      "body": "Hola amigos, un gusto saludarles nuevamente, como siempre les traigo para compartir una receta riquísima hecha por mí, se trata del pisillo de Baba o Caimán Crocodilus. \nEsta receta es tan sencilla y deliciosa como la receta que les compartí en mi [post anterior]( https://steemit.com/spanish/@pattyfa/rico-no-quieres-saber-que-es)  y aquí se la presento:\n\n\n**INGREDIENTES:**\n\n*  1 kg de Baba\n\n*  2 Cebollas pequeñas\n*  Ajíes\n*  Cilantros\n*  Ajo\n*  Cebollín\n*  Sazonadores (Pimienta, Sal, Adobo)\n\n**PREPARACION:**\n\n\nSe ponen a sancochar las presas de baba con un ají o un trozo de cebolla, esto es para ir agregándole gusto desde el inicio, una vez que hierve y la carne esta blanda con un color blanco se retira del fuego, se escurre en un colador y se deja enfriar, mientras se enfría vamos picando todos los aliños en tamaños muy pequeños.  Ya listos los aliños empezamos a desmenuzar las presas, mientras hacemos esto  vamos sofriendo con un poquito de aceite y onoto dichos aliños en los cuales vamos a agregar la carne de Baba ya desmenuzada.\n\nYa juntos carne y aliños sofriéndose, le agregamos los sazonadores, dejamos cocinar unos  15 minutos a fuego lento y listo ya tenemos nuestro Pisillo.\n\nPara acompañarlo hicimos un arroz con fideos, plátano frito y casabe.\n\n***Es una delicia.***\n\nTambién la puedes comer con arepas.
