      "body": "I’m happy to announce my new challenge here on steemit and hope to find some readers that are interested in my language challenge and my progress. \n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/8nj054XQfiI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen></iframe>\n\n\nI want to improve my French during the summer holiday break (and beyond). That’s why I decided to announce this publicly so that way I’m challenging myself to stick to my goal. The main reason why I want to improve it, is predominantly because of my language course that I have been taking for 1 year now, but I have been very unmotivated and because I don’t want to fall behind the others for next school year I need to catch up with my French. For the long term I want to be fluent in a few years, because I really like the sound of the language and I’m also very interested in language learning in general. So I decided to use the summer holiday break to learn French. For the course that I’m participating in I should be at an A2 level, right now I would consider myself to be at an A0-A1 level. So I’ll use my language books from school to learn the right vocabulary that I need for the course, but I’ll also use online resources like duolingo (a language learning app) and francaisfacile (a website for French grammar). In addition to that I’m planning to have a French tutor on italki.com, which is a website where you can find native language tutors from all over the world. For daily study time I plan 1h a day, maybe more since I have a lot of free time. \n\nSo I hope I’ll reach my goal. I’ll keep you updated for that for sure! And even if there is some evidence to health benefits, it is still not a miracle cure. But it can clearly have a positive impact on your health. Combined with a healthy balanced diet, sports and a balanced lifestyle it can help improving your health. If you haven’t tried Oolong tea already, you should give it a try - not only because of the health benefits but also because it tastes good. I recommend to go to a proper tea house and try different Oolongs so you can pick your favorite and hopefully you can then integrate your tea in your diet. This is me and my friend Tim and we met for the first time last week on Fuerteventura.\n \nWe have known us for almost 2 years already, but never met in real life before. We met on the internet in an online game. About 1 year ago I introduced him to the beautiful world of crypto currency and blockchain technology. He’s not into tech like I am and didn’t understand the concept at first, but after a while he was very interested. He was very intrigued by Bitcoin as a decentralized money system. In November last year we both started to invest in other Crypto currencies. After a while we saw that you can make good money with crypto trading - and lose a lot of money too! We both had lost about 30 per cent of our initial investment, but we kept strong and believed in the technology. Then in January 2017 it began to pay back. The people who have watched the market in the last 6 months probably know, what was going on. The crypto market exploded. Bitcoin went crazy and then crashed and went crazy again the last 3-4 months. So did the rest of the crypto market. So we both made quite good money out of it. Currently we are out of the day trading thing and just invest in coins that we think have great potential for the future and value to people. (including Steem of course). \n \nOn Tims birthday he send me a message that he want to relax and that he’s really stressed out and exhausted from the crypto trading and he's going to go on a holiday trip. So he went to the airport and booked a last minute flight to Fuerteventura. After I found out that he's actually travelling alone, I said that I will come with him. It was super spontaneous, but it was a great time.       "body": "Hi there. On the 12 of March 2017 I made my first post here on steemit. I wanted to change my life and document my journey here on steemit and I eventually failed - but not in all aspects. My goal was to have a better lifestyle, go out more, meditate, eat healthy, doing sports every day and focus on my “side hustle business”. Which I all did for about 3 weeks, until I had an injury, which happened during sports. \n \nWhile I was running I suddenly felt a pain in my knee. After going to the doctors he discovered that I had a meniscal tear and I would need surgery.  It was a very quick ambulant surgery and took place about almost 4 weeks ago. I felt very tired the first 2 weeks and the pain was acceptable. The doctors said I could start with doing sports 2 weeks after the operation -Which I didn’t. \nWhy? I don’t really know why, it seems that I fell back into my old habits and I lost my motivation, I also procrastinated more than I used to.  But I’m very confident to start over again, since I believe sports is very good for my health both mentally and physically. \n \nMy aim to meditate each day was more or less successful. I meditated even after my surgery, admittedly not every day. But I still think it has extraordinary benefits, that's why I also want to keep doing that. It also got a lot easier with the time. At the beginning I had struggle thinking to much or to hold still for 15-20 minutes, but now it got way more easier. \n\nI also worked a bit on my business. I wanted to take more time into it and although I was at home for about 3 weeks, I didn’t do as much as I wanted to. I sell my own “privat label” Thermos flasks on Amazon and I also working on a “niche- site” to promote my product. The Amazon business is just an experiment and a very cool experience for my to discover the world of entrepreneurship and Online Marketing. It’s a lot of work, a huge learning experience for me plus it’s fun and also allows me to earn some extra money to polish up my bank account ;)\n \n My long term goal however is to establish a brand in the tea market, because I became very passionate about tea. A dream of mine is to have my own tea shop or café. I’m also working on an information website about tea in German and also plan to start making Youtube videos. There is still a lot for me to learn about tea, but I’m enjoying it and making the website helps me a lot to manifest the things I’m learning. I also plan on writing some articles in English and posting them on steemit. \n \nAlthough I had some downfalls, I’m still motivated! I want to start doing sports again and also keep working on my projects and pursue my dream. I also want to post more regularly on steemit again and also post interesting articles about tea or personal development - things I enjoy.
