      "body": "**<p><center>  **¡Muy buen dia a todos!** </center></p>**\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"> \nTengan a todos un gran saludo de mi parte a todos los miembros de la comunidad, la cual este es mi primer Post en esta comunidad de así mismo espero poder compartirles a todos mis acciones y experiencias que me suceden día a día.\n\n\n**<p><center>  **Churros Caseros** </center></p>**\n\nEran las 4:20PM , estaba culminando mi jornada labora, mientras tanto en el trayecto del trabajo a mi casa, todas las tardes hago un recorrido por el  Centro Comercial de la ciudad para poder despejar un poco mi mente después de un gran día de trabajo, justamente recorro por el área de comida de así mismo me topo con un aroma riquísima de churros recién hechos, efectivamente a dos locales estaba un puesto de churros, con sentir el aroma exquisito ya contaba con cosquilleo hambriento en mis tripas de poder comprar algunos churros.\n\nNo me detuve a comprarlos, ya que tenia que estar en la parada 4:32PM para poder tomar el bus, ya era las 4:26PM y el reloj no dejaba de avanzar, tenia que continuar con mi camino para poder llegar a tiempo.\n\nUna vez en el bus, me quede con las ganas de poder comer churros, pero a la vez me surgió una pregunta por mi mente...... ¿Serán Fáciles de hacer?, ¿Contare con los ingredientes?, ¿No seria nada del oto mundo?.... pues muchas preguntas pasaban por mi mente, pero las ganas de comer churros eran inmensas, a la vez me intrigaba la curiosidad de poder hacerlos.\n\nAl llegar a mi casa, tomé la decisión de hacer los churros, busque una receta por Internet, lave mis manos y comencé a prepararlos...\n\n[-Receta Utilizada](https://www.directoalpaladar.com/postres/te-explicamos-como-preparar-facilmente-mejores-churros-caseros)\n\n\n**<p><center>  **Elaboración** </center></p>**\n\nLos ingredientes que utilicé fueron:\n\n* 1 Taza de agua\n* 1 Taza de Harina de trigo\n* 1 Cda de Esencia de vainilla (Opcional)\n* 2 Cda de Mantequilla\n* 1/2 Cda de sal\n* 1 Huevo (Opcinal)\n\n\n1) Coloque en una olla pequeña la Taza de agua, esencia de vainilla y la mantequilla. Mientras esperaba que el agua comenzaba a hervir, tamice la harina de trigo en una taza a parte...(realice este proceso adicional para que cuando la agregue al agua no vaya a crear grumos)... cuando el agua estaba hirviendo, apague la cocina e inmediatamente agregue la taza de harina.\n\n2) Una vez que la harina consumió toda el agua, comencé a mezclar la harina hasta que la mezcla no contenga grumos..\n\n3) después de 5 minutos mezclando, agregue 1 huevo y nuevamente comencé a mezclar.... otros 5 minutos después, la mezcla ya no contaba con ningún tipo de grumos me daba la señal de que estaba lista..\n\n4) Tome la masa de los churros y la coloque poco a poco en una manga pastelera, de así mismo comencé a darle forma a los churros con la ayuda de la manga pastelera. Mientras tanto, puse un caldero con aceite en la cocina para que comenzara a calentarse.\n\n\n\n 5) 3 minutos después,  ya tenia las forma de los churros, los coloque uno a uno en el caldero con aceite, espere a que se cocinaran (tomo como un aprox de 7 minutos) y al rato ya tenían ese color doradito.\n\n\n![IMG-20210908-WA0072.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmexDWuwB6UFV2vGJbzYQv2Tk2SuijQ3NcUmK8NAgFLQYQ/IMG-20210908-WA0072.jpg)\n\n\n 6) Finalmente pase los churros por una mezcla de Azúcar y Canela, y  listo ya tenia churros en mi paladar....\n\n\n![IMG-20210908-WA0073.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaLtRsjpDn28HEKRMY4QWSkhW4RWPruqhK2Td1YLXmvoK/IMG-20210908-WA0073.jpg)\n\n\n\nA pesar de todo el proceso, pude complacer mis ganas de comer churros y quede tan impresionado de ser mi primera vez preparándolos, pues no me quedaron tan mal.
