Why? What makes it so cool? Well Dubai is the country with the best hotels that can exist.  Just to mention something.\n\n\nHave you noticed that when talking about Dubai, one of the first images that come to mind is this building?\n\n\nWell that building is the Burj Al Arab hotel. It was designed to express luxury and grandeur and the truth is the first thing you notice just see the hotel from the outside. A hotel that caught my attention is the hotel Atlantis. This has a huge aquarium that can be seen almost anywhere in the hotel. But that is not based on this pots. Where did so much wealth come from and how does it stay? Dubai, like Venezuela began to grow when discovering oil.\n\n But they did not stay stuck in that income. Since the year 2000, this income began to decrease until reaching only 1% of the economy of this country despite having the largest oil reserve of the Arab Emirates. What did they do then?\n\nThey implemented a series of economic strategies to survive that are based, for example, on tourism, telecommunications, aviation and the export of aluminum.\n\n\nWhat does Dubai do with the income then? Well, he has invested them. A large part of this investment has been allocated to hotels and recreational and commercial establishments.\nFor example, Dubai has used part of its mining to invest it in high-value jewelry to be exported to other countries. And this is not something new, because at the beginning they subsisted on the pearls that they collected from their coasts and also used them for export.\n\n\nThe point of all this is simple. This country earns one currency and invests it to earn two more. Those two currencies are reversed and now you earn four, you invest and now you earn eight and so on, it was emerging and giving its inhabitants a stable life.\nSo comparing all this with Venezuela, WHAT HAS HAPPENED?       "body": "Esta mañana me gustaría hablarles de unos de mis viajes a uno de los lugares que mas me gustan en Venezuela. Y es la colonia tovar.  Esta colonia es una pequeña muestra de un país pluri-cultural. ¿Que es un país pluri-cultural? Es un pais que atraves del tiempo ha adoptado una gran cantidad de culturas. Y este es el caso de Venezuela. Desde el inicio Venezuela ha sido un país a ha alojado a una gran cantidad de inmigrantes, y la colonia tovar es una colonia alemana que ha mantenido su cultura. \n\nEste viaje comenzó un jueves por la noche. Fue un viaje especial por que íbamos junto amigos de siempre, todos en un mismo bus. Así que salimos del lugar a las 8 pm y temprano por la mañana llegamos a nuestro primer destino que fue en la victoria . Y para empezar, es un poblado bastante alto. Ahi llegamos ya al atardecer.  Al llegar bajamos del autobús y lo primero que llama la atencion es la abundante neblina que se ve.\n\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUAtuuZkBUjsp2DtZNF8WL6gHQxj8sy6NBEXb8b4tRTiN/image.png)\n\nSeguimos nuestro camino al hotel al cual teniamos que bajar hasta el fondo para poder llegar a el. Cabe destacar que disponer de un calentador es algo muy necesario en esta zona jejeje. Ya siendo de noche tomamos un buen abrigo y bajamos a comprar la cena. Era divertido ver como el frío salia de la boca al hablar.  Comimos, y luego nuevamente a la habitación a seguir compartiendo con los amigos y dormir. \n\nAl día siguiente desde el hotel se podía contemplar una bonita vista. Pues a la distancia se veían casas en la montaña y me hizo imaginarme la vida ahí. Así que llego la hora de comer. Y la verdad es una de las comidas mas ricas que he probado hasta ahora. La ensalada con salchicha polaca y alemana. Así que fuimos a nuestro hotel a conversar de nuestras experiencia vividas en ese día, compartir un poco de la comida que se compro, jugar con los compañeros y luego a dormir. Pero no si antes tomar una fotito mas.\n\n![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmWHMdc4K3KnahuaWBxBVVEAjyiS6Dw9q89oAPFBgot163/image.png)\n\nDe ese lugar aprendimos que su gente vive mucho del cultivo que se da en zonas templadas como por ejemplo la fresa, la papa, el durazno, el repollo, el cebollin, remolacha, zanahoria, la lechuga, etc. Muchos de ellos también viven del turismo. Pero es algo de lo que se puede sacar mucho mas provecho si en Venezuela no pretendieran vivir solo del petroleo. \n\nDespués de pasar una grata noche de descanso, solo nos quedaba empacar todo para subir nuevamente al bus y empezar nuestro viaje de retorno.
