mobile Wallet</h4>\nThere has been a lot of anticipation and excitement for our Android RSTR Mobile wallet release. We'd like to tell you that it is our hope that we will be able to release the RSTR mobile wallet this Friday on the Google Play Store. We are just working out a few matters, but the wallet has already been thru testing and passed. As we mentioned in previous updates, the mobile wallet will not have the ability to stake at this time, but you will now be able to easily send and receive RST on the go and have a much easier time sharing with friends and family introducing them to cryptocurrency and the Ondori RSTR project.\n\n<h4>Lite Paper</h4>\nWith the release of the Ondori RSTR Whitepaper v2.0 done, our focus is now on putting together our Lite Paper so that the important points of our project can be shared quickly and easily with anyone. We should have the RSTR Lite Paper available soon.\n\n<h4>Website v2.0</h4>\nIt's been our goal to try and have the Ondori RSTR website revised by the end of Q1. We had a plan to move forward with a new web developer, but due to some personal issues they've been having, we’ve had to move on from our selection and again look to discuss with a couple of others that we had initially spoken with to discuss our plans and reach an agreement to add them to our Core team. While a website update is not a priority, it's something that we want to begin in order to start the initial set up for our RSTR market integration.       "body": "<img src=\"https://i.imgur.com/QqTNimX.png\">\n\n<h2>Why the Move from zPOS</h2>\nIn our last update, we had mentioned that we have decided to move away from implementing zPOS - <I>please note that this is not to be confused with zRST as we still plan to have this feature activated</I>. We thought that the explanation, while short, was pretty straight forward. There have been a couple of questions regarding the decision, so we will take a moment to briefly cover it once more for those that did not quite understand why or would like to have a little more context. \n\n<blockquote>Can you be more transparent about zPoS canceling? (I) didnt really understand why? </blockquote>\n\nWhen we developed Ondori it was our goal to build a solid foundation for our community by utilizing the PIVX code as the base for Ondori. Our first goal was to offer the community, that had been abandoned and scammed, a new coin that could be swapped to something that could have actual value and purpose. This would allow the community and future investors a coin that could earn rewards and be traded while we continued to work towards building a viable product for the future. \n\nLike much of the mentality of the crypto space, many haven’t seemed to understand that progress takes time. Many can’t seem to take into considerations other factors on why progress realistically isn’t going to be always constant in news or hype. We had just spent a lot of personal and funding resources to deliver Ondori, the swap, a listing on MNO and 3 exchanges (within the span of about 6 weeks). \n\nThere are many things as a project you deal with where you need to make decisions on the best ideas going forward. The last couple of months we dealt behind the scenes with DragonEx, investors becoming impatient, and the market falling, so we felt it best to pull back on how much we were giving.  \n\nAs we explained in our last post, we evaluated the situation and felt that it would be better to adjust our plans accordingly and start 2019 off fresh. It’s just not smart business to continue to exhaust resources both personally and financially when all you are doing is fighting a bearish market and impatient people. \n\nDuring this time we continued to work on updating the RSTR source code to implement zPOS, but as we went further into updating the code, we realized the direction the code was going. At the end of the day, we are not here to give you PIVX, there is already one. \n\nIt was decided that rather than continue to move thru the entangled code and continue the work on integrating the PIVX feature, that instead we should focus on our own feature which is Proof of Transaction. Eliminating zPOS would also simplify our rewards structure just to PoS and MN, and with the addition of PoT it allows us a better flow into our possible use case as we move into the future. \n\nOur current focus going into 2019 is evaluating and developing our MPV. Going forward, we need to determine the market need, and the only way to really build a product is by testing the market and finding out at the basic levels what will work and lead to the directions of future development. Many times a project will make a claim on what they plan to do, but you really have to find the market and adapt to the need that your project can fill. \n\n<blockquote>A minimum viable product (MVP) is a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers, and to provide feedback for future product development.</blockquote>\n\nWe have an idea of where we’d like to go, with our focus on peer-to-peer payments for the costs of goods and services, via contactless payment systems, but we have to start somewhere to get there. The implementation of Proof of Transaction (PoT) or “cash back rewards” is our first step. As we start to regain momentum in January and begin team expansion, we will also work to delve deeper into further details on the next best steps to take to ensure Ondori is successful and growing in value. \n\nGoing forward into 2019 our focus is on how we grow Ondori into it’s own, and the less we have to work thru to get there, the better. 🐓",

It usually includes many winding turns that take time, commitment, and patience to endure. While we know it's been quiet, we've been watching and waiting patiently. The market has not helped to give investors confidence during these tough times and many are looking to sell, while others are looking to buy really cheap. Rather than react to a situation by making decisions on the fly or based on emotion, sometimes it's better to wait and adjust accordingly, altering plans in order to combat the situation much more effectively. Our road is not short by any means and if you look at any successful project, their road to success has been long.\n\n<h2>Bearish Times</h2>\nWhat a crazy ride 2018 has been. For many of us, simply not looking at the portfolio is the best thing to do right now. The anguish hurts everyone from the investors to those running the projects. Recently, it's been a torturous road for many in the cryptocurrency market. It’s been easy to watch projects lose value due to sell off, where holders are just trying to take what they can. Then on the flip side, you have others that are buying up those deals. This combination is what drives the value of the coin/token to new lows.\n\nWe have also watched some projects get heavily hyped and manipulated by good shillers in order drive up the value, only to watch these profits taken at the expense of those they've gotten to buy into the \"hot\" project that they were selling everyone. They utilize these new buyers to cash out and make money for themselves. The aftermath of their work can be seen in the charts, after they've pumped the hyped project to new highs and then dumped it back down to where it sat prior to it all. Projects are not safe in these bearish times.\n\nWhile Ondori has not had the greatest volume recently, we also are not in a position like many other projects where they have bled out. We know that these have been uncertain times and we’d like to say a big thank you to all of those still holding their RSTR and supporting Ondori. Your support and understanding is very much appreciated. It’s this solid investor base that will make Ondori great in the times to come and will be the foundation for our success.\n\n<h2>Strategies and Business Sense</h2>\nWhile the current market might have affected our volume, it has not affected our value. Standing by our BTC pairing protects the Ondori value and the investments of those who believe in our project and have planned to hold for the longer term. Some have still asked the question why we don’t open up other pairings in order to create more volume. Simply put, we will not fall victim to any sell off at sub satoshi prices in exchange for more volume during this time. We also will not allow for any type of manipulation either by those looking for pump type trading or those looking to hurt our project by buying large quantities in an attempt do harm later down the road.\n\nLike a business, we must also adjust with market conditions. We never began this project with an ICO or any type of OTC sale. Ondori has always been self funded and project expenses have been paid out of pocket, which still has not yet been reimbursed. Many seem to forget, or ignore, the fact that we do not get paid for the services that we provide and while we may have a budget set aside to help with the project growth, we had preferred not to put that on a brand new market and now will not do so on a market that is struggling.\n\nThere are some factors the community must consider such as, but not limited to:\n\n<ul>\n<li>BTC Market Outlook</li>\n<li>Project Outlook Based on BTC</li>\n<li>Daily Obligations Outside Project</li>\n<li>Personal Funding</li>\n<li>Common Sense</li>\n</ul>\n\nCrypto (in general) is not a source of income for the project team, nor is it a full time job that provides a daily source of income. From our core team to the teams on our social media channels, we all have our daily commitments like anyone else and all the contributions to this project have solely been on a volunteer basis. Personal hours have been sacrificed in order to contribute to the growth of the Ondori ecosystem. It seems the expectation by some appear to be that things should happen simply overnight or that project development should be right away. Some need to wake up and be realistic that this is not some game, and if you're looking for one, go elsewhere to find it. Proper development takes time and not only in a technical sense. There are many working pieces that all have to work cohesively.\n\nTiming has always been a very important factor, especially when you consider what's been going on over the last couple of months. It’s most effective for our project that our progress matches a positive Bitcoin market. Given the recent market conditions, it was apparent that an adjustment was needed within our development plans. While there may be some positive movement with Bitcoin at this current moment, it's our opinion that we are far from being done from what we've seen. Some have claimed that we have already hit the bottom, while many still feel there is more downward trend left to be seen.\n\nIn situations like this, news and development are not the problem solver. Market confidence is the key factor. We are monitoring many projects and their activities right now, and we've seen that with the majority nothing is helping them trend up. For the few that do catch a ride up, it is short lived and quick to fall back to, or below, where it previously was.\n\nAs a project, we have adjusted our time frames and moved our development plans further out into Q1/Q2 2019 (i.e. Android wallet). This is a prime example of the reason why we do not want to promise any dates or delivery of a specific product. You never know exactly what you may encounter on the road and it's not wise to force delivery for the sake of a date that was stated many months prior.\n\n<h2>zPOS</h2>\nAfter getting thru much of the code to enable zPOS, we have decided that it would be best to not move forward with private staking. We felt that the code changes were pushing Ondori in a direction that we did not want to go, in addition to making Ondori fully dependent on PIVX going forward.\n\nOur plan was always to utilize the PIVX code base as a solid foundation to build from, but find our own path in becoming something different. In the end, we feel that this decision will allow us to accomplish just that. We will be evaluating RSTR core during Q1 2019 and moving our focus onto Proof of Transaction (PoT) development.\n\n<h2>The Road Ahead</h2>\nThe uncertainty of Bitcoin isn't done by any means. We might have some positive movement for a brief period, but the overall outlook says that we have much down hill left to go. Now, that may be incorrect, let's hope so, but the pattern is there.\n\n<blockquote>Have you ever been on a trip and had that one person that always asks, <br>“Are we there yet?”</blockquote>\n\nIf there's one thing we know in crypto, it's that nothing is certain.
