      "body": "현실 정치쪽은 문외한이어서 어디서 입도 뻥끗 안하는 편인데...\n\n도민 2년차에 제주도지사 선거가 좀 재미있는 포인트들이 눈에 보여서. 누가 이기냐의 문제가 아니라... 어떤 맥락들이 존재하느냐의 문제를 집어보자면.\n\n\t1.\t원희룡 후보\n원희룡 지사는 이번에 다시 재선하면 어떻게 될까?가 포인트라고 보인다.\n\n청년시절 운동권 경력을 거쳐 보수진영에서 정치를 시작했음에도 김문수류처럼 완전 미친 건 아니라는 점에서 합리적 보수의 이미지를 가져왔다고 할 수 있다.(뭐 세세하게 까면, 뭐 깔 것 투성이겠지만)\n\n지방선거 이후 보수세력은 아마도 재편될 것이다. 물론 여러가지 지지기반에 의한 힘의 논리가 작용하겠지만... 지금까지의 꼴보수들은 지분이 매우 줄어들 것이다. 전체적 파이가 줄어들겠지만 그래도 보수진영은 어찌되었든 절멸하지는 않은 것이며 하나의 정치세력으로 존재할 것이다.\n\n하지만 그 성격은 바뀔 것인데...\n좀 더 합리적 보수를 지향하게 될 것으로 예상된다.\n원희룡 후보가 만약 당선된다면... 이 합리적 보수의 한 축 그리고 더 나아가 다음 대선후보로 거론된 가능성이 없지않아 있다는 것이다.\n\n박원순, 이재명 아저씨가 전국구 스타로 떠오른 것은 그 지역에서의 정치를 성공적으로 이끌었다는 것이고, 만약 이번 선거에서 원희룡 후보가 재선된다면 전국적 지지를 끌어내기는 어렵겠지만 지역에서의 실제적 정치가 가능하다(성공은 아닐 수 있어도)는 점을 증명하는 결과가 될 것이다.\n\n이 점에서 안철수, 유승민에 비해 행정력을 펼쳤다는 것, 실제 도정을 펼쳤다는 것은 큰 힘이 될 수 있고. 그러므로 보수의 경쟁력있는 주자로 부상할 가능성이 있다. 물론 그 전제는 버트란트 러셀 같은 매우 단단한 보수주의면서도 진보진영보다 더 진보적 정책과 성과를 이루어 낼 때 그럴 것이다. \n\n어쩌면 제주는 지금 매우 좋은 발판이다. 한국사회에서 제주보다 더 역동적인 공간은 없다.\n\n\n\t2.\t문대림 후보\n문대림 후보는 사실 문대림 후보가 포인트가 아니라는 점에서 안타까운 점이 크다.문대림 후보 자체가 아닌 집권 여당인 민주당 이야기를 해야하기 때문이다.\n\n원래 선거에는 네거티브, 흑색선전이 난무하고, 선거 후에 실제 따져보면 큰 문제가 아닌 것들도 많다. 하지만 지금까지 언론에 나오는 이야기들을 보면, 큰 문제는 아닐지도 모르나, 충분히 공격 받을 수 있는 부분들이라는 점에서 조금 안타깝다. \n\n사실 이번 지방선거는 오래된 적폐세력과 맞서 싸운 국민들이 압도적 지지를 보내준 대통력과 민주당이 질래야 질 수 없는 선거 판이다. 이런 판에서 패배한다면 정치를 하는 사람들이든, 중앙당이든 심각하게 자신들의 문제점에 대해 되집어보아야 하는 문제가 있는 것이다.\n\n만약 이번 제주도 자치단체장 선거에서 민주당이 패배한다면, 민주당은 정말 깊이 반성해야 할 것이다. 후보에 대해 내부적으로 정말 정확히 검증 했는지? 해당 지역의 정서와 현안들에 대해 중앙당으로서 정확하게 이해하고 있었는지? 대통령의 국민적 인기에 취하고 안일한 게으름으로 인해 현실 정치에서 신중함이 떨어지지 않았는지? 그리고 중앙과 멀리 떨어져있는 지역이고, 인구수(즉 표 수)가 적다고 마음 속으로 어찌되어도 상관없다고 생각하는지... 통렬하게 반성해야 할 부분이다.\n\n얼마안되는 시간이지만 제주에서 직접 경험한 제주는 기존의 진보 보수(물론 기존의 그 구분도 동의할 수 없지만)로 나눌 수 없는  지역색과 역사성이 있다. 노무현 전 대통령과 문재인 대통령은 4.3에 대한 명확한 역사적 인식을 바탕으로 역사적 의미를 명확히 하고 지역민들의 아픈 마음을 달랬다. 하지만 묻고싶다. 민주당은, 민주당 제주도당은 무엇을 해왔던가?\n\n\t3.\t고은영 후보\n아직 30대인 평범한 젊은이였다. 도지사 후보들 중 제주가 고향이 아닌 유일한 후보.\n하지만 고은영 후보는 자신의 녹색당이 가장 제주도를 사랑한다고 당당하게 이야기한다. 그리고 제주도가 지향해야 할 가치는 ‘이것’이다라고 너무나 명확하게 주장하는 후보이다.\n\n기존 정치세력들은 촘촘히 짜여진 기존의 세력관계, 기존의 이권 네트워크에서 벗어나기가 쉽지않다. 기존 세력, 이권도 어쩔 수 없는 정치의 한 부분이라는 점에서는 이해할 수 있다. 하지만 이에 붙잡혀 있다보면 새로운 힘, 새로운 변화, 새로운 흐름에 적응 할 수 없고, 기존의 권력구조를 이용한 나눠먹기에 급급할 수밖에 없다.\n\n매우 이상적 바램일 수도 있지만, 도. 그것도 특별자치도라는 이름이 붙은 제주. 그리고 이주민들의 급속한 증가에 따른 새로운 변화의 기운이 넘쳐나는 제주는 기존 이해관계를 벗어난 이상적 발전방향과 대안이 필요한 시점이다.\n\n이런 의미에서, 녹색당 고은영 후보의 선전은 매우 의미 있는 것이다. 물론 당선가능성은 거의 없다. 하지만 선거의 결과인 당락은 고후보나 녹색당에 중요한 문제가 아닐 것이다.\n이번 선거를 통해 얼마나 제주가 지켜야 할 가치를 사람들에게 알리느냐. 그리고 그 과정을 통해 획득한 지지세력을 앞으로 진행될 도정에서 반영할 수 있는 힘을 갖게 될 것인가가 중요 포인트일 것이다.\n\n사실은 고후보가 제기하는 문제들은 다른 유력후보들이 대답하기에 매우 곤혹스러운 질문들일 것이다. 제주도의 본원적 가치를 지켜야 한다. 그것을 위해서는 더 이상의 대규모 인위적 개발을 금해야 한다. 등등등등. 다른 유력후보들은 큰 원칙에서는 동의 할 것이다. 하지만 구체적 사안들로 들어가면 자신이 이야기했던 큰 원칙을 계속 위반하는 정책들을 이야기 할 것이다. 왜냐하면 기존 권력구조 속에서 움직여야 하기 때문이다.\n\n이런 점에서 고은영 후보의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 선거에 이기고 지고의 문제가 아니다. 향후 도의 정책에 어떤 목소리를 반영할 수 있을 것인가? 제주의 미래가 달린 문제이다.",

      "body": "자자... 이제 우리는 다시 질문을 던져야 할 때이다.\n\n인간은 왜 인간이지?\n\n근대 그러니까 모더니즘 그리고 그 모더니즘에 대한 반향으로 탄생한 포스트 모더니즘. 그러니까 18세기부터 21세기까지.\n\n인간은 왜 인간이지? 에 대한 답변은 \"인간은 언어를 사용하니까!\" 였다.\n\n언어를 사용하니 로고스가 있는 것이고, 언어를 사용하니 주체와 객체가 분리되는 것이고, 언어를 사용하니 랑그와 파롤, 시그니피앙과 시그니피엥이 있는 것이고, 언어를 사용하니 의식과 무의식이 존재하는 것이고, 언어를 사용하니 욕망과 욕구와 요구가 매번 미끌어지는 것이며,. 언어를 사용하기에 영원히 채워질 수 없는 욕망의 시지푸스 신화가 재현되는 것이며, 언어가 존재하기에 혁명의 횃불은 늘 다른 곳으로 향하며, 언어를 통해 사회를 구성하는 매커니즘과 권력체계가 만들어지고 유지되었으며, 언어를 통해 가족 관계와 인간 관계의 친밀함과 적대감이 측정되었고, 언어를 통해 금기와 규칙이 정의되고 역설적이게도 금기 위반과 혁명이 잉태되었으며, 언어가 존재하기에 매번 이 산이 아닌가벼가 반복되었다.\n\n그런데... 이제 언어는 인간의 것이 아니다.\n구글의 이 인공지능 비서는 아직 언어의 커뮤니케이션적 측면에 국한된 듯 보이지만, 아마도 이 동영상에서 시연한 것보다 훨씬 더 패턴화와 구조화를 통한 언어적 학습. 아니 언어적 학습 이전의 무의식과 언어와 존재와 타자와 정치와 권력 등등에 대한 학습이 윤리적 판단과정이 배제된 상태에서 진행되고 있을 것이라고 생각된다.\n\n알파고는 하나의 은유였다. 그 동안 인간들은 무의식은 패턴화 될 수 없다고 안위하고 있었다. 패턴화 될 수 없는 무의식은 인간의 최후의 보루였다. 물론 언어는 초창기에는 의식의 영역이라고 주장되었다가, 점점 무의식의 영역이라고 뒷걸음질치며 신성불가침 영역을 설정해왔었다. 알파고는 패턴분석 자가학습 등을 통해 대뇌피질에 있는 바둑 규칙과 수싸움 등등 이성적 영역을 압도한 것은 물론 세력, 기세, 타이밍, 감각 등 비이성적, 무의식적 영역 마저도 비웃으며 박살내버렸다.\n\n아래 동영상은 저 비서를 어시스턴츠 즉 조력자로 국한 시키려 한다. 하지만 조금만 방향을 바꾸면 저 비서는 대타자로서 작고 분절된 자아에 명령을 내리는 존재가 될 것이다. 이게 최저가야, 이게 최선의 선택이야, 이게 최고의 방법이야! 이 대타자는 아마도 지금 사회의 최고의 가치인 자본주의적 효율성을 반영할 것이므로 최고, 최선, 가장 효율적 이라는 이름으로 아버지의 이름을 대신 할 것이다.\n\n이런 기술적 흐름과 성과를 부정하거나 파괴하려 할 것인가?\n그것은 불가능하고 불가역적이다.\n\n그렇다면 이제 다시 물어볼 차례이다. \n인간은 도대체 무엇으로 인해 인간인가?\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRUvbiWLwFI",

      "body": "# 무한도전\n‘무한도전’이 끝난다. 13년. 2005년부터 2018년까지.  짧지 않은 시간이다.\n\n소위 장수 프로그램들은 역사성과 계급성을 갖고있다.\n\n기억도 가물가물한 ‘전원일기’는 가족의 전폭적 지지를 통해 상경. 교육을 받고, 도시생활을 하는 장남들에게 보내는 메시지였다. 시골에 남아있는 가족들에게 채무감을 계속 리마인드 시키는, 그러므로 아직 토지로부터 분리되지 않은 개인을 소환하고 가부장제를 반복재생시키는 기제였다. \n‘전국노래자랑’은 몰락하는 지방중소도시의 회환과  소시민적 불안을 담아냈다. 불안함이 증폭되면 증폭될 수록 출연자들은 기괴한 옷과 기괴한 동작과 기괴한 노래를 쏟아냈다. 80년대가 담고있는 뒤틀린 대한민국의 내면이었다.\n\n그런 의미에서 무한도전은 ‘잉여’들의 하위문화를 주류 공중파로 끌어올려 대중성을 확보했다. 젊은이들이 잉여를 자기 정체성으로 삼은 것은 몇년되지 않았지만 무한도전은 첫 출발부터가 잉여로왔다.\n\n무한도전 초기 에피소드 중 기억나는 것은 기차와 달리기 내기를 하는 에피소드이다. 평균이하의 신체능력, 평균이하의 신장과 몸매, 평균이하의 지적능력, 평균이하의 인성을 갖고있(다고 캐릭터화 된)는 멤버들이, 결정적으로 평균 이하의 몸매를 적나라하게 드러내는 노란 쫄쫄이 옷을 입고 기차와 달리기 시합을 했다. 결국은 패배 했던 것으로 기억하는데... 아무튼 엄청 열심히 달렸던 것으로 기억된다.\n\n누구나 평균 이상의 삶을 원하고 경쟁할 때, 스스로를 대한민국 평균 이하라고 소개하며 사회적 효용성이라고는 전혀 없는 기차와의 달리기에 매진하는 자들. 이들에게 한국은 함께 웃고 울면서 박수를 보내왔던 것이다.\n\n자세히 들여다보면 ‘무한도전’도 살짝(?) 변해왔다. 처음 얼마간 이 프로그램의 이름은 ‘무한도전’이 아닌 ‘무모한 도전’이었다. 실패를 전제로 한 도전. 그것이 말 그대로 무모한 도전이다. 하지만 무한도전은 성공가능성을 염두에 둔 도전이다. 기차와의 달리기 시합. 그 의미없고 실패 밖에 없는 도전은 제작진도, 소비자도 지치게 했을 것이다. \n\n무한도전이라는 그래도 조금이라도 성공가능성을 염두에 둔 도전. 비록 지배 이데올로기에 종속되었을 망정, 대중적으로는 큰 성공을 거두게 된다. 이때부터는 무의미한 도전이 아니다. 잘나가는 대중음악가들과 짝을 이루어 가요제를 벌이고, 국가대표들과 연습하며 조정, 레슬링, 봅슬레이 등의 경기에 참여한다.\n\n더이상 잉여들의 자기파괴적 놀이가 아니다. 성공을 하면 더 할 나위 없는 성취감과 자신감을 대중들에게 선사했고, 실패하면 실패한대로 아름다운 도전이었다는 위로를 건낼 수 있게 된 것이다. 잉여들의 하위문화는 대중적 마취제로 이미 변질되어 있었다. 넘쳐나는 잉여들에게 한편으로는 꿈을 주고, 다른 한편으로는 위로를 주는 강력한 환각제로 기능해왔었다.\n\n하지만 한국이 절망적 10년을 보내는 동안, 특히 박근혜 정권의 등장과 MBC 파업 등을 겪으며 무한도전의 이데올로기적 효과와 동력은 점점 힘을 잃어갔다.  꿈꾸기에는 지독히 답답한 시절이었고, 위로받기에는 상처가 너무 처절했다.\n\n아무튼 새로운 정부가 들어서면서 공기는 바뀌었다. 상식적인 꿈을 꿀 수 있다고 믿는 요즘 잉여들의 정체성으로 할 수 있는 무엇은 없어보인다. 다행이다. 이전 정권하에서  끝내지 않고, 지금 이런 상황에서 종영을 결정한 것은 매우매우 다행이다. 스스로 끝낼 수 있으니까 말이다. \n\n왠지 한 세대가 저무는 느낌이 든다.",
