This was a gravel road with beach access 20 years ago with a few bungalow operations. These days it is all high-rise hotels with huge prices (relatively speaking for Thailand) and bad traffic. Pollution is becoming a problem and they do not have the infrastructure to deal with it. Also, most of the inhabitants are foreigners. |

| title | The Financial Collapse Will Begin After The Midterms |
| body |

So even before the Beer Cough Lockdowns many believed we were due for a recession, or at the very least an economic pullback. During lockdowns when nothing was being produced, nobody was working and nobody was traveling we saw the stock market, crypto, and real estate hit all time highs which made no sense. Eventually there will be a a price to pay for all the money printing and stupid decisions we made. Not only will we have to go through a recession that was due to happen in 2020 prior to the Beer Cough, we also will need to give up the insane gains we saw between 2020 and 2022, plus deal with the normal pullback we were due to have back in 2020, things are going to get bad. It's my belief that everything is going to start to unwind following the Midterms on November 8. Currently the economy is being artificially propped up. The Fed doesn't want to really truly hike interest rates and be accused of affecting elections, Biden continues to try to prop up gas prices by releasing our strategic reserves as traditionally the party in power doesn't fair well when gas prices are higher, in turn lower gas prices helps at least a little bit keep the economy propped up. I also believe the media is hiding how bad things truly are, and once Midterms are over and there's no reason to keep the charade going, the media will reveal how bad things truly are, that in turn will change people's behavior and make people spend less and live more defensively and in turn that will not cause a recession so much as one is inevidable anyways, but it will be the thing that triggers the true recession to begin. I believe we're currently in a recession and all these articles about how we "may" enter a recession are kind of dumb, but that's where we are today. As always I'd love to hear your thoughts on all of this so drop a comment down below. ********************************** Business Inquiries, Sponsor a Video, or Just Wanna Say What's Up... | body | Sorry, I didn't see this until now. I looked at your DTube account and it doesn't look like you actually ever created a DTube account because there is not DTC earnings associated with your account. It seemed like it was only ever logged in through your steem account so it was just posting to the STEEM blockchain. So now that you have a DTube account, you can also login to your Steem, Hive, and Blurt accounts as well so that when you put the link for your youtube videos in there it will blow it out to all those so you are earning 4 different types of coins. |

I looked at your DTube account and it doesn't look like you actually ever created a DTube account because there is not DTC earnings associated with your account. It seemed like it was only ever logged in through your steem account so it was just posting to the STEEM blockchain. So now that you have a DTube account, you can also login to your Steem, Hive, and Blurt accounts as well so that when you put the link for your youtube videos in there it will blow it out to all those so you are earning 4 different types of coins.",

| body | Dumb question but when I go to setup a Dtube account it sends me an email, I follow link in the email and it winds up telling me congratulations you're a DTuber and takes me to my page/account I had through my Steemit account. I don't see any place to obtain my posting keys and all my keys. Edit, Okay so using a new email I was able to get an account with keys. Is there anyway to take my "old account" I was logging in through Steemit and to get the keys for that or should I just use the new account? Trying to remember back I think I must have created a Dtube account years ago, guessing I lost the keys. |

| body |

Paypal was in the news and going viral all over social media over the weekend after making a change to their User Terms of Service which stated Paypal could fine users and deduct $2500 from their bank accounts for "spreading disinformation'. After this news went viral and people became outraged Paypal quickly backtracked saying this was a "mistake". No doubt something like this would have been approved of by Executives as well as Paypal's Legal Department, so it's tough to believe something like this happened "by mistake". Anyone who's used Paypal at any decent volume for any significant amount of time likely has had a negative experience or gripe about Paypal, so the ida they thought it was okay to steal money from people's bank accounts over the vague crime of "spreading misinformation" is pretty scary. I think this drives home the point we really need to monitor the terms of service documents we sign off on as well as who we give access to withdraw funds from our bank accounts. It's also odd that at a time when Paypal is struggling as a company in regards to their stock price as well as losing their stronghold on the payment space to companies like Stripe and Square as well as all the Buy Now Pay Later companies shows not only are they out of touch, but there's some very poor decision making going on with the management team. I'll leave it up to you to decide if you should keep your Paypal account open, and should you decide not to don't forget Paypal also owns Venmo so you may want to cut that one as well. For those of you who are Paypal shareholders, this may also cause you to questioin Paypal's managements decision making abilities and direction for the company. | body |

If you spend time on Social Media or read articles in the media you would think that Remote Work is some new amazing thing that 100% of workers love and that it's the way forward. The reality is that while some people love remote work and the flexibility it brings to their lives, that's not true of everyone. This could be for a number of reasons such as not having a good internet connection at home, having roomates or not having an ideal workspace, not being able to work and live in the same space, or just the need to get out of the house and see other people. A recent survey found that over half, 54% of workers surveyed, said they prefer working in the office to working at home, with the main hurdle keeping most people from going into the office being commute time. Currently the average commute time in the USA is about 27 minutes meaning workers spend about 5 hours a week or 20 hours a month commuting. Office, sweet office: ‘Most people don’t actually want to spend next 10 years working from their couches,’ survey shows https://studyfinds.org/office-remote-work-future-survey/
▶️ DTube
|

To some respect there has to be enough traffic to a site to make it worth having the ads but Steemit achieved that in the 2017 / 2018 timeframe and it had the ability to truly become a more sustainable ecosystem. I really wish the community could have stayed in one place and I think it really would have done a lot better overall. |

| title | Paypal Tells Users It Will Fine Them $2500 For "Spreading Misinformation", Then Quickly Backtracks |

PayPal tells users it will fine them $2,500 for misinformation, then backtracks immediately https://fortune.com/2022/10/10/paypal-users-fine-misinformation-aup-error-confusion/
▶️ DTube
|

| body | Here's my thoughts, historically the content on these platforms has been not the best, I'd come on to play the game but didn't necessarily enjoy consuming the content. I think part of that is the algorithm, nobody can match Youtube in terms of delivering relevant content you want to see. I do think the quality and type of content is improving seeing platforms like Rumble and others actually get some decent names and a wider variety of content than just crypto content. I do think part of it is the learning curve ie these sites aren't as friendly as Youtube. Lastly there's just too much stuff to manage in regards to regular social media sites plus then managing a variety of crypto wallets and then accounts on all these platforms, I'd love it if someone could create one platform that would allow you to upload content or even a youtube link and then shoot it over to all the platforms and also allow you to respond to comments across all these platforms. I'll have to watch your video closer I was at the gym while listening and half watching it but I believe you did mention or show a way to deliver content from youtube across numerous other crypto related video sites. |

| title | Paypal Tells Users It Will Fine Them $2500 For "Spreading Misinformation", Then Quickly Backtracks |
| body | https://youtu.be/CXKvo3KHQew Paypal was in the news and going viral all over social media over the weekend after making a change to their User Terms of Service which stated Paypal could fine users and deduct $2500 from their bank accounts for "spreading disinformation'. PayPal tells users it will fine them $2,500 for misinformation, then backtracks immediately https://fortune.com/2022/10/10/paypal-users-fine-misinformation-aup-error-confusion/ |

| title | The Quiet Quitting Trend |
| body | https://youtu.be/upbROAGSErA So in recent months the media has been going crazy about this concept of "Quiet Quitting". Quiet Quitting is typically described as people not outright quitting their jobs, but deciding that they're going to kind of just go through the motions and that they won't be going above and beyond. The media loves creating narratives whether it be Millenials are broke because they buy too many lattes and eat too much avocado toast or most Americans are broke and don't have $400 for an emergency. Quiet Quitting is another one of these trends. In reality Quiet Quitting is nothing new, anyone who watches the television show The Office probably recognizes that the entire office minus maybe Dwight had quietly quit long ago. In today's video we discuss this not new quiet quitting phenomenon |
