Sir Alex Ferguson</center><br>\n</div>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\n\nSiempre he sido un amante del fútbol, y sobre todo de ver a los máximos exponentes de este deporte, los cuales están en las ligas Inglesa, Italia y española. Sin embargo la que más llamaba mi atención era la liga inglesa debido a la gran cantidad de equipos de alto nivel que allí compiten . \n\nEntre algunos de estos equipos podemos nombrar al Manchester united, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal.\n\nResulta sorprendente ver, que a pesar de existir equipos con tanto nivel, había uno que simplemente dominaba la liga inglesa durante muchas temporadas, y la razón de este dominio tiene una sola explicación, Sir Alex Ferguson. \n\n## <center>Historia </center>\n<div class=\"text-justify\">\nAunque Fergunson empezó su carrera en el fútbol como jugador, vamos a enfocarnos en su etapa como entrenador, cuando fue contratado por el equipo escoses East Stirlingshire.\n\nDesde el principio se gano una reputación como \"el hombre duro\", por su fuerte carácter, y donde algunos de jugadores afirmaban que  nunca habían tenido miedo de nadie hasta haberlo conocido.\n\n<center>http://www.elacontecer.com.uy/imagenes_contra/971_contra-ferguson.jpg    \nLa otra cara de Alex Ferguson [Fuente](http://www.elacontecer.com.uy/contratapa/971-la-otra-cara-de-sir-alex.html)</center>\n\nAlex Ferguson empezó a hacerse conocido al tener temporadas exitosas con distintos equipos como el Saint Mirren y el Aberdeen los cuales fueron campeones de Escocia y siendo la única vez que el Celtic o Ranger no fueron campeones.\n\nEn la termporada siguiente los éxitos serian mayores al conquistar la Recopa de Europa, eliminando a equipos como el Bayer de Munich y el Real Madrid en la final.\n\n### <center>Un inicio difícil</center>\n\n\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQf61tRTSPhu8zBLj8cF6fcuStqojtwtNRSU2LBUjmScD/image.png\nLlegada al Manchester [Fuente](https://www.sportsjoe.ie/football/manchester-united-alex-ferguson-132772)\n</center>\n\nLos inicios en el equipo de los diablos rojos fue lleno de preocupaciones debido a que muchos de estos jugadores tenían problemas con la bebida e incluso depresión debido a los malos resultados. Todo esto implicaba una reestructuración completa del equipo, lo cual llevaría tiempo, y aunque el Manchester mejoraba en las posiciones a final de temporada, las criticas no se hicieron esperar, tanto que ya estaban pidiendo su despido.\n\nEn el año <b>1990</b> el equipo había mejorado notablemente, quedando de 6to en la liga inglesa, Sub campeones de la Copa y Campeones de la Recopa de Europa ante el Barcelona, por lo cual el entrenador escoses exclamo: \"ya estamos listos para conquistar la liga\".\n\n\"Haciendo un paréntesis en la historia de Alex Ferguson, debemos resaltar el hecho de que el éxito que logro no le llego de la noche a la mañana, sino que fue un trabajo constante y exponencial hasta que logro ver resultados\".\n\nEn la siguiente temporada del <b>1991-92</b>, aunque logran ganar la copa inglesa y la recopa de Europa, no logran ganar la liga a pesar de estar liderando la tabla durante casi toda la temporada y es allí donde decide realizar un fichaje  clave para darles ese empujón que el equipo necesitaba. \n\n<center>\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdvYuovkff7oc6DnBXNiC9eDWRZV2yHypVRohNXUNS4j4/image.png\nEric Cantona [Fuente](https://www.sportsjoe.ie/football/manchester-united-alex-ferguson-132772)</center>\n\nCabe resaltar que este jugador fue fichado por 1.2 millones de libras esterlinas, mientras el Manchester United antes de la llegada de Ferguson realizaba fichajes de mas de 5 millones de libras.
