Es un plato exquisito para disfrutar, a la hora del almuerzo o la hora de la cena. <br/>Lo versátil de preparar este arroz, es que nos permite realizar su preparación con distintas clases de carnes, como de res, pollo, camarones etc. ### A continuación le presento la versión Venezolana de este delicioso plato: ## <center>Arroz Frito al estilo Venezolano</center> <center>![portada.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXZoZdypPWYpwhd9LMfZC9pX7Rrk22ytjyH8iB9VZztN7/portada.jpg)</center> ___ ## Ingredientes: * 1 Kilo 1/2 de Arroz * Aceite vegetal * 1 kilo de carne de res * 500 gramos de jamón * 1/2 kilo de salchichas * 2 Zanahorias grandes * 2 ramas de celery * 3 tallos de cebollin * 2 tallos de ajo porro * 1 Salsa de soja grande * Salsa de ajo * Sal y pimienta. ___ ## <center>Proceso de Preparación</center> ### Paso 1 **Recomendación:** Prepara el arroz con un día de anticipación y recuerda mantenerlo bien refrigerado. **Preparación del Arroz:**En una olla a fuego medio agrega por cada taza de arroz, 2 taza de agua y la sal al gusto al momento de hervir, baja el fuego y tapa el arroz, el tiempo de cocción es de 20 minutos. Esta receta tiene raíz en la cocina de los inmigrantes chinos que llegaron a la ciudad de San Francisco a finales del siglo 19, que en un primer lugar pretendían aprovechar las sobras de alimentos como carnes o vegetales y rendirlos al máximo al mezclarlo con arroz.

Es un plato exquisito para disfrutar, a la hora del almuerzo o la hora de la cena. <br/>Lo versátil de preparar este arroz, es que nos permite realizar su preparación con distintas clases de carnes, como de res, pollo, camarones etc. ### A continuación le presento la versión Venezolana de este delicioso plato: ## <center>Arroz Frito al estilo Venezolano</center> <center>![portada.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXZoZdypPWYpwhd9LMfZC9pX7Rrk22ytjyH8iB9VZztN7/portada.jpg)</center> ___ ## Ingredientes: * 1 Kilo 1/2 de Arroz * Aceite vegetal * 1 kilo de carne de res * 500 gramos de jamón * 1/2 kilo de salchichas * 2 Zanahorias grandes * 2 ramas de celery * 3 tallos de cebollin * 2 tallos de ajo porro * 1 Salsa de soja grande * Salsa de ajo * Sal y pimienta. ___ ## <center>Proceso de Preparación</center> ### Paso 1 **Recomendación:** Prepara el arroz con un día de anticipación y recuerda mantenerlo bien refrigerado. **Preparación del Arroz:**En una olla a fuego medio agrega por cada taza de arroz, 2 taza de agua y la sal al gusto al momento de hervir, baja el fuego y tapa el arroz, el tiempo de cocción es de 20 minutos. Previamente se debe lavar los "vegetales, la carne y embutidos" y picar en cubos de tamaño pequeños. ![ingredinetes.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmXSqcyYdMLKFJ9y8VvczqMdDNpyop2qvqTtq6Eommyt86/ingredinetes.jpg)</center> ### Paso 2 Usar una sartén grande y profunda o preferiblemente un Wok. Yo utilice un una saeten grande, colocamos a fuego alto y le agregamos 3 cucharadas de aceite vegetal. Luego saltearemos nuestras carnes y embutidos. Uno por uno en un tiempo de 8 a 10 minutos máximo, agregamos 2 cucharadas de sal y con la ayuda de la paleta de madera movemos las carnes y embutidos constantemente evitando así que se nos quemen. <center>![1.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmd9o8HVT255yQCNKv5kuZieUZ2R8mvBcBBp8d5CFewyWq/1.jpg)</center> ## Paso 3 Ahora comienza agregar a la sartén los vegetales picados en cubos pequeños, inicia con los mas duros hasta los mas blando (zanahoria, celery, ajo porro y el cebollin) por unos 5 a 6 minutos, y agregamos 3 cucharadas de salsa de ajo y por 2 minutos mas, revolviendo continuamente para que no se quemen. <center>![2.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdbhQAcPbZ9ZbvBqYPJYQhL92mPHxfELQ4pDzCtsKTzua/2.jpg)</center> ## Paso 4 Comenzamos a agregar a nuestra preparación la salsa de soja mezclamos con la paleta de madera y con la ayuda de un cucharon agregamos poco a poco nuestro arroz previamente ya listo del día anterior, mezclamos frecuentemente con la paletas de maderas por unos 6 minutos para evitar que se nos queme. Si notas que el arroz está muy pálido agrega un poco mas de la salsa de soja. Se puede disfrutar como plato único, o servir de acompañante de carnes, pollos o cerdo. Esta receta tiene raíz en la cocina de los inmigrantes chinos que llegaron a la ciudad de San Francisco a finales del siglo 19, que en un primer lugar pretendían aprovechar las sobras de alimentos como carnes o vegetales y rendirlos al máximo al mezclarlo con arroz.

Perfecta para preparar y degustar a la hora del almuerzo o cuando se tiene resaca, o malestar de gripe. De seguro les encantara.! # <center>La Sopa de Cruzado de Carnes y Pollo.</center> <center>![PORTADA.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcm8hGN54JCy1Ta6c9poQ5toYzWd6hSRnkfgYXPUEAGph/PORTADA.jpg)</center> ### <center>A continuación los ingredientes:</center> <br/> * **Ingredientes:** Agua 5 litros, 1 kilo de costilla de res, 1 kilo de huesos rojos, 1/2 kilo de pollo, 10 ajíes de colores, 2 cebollas grandes, 1/4 de de cilantro, 1/4 de cebollin. * **Verdura:** 2 Ocumos grandes, 1/2 auyama, 1 ñame grande, 5 yucas * **Condimentos:** 3 cucharitas de sal, 4 cucharita de ajo liquido o en grano, 2 cucharitas de oregano en polvo, 2 cucharita de adobo y sal al gusto. * **Utensilios a utilizar:** Olla grande, cuchillo, tabla para pica y paleta de madera. ### <center>Proceso de elaboración:</center> ## <center>Paso 1</center> Colocaremos una olla grande nuestras 2 carnes de res (costillas y huesos rojos) cubriremos todas nuestras carne con agua y encendemos la estufa a fuego alto.       "body": "Hola chic@s, saludos a todos, hoy compartiré como realizar una Sopa Cruzada de Carne y Pollo.\n\nNada mas rico para el alma que una deliciosa sopa. Perfecta para preparar y degustar a la hora del almuerzo o cuando se tiene resaca, o malestar de gripe.\n\nDe seguro les encantara.!\n\n# <center>La Sopa de Cruzado de Carnes y Pollo.</center>\n\n<center>![PORTADA.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcm8hGN54JCy1Ta6c9poQ5toYzWd6hSRnkfgYXPUEAGph/PORTADA.jpg)</center>\n\n### <center>A continuación los ingredientes:</center>\n<br/>\n* **Ingredientes:**\nAgua 5 litros, 1 kilo de costilla de res, 1 kilo de huesos rojos, 1/2 kilo de pollo, 10 ajíes de colores, 2 cebollas grandes, 1/4 de  de cilantro,  1/4 de cebollin.\n\n* **Verdura:** 2 Ocumos grandes, 1/2 auyama, 1 ñame grande, 5 yucas\n\n* **Condimentos:**  3 cucharitas de sal, 4 cucharita de ajo liquido o en grano, 2 cucharitas de oregano en polvo, 2 cucharita de adobo y sal al gusto.\n\n* **Utensilios a utilizar:**  Olla grande, cuchillo, tabla para pica y paleta de madera.\n\n\n### <center>Proceso de elaboración:</center>\n\n## <center>Paso 1</center>\n\nColocaremos una olla grande nuestras 2 carnes de res (costillas y huesos rojos) cubriremos todas nuestras carne con agua y encendemos la estufa a fuego alto.  Taparemos por 45 minutos a hervor hasta estar la carne completamente blanda. Mas adelante agregaremos el pollo.\n\n<center>![PASO 1.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWrpfpsVKUuWEL4jFrgbQGtfy7MfFBd8mspkTHk8PTKCR/PASO%201.jpg)</center>\n\n## <center>Paso 2</center>\n\nTomaremos las verduras, y con la ayuda de un cuchillo la pelaremos y  la cortaremos en cubos pequeños, luego procedemos a lavarlas.\n\nDe la misma manera tomaremos nuestros vegetales los lavamos y cortaremos.\n\nTanto las verduras como los vegetales los reguardaremos para mas adelante hacer uso de ellos.\n\n\n<center>![PASO 2.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmYjeanNpE4YZyxaCJpuXEcnzNfL433vtMnKg83tGfqe1Q/PASO%202.jpg)</center>\n\n## <center>Paso 3</center>\n\nUna vez ya pasada el tiempo de cocción de las 2 carnes de: **costilla y  huesos rojos**, es momento para agregar todas las verduras y luego con la paleta de madera esparciremos los ingrediente en la sopa. Para sazonar agregamos: las 4 cucharitas de ajo liquido y 2 cucharita de orégano en polvo y rectificamos el punto de sal si es necesario le agregamos ya que al inicio de la preparación se le agrego a la carne. \n\nNuestra verdura estarán blandas en un tiempo de cocción de 25 a minutos.\n<center>![PASO 3.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVuLbzQiuSVapa7SKbECNwFjU9vs6Qog7J2NeB1idZPyL/PASO%203.jpg)</center>\n\n## <center>Paso 4</center>\nLuego de pasado los 25 minutos  agregaremos nuestros vegetales, y nuestra 3era carne **el pollo**, para luego con la paleta de madera integrar todo. Ya la **SOPA DE CRUZADO DE CARNES Y POLLO** esta lista, el tiempo exacto de cocción es de 95 minutos.
