| title | 6 threatening volcanoes for this 2018 |
| body | By the end of 2017,***Mount Agung*** has been much talked about. Located in **Bali**, this volcano has indeed shown signs of activity letting fear an imminent eruption. He has thus evacuated the most threatened populations living at his feet. So, are there other volcanoes like him that you have to worry about? The answer is yes, of course. Our planet has hundreds of volcanoes, a number of which remains to be discovered in the depths of the oceans ... In **Indonesia** alone, 18 of the 139 active volcanoes in 2017 "have triggered warnings for more than normal seismic activity, soil deformation or gas emissions," three experts write in a report. article on volcanoes to watch for in 2018. They add that between 14 and 27 volcanoes erupted in the world each week last year. Fortunately, for many of them, they are nice effusions or small explosions (or moderates). Nothing to do with the eruption of Mount ***Tambora*** in 1815, still in Indonesia, considered the most powerful in recent history. And even though it killed more than 92,000 people and had an impact on the climate, it "does not weigh against the super-eruptions of the geological past," the researchers say. The most formidable of these last 25 million years was that of Toba, a supervolcan of Sumatra erupted 74,000 years ago. But Ralf Gertisser (University of Keele), Katie Preece (University of Glasgow) and Sylvain Charbonnier (University of South Florida) are reassuring: "There is little chance that a similar disaster will happen again soon."Some of them have already had activity so far in 2018. # 1. Mount Shinmoe, Japan The Kirishima Mountains in Japan have several volcanoes. But the most feared of these is Mount Shinmoe, which not so long ago, in 2011, was at the origin of one of the largest eruptions on Earth in fifty years. Erupted again last October, the alert level in early 2018 remains high (you can see it live here). # 2. The Merapi, Indonesia The Merapi in Indonesia is much better known, probably for its more frequent eruptions. It is considered one of the most dangerous in the world and, to date, the deadliest of the twenty-first century (400 deaths in 2010). He is rather sleepy right now, "there is no sign that a new volcanic activity is coming." Nevertheless, the scientists do not leave the eyes, being wary of this giant who sleeps ... # 3. Öræfajökull, in Iceland Everyone has heard about Eyjafjöll in Iceland, lurking beneath the Eyjafjallajökull Glacier, when it woke up in 2010. But a few hundred kilometers away, to the east, the Öræfajökull is giving signs of activity for about six months. Seismic shocks were recorded and the glacier covering the main crater collapsed. For volcanologists, it's a clue that the temperature goes up inside. Its Icelandic name meaning "glacier of desolate (or abandoned) lands" recalls the catastrophic eruption of 1362; this was followed by floods which pushed the inhabitants to leave the region. # 4. The Popocatepetl, Mexico Located 70 kilometers south of the Mexican capital, Mexico City, Popocatépetl ("the smoking mountain" in Nahuatl) is a monster reaching 5,426 meters in activity since 2005. Its most powerful eruption in modern times is produced in 1996. As can be seen through the webcams that observe it, the volcano experiences eruptions intermittently "which are accompanied by a magnification of the lava dome, explosions, plumes of ashes" rising a few kilometers high and more minor ash fallout in the vicinity. " # 5. The Villarrica, Chile Let's stay on the American continent, but this time in South America, Chile, where the Villarrica, one of the three largest stratovolcano in the Andes, shows a revival of activity. Since November 2017, lava fountains erupt up to 150 meters in height, say researchers. # 6. Kilauea, Hawaii In the middle of the Pacific Ocean, on the Big Island of the Hawaiian Islands, Kilauea has been throwing up lava for thirty-five years and "there is no reason for it to 'stop soon,' say the authors. It flows from its five-kilometer-long crater and, above all, from the eruptive mouth of Pu'u'Ō'ō. |

| title | 5 common mistakes in young investors |
| body | Whatever the field, it is always better to start learning young. Investment is no exception to the rule. Errors are common when learning a new subject, but when it comes to money, it can have serious consequences. No panic, however, as young investors have the luxury of flexibility and enough time to take risks and recover from their losses. # Procrastinating Procrastinating is never good, but because the markets are constantly changing, this can be particularly detrimental to your investments. Finding good investment ideas is never easy. If, after doing research, you discover a good investment idea, it is important to act quickly, before the rest of the market realizes it and you are ahead. Young investors, in particular, may be reluctant to grab a good idea for fear or lack of experience. Missing a good investment idea can lead to two bad scenarios: * The investor will review his opinion up and buy at a price too high. Maybe the investor is right in thinking that a security rated 25 euro should be worth 50. If it reaches 50 euro before he could buy it, he will tend to rationalize his mistake and revising the price target upward. The title would then be artificially ... 60 euros. * The young investor is looking for a replacement investment quickly. In the previous example, the investor who did not buy the title, increased from 25 euros to 50 euros, may try to find another that will double the price. As a result, he may be buying another title too hastily, without having done the previous investigation work, in order to compensate for his previous "missed opportunity". Young investors often end up with too many choices and not enough money. # Speculate instead of investing Being young is an advantage in his career as an investor. At equal wealth, the age of an investor positively affects the risk level that he or she can take. A young investor may seek to make bigger returns by taking bigger risks. This is so because if a young investor loses money, he will have time to recover from his losses. It may sound like an argument for speculation, but it is not. Any novice investor will be seduced by speculation if he does not fully understand the investment process. Speculation is often similar to gambling because the speculator is not always rational in his decisions. The sole reason for the purchase is that the stock could appreciate. This can be dangerous ; many experienced investors are just waiting to take advantage of their less experienced counterparts. Rather than speculating and wagering, a young investor should look to invest in companies with greater upside potential over the long term. Thus, while a diversified portfolio of small caps may not be suitable for an investor approaching retirement, a young investor will be better equipped to manage this risk and will benefit from it. The last risk associated with speculation is that a big loss can mark a young investor and affect his future investment choices. This can give rise to a fear of investment. # Use too many lever effect It has its advantages and disadvantages. If investors have the opportunity to add leverage to their portfolios, it's good when they're young! As mentioned earlier, young investors can recover from losses more easily by generating future profits / revenues. But beware, just like speculation, too much leverage can negate your capital. If a young investor is able to cash a 20 to 25% drop in his portfolio without feeling discouraged, a 40 to 50% drop in leverage that is twice as big may be too much to bear. The consequences of such a loss are similar to those of a loss due to speculation: the young investor may be discouraged and develop an excessive risk aversion for the rest of his life as an investor. Feel free to use the trading demo accounts offered by your broker to get started! # To ask too little questions If an action falls a lot, the young investor often expects his share price to rebound immediately. But this happens only rarely because often the price of an action collapses ... for good reasons. Always ask "why?" If an asset trades at only half of its value, there is necessarily a reason and it is the investor's responsibility to find it. Young investors who do not know the pitfalls of investing too often make decisions without taking into account enough parameters. # Do not invest When you are still young, it can be difficult to plan your investments for the long term. It's so much easier to find out how to spend your money; home equipment, appliances, car, etc ... And anyway, the retirement seems so far! And yet ... it is better to sow early to harvest bigger. Capitalized returns will help you. |

| title | What are the fluctuations of cryptocurrencies? |
| body | # Buying and sellin Crypto-currencies, like all other assets, are priced differently depending on the market (depending on supply and demand). In a simplified way, thousands of sales and purchase orders are set at a given price and quantity. When someone buys, he executes the cheapest contract (he buys at the best price). The person who wishes to buy after the first individual, must do so against a more expensive order. We can therefore deduce that the price has increased. Conversely sales, the more sales are executed, the more the price will decrease. Other mechanisms govern the theory of supply and demand. So, if traders think that the current price is below the true market value (that the asset is undervalued), they will be more likely to want to buy. Conversely, if the price is too high, they will be more likely to want to sell. For example, let's imagine that someone just bought 1 Bitcoin for 10,000 €. Let's say now that 3 people want to buy Bitcoin at 9,500, 9,000, 8,500 and 3 other people want to sell at 10,500, 11,000, 11,500. If a person wants to buy 1 Bitcoin instantly, they will have to buy it at 10,500 €, the best price on the market. As a result, the price of Bitcoin will have increased by $ 500. # The movements Cryptocurrency (and stock) price movements do not depend solely on speculation. Important events can take place, raising or lowering the course. Thus, when a cryptocurrency is introduced on a new exchange general public, new buyers will be able to acquire this crypto, and thus its price increases. Conversely, when a hack on a cryptocurrency takes place, its price drops. The result of an event on the price of an asset reflects the trust investors place in it. |

| body | # Buying and sellin Crypto-currencies, like all other assets, are priced differently depending on the market (depending on supply and demand). The result of an event on the price of an asset reflects the trust investors place in it. |

| title | Why travel changes our lives? |
| body | You, dear travelers, do you think that the journey transforms a life? I would assume that yes, that's what you think. Because when you come back from an adventure, you feel different: you feel stronger, you feel good, you feel confident and you feel especially alive. We see life in another way, and we try to transpose all the good things of our journey into our daily routine. It's normal, in my opinion. Traveling transforms a life, transforms our personality and the person we are. And here are just 7 things that change every day when we come back from a trip with our adorable backpack. 7 things that obviously change for the better! # 1. The notion of life changes, drastically and completely I could have written a complete article just on this point ... When you travel, the whole notion of life changes, and that's what I explain in my article "The trip is a bit like a mental illness ". In our homeland, we often take the little things of life for granted and we enter our imposed routine without realizing that life is not just for work. When traveling, we do not take anything for granted: we bite into life, we live the experience thoroughly! We start to watch the trees dance to the wind, to listen to the sound of the waves so relaxing, to appreciate the kindness of people, to taste the local flavors, to appreciate all the beauties of the region and to use our five senses to live the moment fully. Traveling changes the notion we have of life, since we say that this ability to enjoy the moment when we are traveling must be transposed to our everyday life in our homeland. It is not only traveling that we can, and especially we must, live fully! # 2. Spontaneity becomes something much easier When traveling, it is often necessary to be spontaneous: we let ourselves be guided by the new people we meet, we decide to walk in a small alley that seems attractive, we get on a bus to nowhere and we land in a place that seems pretty ... Yes, for some, we plan our trip in terms of air transport and accommodation, but remains that spontaneity remains at the heart of our adventures. So when you come home, spontaneity has less secrets and becomes much easier. We do not let ourselves be shaken by unanticipated changes: we only live them! # 3. The comfort zone takes on a whole new meaning Going on a trip means going out of one's comfort zone. But like a quote I like, beautiful things happen almost all outside of our comfort zone. When we cross borders, we are confronted with another way of life, a barrier of languages (very often), different cultures, different ways of doing things, in short, a whole different way of life! We must adapt and use creativity, sometimes, to achieve our ends. If that's not it, get out of his comfort zone, so tell me what it is! # 4. Meeting new people becomes one of the most beautiful activities Traveling always makes meeting new people. Always always And it is also one of the greatest beauties of the trip, in my opinion. If you are traveling to a hostel, I am almost convinced that you are doing it for the low price, but also to meet other travelers who are a little in the same state of mind as you. So, it looks like when you come back to the country, you become a little more sociable, more smiling and more inclined to talk to people, right? # 5. The notion of friend also takes on a whole new meaning We know that people we meet on a trip are not real true friends who will stay with us for 20 years. But despite everything, he develops a bond with them that would not develop with our own friends, in our country. Traveling with new people means experiencing new experiences with them and sharing a bond of proximity and understanding that is not found anywhere else, with no one else. We're seeing the same things at the same time, and the discussions are so easy that we seem to have known each other for years, quite often. So, the notion of friend changes. And it's for the best! They are ephemeral friends, so to speak, but they are friends that will be remembered for a long time. Much more than our 200 Facebook friends who are never spoken to. # 6. The notion of living the present moment is anchored in our blood and veins As I said above, when you travel, you have no choice but to take advantage of the present moment (if not, why travel?). We appreciate what we see, what we feel, what we hear, what we taste, what we touch ... We appreciate the fact of being so far away, in a landscape so beautiful, while our friends and family are working and pulling weeds on their land. I exaggerate, but you see the kind? When traveling, we realize how lucky we are to be here at this moment. And it is by developing this ability to enjoy the present moment elsewhere that we are able to better appreciate this same moment at home. Appreciate the present moment, it is done on a trip, but also with us, and that's what the journey allows to learn, very often! What learning ... Probably one of the most beautiful that travel can bring! # 7. What is most valuable to us are not objects anymore, but experiences Again, I was talking about it in my article on "Why traveling is not an expense but an investment": when you travel, you value memories and experiences, not objects. We realize that wealth does not lie in our bank account, but in what we have lived and in what we expect to live in the future. So we plan our budget not based on the purchase of branded clothing, cars of the year or 5-star restaurants at $ 100 a plate that we will not remember in 10 years. We plan our budget to be able to travel again and again, to live experiences and create memories that we will remember all our lives. Real wealth is not material, it is a little what travel helps to teach us, too. |

| title | 5 keys to entrepreneurship, "Never give up" |
| body | History is full of entrepreneurs who had to overcome all kinds of obstacles to carry out their dreams. Henry Ford tried five times to start an automobile company and they all went bankrupt. Masaru Ibuka wanted to invent a pot to make rice but every time he presented his invention they told him that he was born for anything but to create, this was the founder of Sony. But what did all these characters have in common: "Never go back, never give up." ## Perseverance The main characteristic, essential in every entrepreneur, the one that marks the difference between a successful and mediocre one is the tenacity and perseverance to achieve the objectives and never falter. ## Passion Passion is an essential component that guides other behaviors, and makes it survive the sacrifice required by the company. Entrepreneurs give themselves to their activity with body and soul to achieve the goals and objectives set. ## Creativity and innovation Creativity is the process by which ideas are generated, developed and transformed into added value. It is not necessary to invent what is already invented, but it is necessary to identify new possibilities of doing things and guarantee differentiation. ## Expiration desire Entrepreneurs always think about how to improve and for that they are open to acquiring new experiences and knowledge. They read frequently, attend conferences and seminars, foster relationships with other professionals. You can always change and improve, because you can always learn. ## Sense of opportunity The entrepreneur identifies needs, problems and trends of the people who live around him and tries to devise alternatives of satisfaction or solution as the case may be. |
