If only I could band people behind my idea, and pool funds for a cooperative node ourselves, we could ensure that funds will be available for Local Incentive Financial Technology to launch. \n\nMy motives and my plan matched the concept of creating a shared cooperative, where many people pool risk capital in faith that we can have a chance of building something great with guaranteed gold payments with cooperation and LIFT community development.\n\nMy duties are to work for people in support of building a cooperative model of sharing wealth as a volunteer, earning income independent with the LIFT protocol, proving the model, until I team up with the proper business partners and we take this idea of “helping those helping others” forward. \n\nWe all agreed, we did not know what we did not know, that we would co-design the agreement until a meeting to pool funds after we stake as much as we can, to attain legal aid and our final drafting would occur. \n\nI needed people to stake to launch LIFT and as long as they can help support it and build its community for adoption. \n\nI consider people who stake as my clients and partners. I’m offering a percentage proportional to the whole nodes compliance costs to uphold the node legally and to build its smart contracts once it starts paying. \n\nThe costs were not determined. It was agreed that we would pool our funds, choose our lawyers and business partners and co-fund the LIFT protocol development voluntarily. \n\nThe agreement also stated that regardless of costs, they would not have coins taken from them, and that the total amount of coins that they put in would be paid back 100% but there would be restrictions. They agreed to the delay of payments until one of two situations occurs. The nodes simply pay out as proportionally divided to ensure they are paid in full, or, we soon find anyone willing to stake on their behalf.\n\nWhen this happens, we can securely perform the exchange by having the new members send their coins directly to the founding member so they both get a full refund at no loss to them, and we establish community of more suitable team players. \n\nNow there are complications the other group, the syndicate has been created by accident and they seek to destroy me, my family, my company and my ability to offer you the Masternode Cooperative and the LIFT protocol. \n\nTo understand you need to know more of the background and history.\n\n5 The Syndicate\n\nAs an entrepreneur with a vision of a gold backed local economy, I was successful at pooling together a private group of Masternodes for the development of the LIFT protocol.\n\nI agreed to pay out contributors to the Masternodes as per agreement and contract to simply sustain LIFT, to support it and cover to all necessary costs proportionally. I offer fiduciary duties in exchange for funding to LIFT protocol. The exact percentages to be paid out I explained would be proportional after core costs of established goals listed on the contract.\n\nI helped people attain access to assets that are worth a lifetime of residual income with Karatbars success. \n\nEverything was in the green until an urgent financial attention came to be that needs clearing up immediately. \n\nAn accident occurred where 3M KBC coins became stuck in a My Ether Wallet rather than strat to Karatbit because of a mistake. I stand for higher principles and desire my community for LIFT join together stronger as a community to help those that lost coins like our slogan “helping those helping others.” \n\nI addressed the situation professionally but people started to accuse me of theft and in my defense, they became just as appalled that I would defend myself from their attacks that I intentionally harmed people, saying I hoodwinked them. They then blocked me from interacting with them. I prove my ability to be trusted by producing value, moving LIFT forward and and distributing Maseternode coins as they are delivered. \n\nWe are still waiting on the Masternode coins to drop and most people haven't completed the contract terms including such as sending ID's to prevent money laundering, verifying a deposit to the Masternodes and the proper deposit addresss to send coins too. \n\nBasic things they are supposed to do were omited by him. It's James Pover that played \"telephone\" telling people what they wanted to hear to send coins to the Masternodes rather than what they needed to hear about it being a crowdfunder for LIFT requiring certain procedures and participation to maintain their long term stake. \n\nThe coins are not lost, they are stuck in a MEW and we know exactly where they are. The coins are not gone for good, a expert hacker can get them out. The value in LIFT is not lost and the business can still bring more value to them through gold affiliate sales LIFT helps to create than the Masternodes can alone as they are limited in how much they pay out and affiliate profits from Karatbars for gold distribution are not. \n\nNo one is at a technical loss as node, there simply isn’t as fast a profit as expected.\n\nNot everybody is malicious about it but they pretend to represent the majority. \n\nIf everyone gave just a small percentage of their residual income for life the loss would be mitigated in a very short time. However, greater than 95% of the group are unwilling to accept their agreement with what the cooperative was founded on regarding shared ownership and the Rochdale principles. \n\nThey are still in the position to earn payments for life from the Masternodes as a cooperative sharing model dealing with loss, but it’s not good enough for them and they aren’t grateful to have access to be part of the LIFT coin adoption and LIFT protocol or having the lifetime chance to be staked in the best unique node group for Karatbars success. \n\nWe have to get the funds acknowledged by all those interested, then reach a negotiation where they can have their coins back. It can’t be fixed fighting them, we have to come together, regardless of fault, the purpose is to sustain the vision. \n\nOnly a few, being enough people to convince me, out of hundreds involved agreed to support the Cooperative concept and protect the goals of LIFT, seeing me at no fault to be punished for as the other party bore responsibility.\n\nSince the nodes pay out for life, there will not be a loss as people can be patient to see that they will pay out as per the contractual agreements.\n\nThe agreement was designed explanation of the ideals and goals of the cooperative effort with funding by members with them but with the LIFT crowdfunder at the center of it all. This is where they have me all wrong expecting strict fiduciary duties, promoted by my business partner at the time, without explanation of the underlying project and his own negligence to not cross verify the address he was promoting to direct funds towards. \n\nRather than tray my idea like a crowdfunder where I produce a value and deliver no matter what, they treat or as a strict fiduciary responsibility on their terms. \n\nThey expected payouts when it said the smart contract would be funded proportionally and that there would be legal fees. Now they want to sue me as if I don’t have costs to start a business. I worked in the wrong business partner relationship, that’s really at the core of it. I need to find a replacement founders who will be pleased with my production regardless of debt. This is why I’m beginning to demonstrate my ethic.\n\nRather than act as a cooperative with a shared vision with shared expected gains and losses/costs to establishing themselves, leaders of a “Node Syndicate” have turned against me to create a mutiny of greed, envy, callus and lust for power with malicious intent to do me harm. \n\nThey actually coerced the other members to pay to sue me and sign new contracts to not communicate with me or they would take their coins, shown below in this documentation.\n\nEven though they have no harm done to them, they seek to do harm to me out of negative selfish motivations evident due to lack of personal consideration for helping people that suffered loss. \n\nThe best solution is to leave them without blame to sue and find grateful participants acceptant of costs associated with solving the problems, equating to a slightly longer time for full repayment of coins than what was originally expected. \n\nI must expose the truth and pray that God will allow a miracle to save me as I work in the interests of goodness. \n\nI must find people who want to stake, understanding the cost involved in launching a successful venture as described in my agreement who can replace their stake and ensure funding for the LIFT protocol to gain strength. \n\nThe time to implement the solution with the community's help is right now.\n\nI cannot stress how urgent this is as the other parties are paying to press charges with now two crypto lawyers who seek to cause me legal problems. I have attained a law firm for legal defense and I will be posting any updates as they happen. \n\nI am seeking to pay back the affected parties and negotiate with two prominent Karatbars leaders affiliates with notoriety to hold one profitable node.\n\nThis would be for an exchange in supporting my mission to save my dreams from crumbling, the people who had coins locked in a MEW and the threatened loss and the LIFT protocol. \n\nThis will take trust in community and people who prove their commitment to the company by joining me in business. \n\nLIFT could be an idea of the past without a leader who could execute on its behalf better than me. I know I can’t do it alone however and there are people with great talent who deserve to have a portion and significant co-ownership of my company.\n\nIt’s crucial, I need your help to see my ideas, see my transparency, humility and vulnerability in being as proactive and aligned with truth and the power to succeed. \n\nIf 10% or 12% a year is something you could live with, rather than 15% a year as provided by the Masternodes without needing infrastructure, smart contracts and cost to protect people from loss who we can care about and build a stronger community.\n\nTheir community does not plan for such costs and needs, expecting individuals to manage fiduciary duties with no mission behind their work, soulless.\n\nThere was no demand on how much people would have to give as far as time to have node privileges, but it was a requirement to give time to LIFT and that there would be voting once a quarter where people had to maintain their stake in the cooperative we formed. \n\nIt was all about funding and promoting the LIFT community from the start.\n\nThe dichotomy between a syndicate that only cares about their own profit in competition with others and a cooperative that cares about the totality of the whole company is vast.\n\nThe massive “syndicate” was formed, going on nine Supernodes and it all started because of my efforts to help them have some purpose to be together. They have become unbelievably powerful and they want to destroy me on false expectations they set for themselves and of course if they pool their funds for a lawyer, the can get a prosecutor who would do harm to a person who didn’t do any harm to anyone else.\n\nThey themselves have no purpose other than to get every last supernode left with compounding interest from Supernode payments and use get people to compete in funding lawyers with them take the Masternodes from my company, all my assets and my dreams. \n\nAn unincorporated group calling themselves the “Node Syndicate” have not been harmed because nodes pay for life and my agreement to them can continue to do that technically, but now they are grossly violating my terms and I can only pray that you will help me fundraise their equivalent stake in gold standard coins for yourselves so there is nothing to call fault.\n\nFurthermore, an acidic personality, Ash Grimshaw, who many people have had problems with and who has been kicked out of many Karatbars groups for being a slanderer of Karatbars reputation in the past said this among many other things attacking the company. They didn’t mention any further help for the Supernode contributors other than new nodes they want to acquire among what are left by inviting new people. \n\nEither way, they can’t produce a better solution for the entirety of Karatbars than I can in custody of secured nodes that are to be on a smart contract payment system as soon as possible. \n\nThe nodes will sell regardless, but there is only one LIFT protocol.\n\nAsh continues to harass me, telling me I’m going to jail and everything will be taken, the same terms. This is nerve racking considering they power they are putting against me.\n\nAsh acted like James would negotiate, but when I contacted James as directed and asked for negotiation, james had no negotiation acceptance and still simply demanded the nodes with no promise of any greater understanding. They lied about wanting to negotiate, all they want is total control which is not negotiable. The result of a lawsuit winning on their behalf would be equivalent results from my understanding so there is nothing that they encourage negotiation, there is little to no difference. \n\nAsh was saying one thing, James was doing another. I wanted to negotiate to work on my second and third backup plans but they wouldn’t budge. I even said I would hand them over the nodes. I was going to talk about the details in person and I explained my best idea for compromise by email when they turned down the offer to have a real talk. \n\nWith my help building them up more nodes,  what if we could work together and acquire more, offsetting the cost to lower the rate of loss from new nodes all in their possession that I help build to offset the cost under new terms. \n\nI believed I could help them get enough new nodes and truly educate what LIFT as about that we could have twenty 5% contributions and fully fund the original KBC loss so no one, not anyone in the Masternodes, nor the Supernodes would be reduced nearly as much. They would leave them to litigation settlement on their own. I want everyone to benefit and see LIFT be a success along with my colleagues. \n\nThey updated everyone with a mandatory 2.5% litigation fee and 5% Supernode Relief Fund, just the new people though, they weren’t paying the 5% Supernode Relief Fund themselves.  \n\nThey wouldn’t talk to me and negotiate anything meaningful. It's \"give us everything you own or else.\"\n\nAll my ideas the possibilities of their ideas were not heard and they cut communication per legal advisory as he stated. This is what’s most confusing. I can’t pay them if I can’t get a proper audit and communicate, which violates my agreement. So they are coercing their participants to violate my agreement which leaves them subject to removal from the nodes I acquired for them. They are making them choose their plan to not have their coins stolen, or my plan, to have a small deduction to cover people’s locked MEW coins equally and launch LIFT properly to provide even more profits. \n\nI have nothing to hide. If they are innocent and not committing malicious litigation, why are they so afraid they would say anything to risk their ability to manipulate what evidence can be used against them?\n\nThey know they will be objectively questioned if they read the agreement to know about costs of proportional nature within a cooperative. \n\nThey would know that James used his clout to demand payments go to a MEW where there is implied risk, he didn’t take the time to confirm would be without risk for the group even though he gave them the guarantee. \n\nI never updated the agreement to take liability from there, nor did they take objective choice to protect themselves should they want to remain but opt out of cost liability for anything that threatens the maintenance of the LIFT stake and others who want it to go through. \n\nWe all took on shared risk in business decisions and that was clearly implied. \n\nI’m being vulnerable, humble and objective on what I need to do to solve this problem as a leader so there is nothing to blame. I have everything to gain, if not now, possibly never!\n\nI received an interesting demand letter from another who stakes and who is going along with this. It was notarized. It demanded that I hand over the nodes and about every asset they could find I had. She wouldn’t negotiate demanding saying she would take me to court if I didn’t answer her questions with a signed copy in wet ink, also signing over my property to her. It was a sly trick. I declined and emailed her back with rebuttals for every statement in fine detail. I emailed it to everyone I could who had provided me an audit form entry.\n\nShe responded by saying she wouldn’t look at my email and would sue, showing she won’t negotiate out of court even though viable solutions would have been available If we took action together at that time rather than collude to punish me. \n\nDon McKinnon helped by creating the audit form for me. When this all started to go down however, he changed sides and hid the audit from me. This is the core of malicious intent from my perspective. He’s preventing me from having access to pay them!\n\nI’m talking to my lawyer about holding Don and other members of the syndicate liable for harms caused and to be sued, it’s horrible, but he’s playing with fire and he needs to know that what he is doing is wrong. I will report what my lawyers say as soon as I can. \n\nDon was who I signed up with Karatbars, my top VIP member. He is sitting on more wealth than ever imagined, yet, he shows excitement when they talk about suing me and contending to ashes sadistic pleasure to see me go to jail, even though no one was harmed or would be harmed from my continued leadership. \nThis kind of company is not the kind that sticks together through thick and thin to make a successful business, they are all in it for themselves. They have no group vision.  \n\nThey want to sue me for not paying as if I’m violating contract, but they are purposely preventing me for paying many people in the node. This must be due to fear created from statements that they would take all contributors coins if they didn’t sign the new agreement drafted by their lawyer. \n\nI was told by Ash any communication from me was considered harassment, but he continued to communicate to me and seek to instill fear. I responded because I knew his statements were not true as I was trying to talk to him about my decision and why it was necessary to ensure that no one was at a significant loss. I wanted to plead to his sensitive side, if he had any, to follow Rochdale principles and put the community as a whole first. \n\nNow I can’t even pay but a few people who don’t care about Ash and rather would not be coerced into suing me and support my project. \n\nThey cut communication with me and flagged me on facebook. People want to do damage to my ability to communicate with others  and this never happens . Someone or some people are conspiring to harm me when all I want is to make things right. \n\nAlso, someone complained to Karatbars compliance in an attempt to stop my progress signing up people for contact with me when proved I have great skills posting that I could get dozens of contacts a day. \n\nSomeone hated that I was being successful in finding interested prospects, as if they don’t want my skills and ideas to benefit the company, they wanted me to be under their terms where people lose which is unfortunate. As you can see. I can be a leader in this company. It says this in the agreement. These terms were expected from the start when I began talking and writing about why LIFT was a part of it, to ensure its crowd funded by the little holding for its development. I’m not trying to take anyone's coins like them. They are making it impossible to send them to their community, this is outright disastrous as they are making people take sides.\n\nNow, in the words of Ash Grimshaw, they are “having fun” with this and encouraging people to contribute the most to sue me in exchange for a percentage of the new Masternodes coins they are going to distribute. This is what I saw but I didn’t get a photo before they totally closed off my access. \n\nI have since cleared my account of concern but it still gets my nerves that they seek to hack me and spy. Since the attacks to my plan began, have also have suspicious activity on my computer. In this context, aggression is defined as initiating or threatening any forceful interference with an individual or their property.[1] In contrast to pacifism, it does not forbid forceful defense.\n\nAware that Masternodes and Supernodes pay out dividends for life, an exact cost of entering into an agreement is guaranteed to be returned, regardless of the costs of legal help and smart contracts to create a lasting organization, since there is no technical loss and consistent profit with longevity in supporting the vision of the project.\n\nSince there is no forceful interference with an individual's property. They loaned the coins to build the Local Incentive Financial Technology and they expect to be paid out their coins, there is no coercion to pay more. \n\nNormally, the ideas to distribute the ownership, taking from some to give to others, would absolutely be a violation of the NAP, however, I created a crowdfunder, not a fiduciary following their terms, but the terms of Liberty Economy llc management as decided necessary to uphold their function and the LIFT protocol launch. I only offered democratic participation in certain areas for LIFT development and potential removal from nodes as needed, but never to enable mutiny as they believed. \n\nThe crowdfunder said it was for LIFT clearly. It said we would bring up costs after and that the agreement would change as required but never to take from the original intent. The intent was always, cooperative and proportional ownership. \n\nThey wanted a pure-democracy system which is not something I ever advocated for, rather, a limited direct-democracy under constitutional executive function was offered. \n\nThey gave knowing they were in ownership of Liberty Economy and LIFT and that they would receive payments proportional to the amount they gave minus costs for the entire projects need.\n\nA cooperative provides the value of shared gain and  loss in the circumstances when an honest mistake in could result in cost to the whole organization for its protected mission.\n\nOnly costs to maintain the integrity of the project are needed, all other coins are proportionally divided in any cooperative. There is no harm to them and they can be paid off forever under existing circumstances. \n\nThey have multiple philosophical differences with my company overall and I pity their position established in cardinal sins and I pray they wake up before being delivered the news that they are criminal, with slander, coercion and purposeful sabotage of the peoples funds they are supposed to be distributed.\n\nA cooperative follows ideals fo shared responsibility to community. These are the ideals of Liberty Ecnomy, LIFT and the Masternode Cooperative. Most of them are located outside of the USA. If someone has a legal issue with them, are they too sue from Arizona per the contract? \n\nIt goes to show, they don't read contracts, not even their own contracts they coerce others sign! \n\nPeople were forced into signing with them under coercion to have their coins stolen and under this contract law, their contract isn't even valid. A lawsuit would be between the individual affected and the custodian of their shared node where they live, not Arizona. I'm not a lawyer but I study law and this I'm sure of. The only person in Arizona that could be sued must be Don McKinnon. \n\nI'm talking with a lawyer soon, it's confirmed, my retainer is in, and he could be liable for criminal charges of sabotaging my company, taking away the audit form he set up for us to work together with as a manager with me. For not being patient to let me find replacement coins and pursue working with them to help them as well. They show malice for not allowing negotiation and insisting that they must sue me and destroy my life. \n\nFurthermore, they are showing all signs of the following negative states of being:\n\nCallus: for not caring about Supernode three victims much objective proportions they can benefit from the nodes just the same as them. They decided to only tax new node member 5%, they would have to have twenty nodes to make up for Supernode three. They don’t want to give any of their own funds.
