| title | Jamie Dimon is still the FRAUD and Bitcoin to $100k and Beyond |
| body | 4 years ago when bitcoin was trading at $3,698 I reminded readers that the true frauds in our system are the banks and the banksters like Jamie Dimon. Below are some of the things he was saying at the time: “Bitcoin is backed by nothing“ “Bitcoin is a horrible store of value” “Bitcoin will not survive” “Bitcoin is going nowhere” “My daughter bought bitcoin and it went up and she thinks she’s a genius” “Bitcoin is a fraud” Truly a pathetic individual. US debt had just hit a record $20 trillion and spending had topped $428 billion setting an all-time monthly record. Bitcoin was just 0.0035% of US debt and less than 1% of the globe owned it. We clearly stated "BITCOIN IS NO WHERE CLOSE TO A BUBBLE." Boy were we right, Bitcoin just hit $66,997 after approval of first US Bitcoin ETF this week by the SEC, ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITO). Bitcoin adoption and financialization continues to grow and multiple indicators show that crypto adoption is growing faster than the internet did. We believe this will continue and more institutions and people will continue to adopt bitcoin increasing its network effect and market value even further. We also predicted that there would be another global recession and that "bitcoin will likely be a black hole for dollars around the globe looking to find a safe haven". Sure enough in 2020 we experienced COVID Pandemic Recession around the globe with markets crashing including Bitcoin. As markets started to recover Bitcoin sure enough became the black hole for capital decoupling from markets and taking off from Covid low of $4,590 on 3/16/21 to over $30k by the end of the year. We expect Bitcoin to continue to be a black hole for capital as central banks continue to print trillions yearly. Here we are in Q4 2021 and US national debt has just hit $28.9T from $20T in just 4 short years for an increase of 44.5%. This is not sustainable and we expect global debt to continue to rise at even faster pace. Biden administration has proved to be a disaster and nothing seems to be working or getting better. We expect another period of negative growth in the near future and will only be more rocket fuel for Bitcoin. It was too easy to predict and all but a certainty in our minds but Bitcoin passed JPMorgan in marketcap at $25,000. Bitcoin is now 2.51 JPMorgan's which is largest US bank pretty impressive and Jamie Dimon is still a fraud. BTC is larger than Visa, JPMorgan, Facebook and Tesla. BTC is now 72% of Amazon and I expect Bitcoin to be larger than AMZN in next 60 days. Next targets Apple, Microsoft and Gold. It is exciting to see that crypto adoption continues to grow, we fully expect layer 2 solutions to continue to to be created and improve adding value to bitcoin but most importantly have a day in the near future when you no longer have to use a traditional bank and transact in the marketplace directly with people and businesses. That's the day we can tell Jamie to F*CK OFF and send him into retirement where he belongs. We expect Bitcoin price to continue to rise into next year and have set a price target of $200,000 by end of 2022. Bitcoin (BTC) price at time of writing $66,997. Disclaimer: You should perform your own research and make your own investment decisions, this is not investment advice. I own or may plan to own cryptocurrencies mentioned above. |

| title | Why Ethereum will hit $500 in 2017 |
| body | First off as a disclaimer, I own Ethereum and Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies and this should not be construed as investment advice. Please do your own research before investing. I purchased my first Bitcoin in 2013 and started buying Ether in January of this year as low as $11.05. I have always been interested in finance, the economy, and investing and opened my first stock account when I was 12. I grew up during the Greenspan era and have lived a great American middle-class life. I studied Economics in college and when the great recession hit in 2008, I followed it closely. The Fed through stimulus, bailouts, QE, and financial engineering has “saved” the markets but many of us know something just isn’t right. Central banks around the globe have printed trillions and their balance sheets have swelled to over $15T and this growth has accelerated since 2016. With the trillions in money printing we are growing at less than 2% according to government statistics and it is clear more and more debt is now required for each percentage point of growth at the expense of future generations. Keep in mind this money is being printed out of thin air and backed by nothing but the full faith and credit of the US government and others around the globe. With the top 0.1% now having roughly the same wealth as the bottom 90%, it is clear who the federal reserve has benefited since its creation in 1913. If you like me are not happy with this runaway spending in Washington and at the Federal Reserve, we have had little alternative to opt out of the current system. Sure we can invest in gold and silver (great stores of value for thousands of years), but not great mediums of exchange in this digital age. That is, until Bitcoin came onto the scene in January of 2009. When I first heard of bitcoin in 2013, I immediately knew I had to get my hands on this exciting new technology. Fast-forward to 2017, and we now have the option to invest our hard-earned money in hundreds of alternate crypto currencies whose total market cap now exceeds $112B. Ethereum has really stuck out to me as a technology that has the potential to disrupt the current system and change the world. In March 2017 when the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance was announced with the likes of Toyota, Samsung, Microsoft, Intel, JP Morgan, Merck, BNY Mellon, BP, ING, UBS, CME Group and others it was crystal clear to me that this was the start of something big. Since that time, Ethereum has rallied over 1,500% and in my opinion, this is just the beginning. In this digital age credit cards are how we transact globally. In the US, total credit card debt will top $1T this year. Merchants have to pay roughly 1.95% - 2% per transaction or more and now with Ethereum you can pay any merchant around the globe essentially instantly with no counterparty risk for pennies. I just sent $3,000 for less than $0.15, this is truly remarkable. No banks or credit card processing companies whose servers can go down and track your purchases. This aspect alone is a game changer not to mention its amazing ability to store value through fixed and limited supply over holding currency being printed into oblivion by runaway central banks. With currency crisis around the globe, many are fleeing their native currencies for stability of purchasing power in crytpo currencies. In India there has been a ~20% premium to buy bitcoin in response to the government’s recent restrictions on the rupee. This is a global market and as more people and businesses learn about the benefits of digital currencies, adoption will continue to grow. We will likely see first viral applications in the next year or two at current growth rates with US based Coinbase adding over 40k new users in one day alone recently. Crypto currencies are the internet of money. What happened when the internet started competing with music, media, TV, movies, and news? The $1.45T market cap of Netflix, Apple, and Google say the internet won. Next up on that list, traditional banking. The CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace said May 2017 average daily volume reached 16.5 million contracts, up 11% on the year. Imagine if Ethereum captures just a portion of the daily volume invested in global markets on a daily basis, not to mention daily credit payments and money sent around the globe. Also imagine what instantaneous settlement does for these markets as opposed to the current system where you have to wait days for settlement with higher fee structures. Then you have increasing numbers of central banks and governments working on digitizing their national currencies. China and Russia are reviewing using Ethereum as the base protocol for a digital Yuan and Ruble. The Royal Chinese Mint is testing Ethereum and its ERC 20 token to digitize the renminbi (RMB) or Chinese yuan. We are truly at the beginning of something spectacular, a truly free market innovation in money that we have never seen before. With Ethereum currently trading at $335, the current market cap of $31B is just a drop in the bucket of its upside potential. At a current supply of ~92.4mm when Ethereum hits $500, total market cap will be $46.2B. This will likely happen in the next 6 months with the current macro climate and troubles facing bitcoin. Bitcoin has been having block size limit issues for quite some time. As a result, there have been debates on whether Bitcoin should increase its block size in order to cater to more investors. While Bitcoin has a few scaling options, I don’t anticipate the communities coming to an agreement with current incentives in the market and expect the great flippening to occur by August 5th with the current ETH/BTC ratio at ~66%. We have seen quite the run in cryptos the last few months and may need to take another breather before the next leg up, however this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to jump on the crypto train. Similar to the start of the internet, eBay, Paypal, the iPhone, and Facebook. Cryptos and their decentralized nature are truly a disruptive technology and the sky is the limit. Finally fair and free money for all. Congratulations to all that are holding and participating in this amazing technology, if you haven’t done so already send a friend some BTC or ETH and get them on the crypto train! "title": "Why Ethereum will hit $500 in 2017",
"body": "First off as a disclaimer, I own Ethereum and Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies and this should not be construed as investment advice. \n\nCentral banks around the globe have printed trillions and their balance sheets have swelled to over $15T and this growth has accelerated since 2016. With the top 0.1% now having roughly the same wealth as the bottom 90%, it is clear who the federal reserve has benefited since its creation in 1913.\n\n \n\nIf you like me are not happy with this runaway spending in Washington and at the Federal Reserve, we have had little alternative to opt out of the current system. \n\nFast-forward to 2017, and we now have the option to invest our hard-earned money in hundreds of alternate crypto currencies whose total market cap now exceeds $112B. \n\nSince that time, Ethereum has rallied over 1,500% and in my opinion, this is just the beginning. In India there has been a ~20% premium to buy bitcoin in response to the government’s recent restrictions on the rupee.\n\nThis is a global market and as more people and businesses learn about the benefits of digital currencies, adoption will continue to grow. \n\nThe CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace said May 2017 average daily volume reached 16.5 million contracts, up 11% on the year. Imagine if Ethereum captures just a portion of the daily volume invested in global markets on a daily basis, not to mention daily credit payments and money sent around the globe. Also imagine what instantaneous settlement does for these markets as opposed to the current system where you have to wait days for settlement with higher fee structures.\n\nThen you have increasing numbers of central banks and governments working on digitizing their national currencies. This will likely happen in the next 6 months with the current macro climate and troubles facing bitcoin.\n\nBitcoin has been having block size limit issues for quite some time. \n\n\n\nWe have seen quite the run in cryptos the last few months and may need to take another breather before the next leg up, however this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to jump on the crypto train. | title | We NAILED it on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Altcoins in 2017 and what I expect in 2018 |
| body | In August when Bitcoin was trading at $3,346 and Ethereum at $266, I posted an article entitled "Bitcoin to hit $5,000 and Ethereum $500" and boy was I right, bitcoin surpassed $5,000 in October and has since topped $20,000 and Ethereum passed $500 in November and recently hit $881 this month. I have been a long time bitcoin HODLer, but just started buying Alts around this time and highlighted the coins below at the prices below. The gains have been spectacular to say the least. Bitcoin (BTC) - $3,346 / 309.77% GAIN Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - $290 / 883.79% GAIN Ethereum (ETH) - $266 / 154.97% GAIN Litecoin (LTC) - $45.85 / 490.60% GAIN NEM (XEM) - $0.26 / 271.54% GAIN Dash (DASH) - $192 / 511.97% GAIN IOTA (MIOTA) - $0.48 / 612.50% GAIN NEO (ANS) - $18.71 / 209.99% GAIN Monero (XMR) - $48.72 / 571.86% GAIN EOS (EOS) - $1.77 / 349.72% GAIN Veritaseum (VERI) - $147.50 / 117.03% GAIN PIVX (PIVX) - $1.91 / 529.32% GAIN CloakCoin (CLOAK) - $4.70 / 332.77% GAIN Waves (WAVES) - $5.54 / 146.93% GAIN Qtum (QTUM) - $11.96 / 345.65% GAIN For an average gain of 388.53% in 4 months and 2 weeks!! Not bad, it has paid off picking coins in the top 20-50 by market capitalization. Bitcoin was clearly overbought this month by many metrics and corrected almost 50% to nearly $10,000 and has since rebounded to over $13,000. It is now oversold in my opinion and is a value in the $13,000 range. Many are claiming the bubble has popped and that the overall market is headed lower. This has been historically the time to buy and this time is no different. I think we easily see gains of 200%+ in 2018 and could potentially see bitcoin top $50,000 in 2018. Many people think it is too late to buy and this is not the case. Now that Wall street has placed its stamp of approval on bitcoin through CBOE and CME futures, we will see more funds flow into the crypto digital asset class in 2018. Wall Street is late to the game and in my opinion we are just seeing them now start to come into the market in size which explains the big gains we have seen this month with bitcoin rising $10k/coin in the month of December alone. There will be many funds starting up in Q1 which will bring billions into the space. You also have investment banks like Goldman jumping in with trading desks next year. The biggest catalysts not yet apparent to the market will be Central Banks and eventually pension funds jumping in the ring. A total market cap of just $530B is peanuts to where I believe this market can go in the years ahead. I expect the total market cap of cryptos to pass $1T in 2018. I believe bitcoin will see much higher levels in 2018, however I believe select altcoins will outperform bitcoin. Many of the coins I have liked, I continue to like and have listed them below. I believe with the mass adoption we are starting to see, the biggest challenge for all cryptos will be scaling. Unfortunately I believe Ethereum is too far down the road on the project and even with adjustments will get passed up by other smart contract platform alternatives. Bitcoin (BTC) - $13,711.71 Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - $2,852.98 Litecoin (LTC) - $270.79 NEM (XEM) - $0.97 Dash (DASH) - $1,174.98 IOTA (MIOTA) - $3.42 NEO (NEO) - $57.99 Monero (XMR) - $327.33 EOS (EOS) - $7.96 PIVX (PIVX) - $12.02 Qtum (QTUM) - $53.30 Cardano (ADA) - $0.38 Ripple (XRP) - $1.03 OmiseGO (OMG) - $14.07 Basic Attention Tokem (BAT) - $0.36 Populous (PPT) - $36.71 VeChain (VET) - $1.28 ZCoin (XZC) - $84.36 Where do you think bitcoin can go in 2018? A recent twitter poll had responses all over the board with 20% saying under $10,000, 36% $10,000-$25,000, 8% $25,000-$40,000, and 36% saying over $40,000. If bitcoin stays in its current parabolic trend channel, BTC $50k is not out of the question in Q1 of 2018. If you thought 2017 was a good year, just wait. 2017 was the year that Crypto caught everyone's attention, 2018 will be the year that it goes mainstream. We will likely see continued user adoption, more wallets, more reliable exchanges, increased merchant adoption, and more real world use cases. Merry Christmas and happy HODLing! A great place to buy altcoins is Binance.com, they have many coins listed, have reliable site, and their fees are lower. Binance: https://www.binance.com/?ref=10960793 Bitcoin (BTC) price at time of writing $13,711.71. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) price at time of writing $2,852.98. Disclaimer: You should perform your own research and make your own investment decisions, this is not investment advice. I own or may plan to own cryptocurrencies mentioned above. |

| title | The Bitcoin BULL is still INTACT and why I was RIGHT to hold these Coins |
| body | Just 5 days ago I said "I believe Segwit1x is going nowhere and will survive the upcoming fork" and sure enough within just 12 hours of my post, the SegWit2X fork was called off. I also said my favorite coins other than Bitcoin (BTC) are Monero (XMR) which has rallied 25.9%, Dash (DASH) up 39.6%, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) up a whopping 117.7%, and NEO (NEO) down 2.1%. I also said "I think Bitcoin Cash will rally if there is any turbulence in the fork", and the fork getting called off was just what Bitcoin Cash needed for a nice rally. To hedge against the fork I sold a small portion of BTC and ETH and added to my positions in BCH and DASH and also increased my cash position. The fact that the fork was called off shows the resilience of the NO2Xers and it is also clear that much of the capital that flowed into BTC anticipating a free 2X larger block dividend coin sold out of BTC post fork cancellation and poured into BCH which drove it up over $2,400. BTC rallied briefly post fork cancellation to over $7,800 hitting a new all-time high and has since dropped to ~$6,000. The fact that BTC has sold off ~$1,800 or ~30% and the total market cap has stayed flat around $200B shows this capital flowed into other coins with similar use cases but lower transaction fees such as those listed above. There is clearly a use case for a digital store of value similar to gold (BTC) and a use case for a digital cash (BCH). The average transaction fee for BTC hit a new record high of $10.69 yesterday (ridiculous), while the average transaction fee for BCH is just $0.20. I do believe Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash can and will coexist and serve different use cases, it is not a zero sum game. I believe both teams should focus on building and improving their projects and not on destroying one another. With that said I still think the transaction fees for BTC are excessive and would benefit from a larger block size as Satoshi originally envisioned. For those calling this BCH rally a pump and dump or temporary I think they are mistaken. Bitcoin Cash is here to stay and I do not believe we will see sub $500 like we saw just weeks ago ever again. This is also a lesson to hang onto your Bitcoin dividends as it is a way to stay diversified and not keep all your eggs in one basket. I believe the Bitcoin BULL is still intact and am reaffirming my price target of $10,000 by year end. I just added to my BTC position at $6,000 and will add more if we drop further. Always a good idea to have some dry powder to capitalize on these corrections. Wall Street has missed the BTC train and will be getting aboard on this next leg up. Bitcoin (BTC) price at time of writing $6,042.92. Bitcoin Cash (BCH) price at time of writing $1,380.83. Disclaimer: You should perform your own research and make your own investment decisions, this is not investment advice. I own or may plan to own cryptocurrencies mentioned above. |
